Study: Sharp rise in ERP users mulling support alternatives
IDG reports that "a growing number of ERP software customers are considering a jump to third-party software support providers" according to new data from industry analyst R "Ray" Wang. The survey, conducted by Constellation Research, found that more than 90% of respondents cited cost pressures as a reason and another 80% expressed dissatisfaction with the value they are receiving from vendor-provided support. Wang reviews this survey and additional key findings in a recent webinar hosted by Rimini Street.
