Mr. Prow has more than 25 years of corporate tax, operations and public accounting experience and a proven track record of leadership in the tax industry.
In previous executive roles, Mr. Prow has assisted companies and clients with complex tax advice, funded entrepreneurs with innovative tax-related business ideas, and led a company that developed enterprise-class corporate tax software. At Rimini Street, he leads the team that provides all required tax, legal and regulatory updates to Rimini Street-supported products around the world.
Mr. Prow joined Rimini Street after completing the sale of his prior company, Planitax, as chairman and CEO. Prior to his appointment as CEO, Mr. Prow served as a member of Planitax's board of directors on behalf of Mobius Venture Capital, where he was chief operating officer and a managing director.
Prior to Mobius, Mr. Prow was the tax partner in charge of the San Jose office for PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), where he led the western region technology, information, communication, and entertainment practice and served as industry engagement partner for numerous technology companies. In 1997, Prow led the New York tax practice for PwC and, following the Coopers & Lybrand-PwC merger, was in charge of the consumer and industrial products industry group for the New York metro region. Prior experience at Coopers & Lybrand included developing and directing the firm's research and experimentation tax credit practice. Mr. Prow has also served as tax manager for Borland International and president of a startup technology company.
Mr. Prow holds a J.D. from Santa Clara University and is a member of the California and American Bar Associations.
Dennis Chiu is a 10-year enterprise software support veteran who joined Rimini Street in 2005 to lead the development and deployment of Rimini Street's next-generation software support model with senior support engineer response in less than 30 minutes, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Mr. Chiu's support team is at the center of Rimini Street's goal to redefine enterprise software support.
Immediately prior to his work at Rimini Street, Mr. Chiu retired from a career with Siebel Systems that spanned six years and included many positions of increasing global support responsibility. Most recently, Mr. Chiu was director of technical support for Siebel's two premier support centers in northern California, where he had full operational responsibility for more than 100 engineers supporting all Siebel products and releases for customers worldwide.
Prior to his management roles at Siebel Systems, Mr. Chiu worked in support management and software support engineer roles with Scopus Technologies and Sybase, Inc.
Mr. Chiu holds a Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences from the University of California at Davis.
Michael Davichick is an enterprise software support sales veteran with 17 years of career sales experience, including the last eight years in enterprise software support sales for Siebel, PeopleSoft and JD Edwards products. Mr. Davichick joined Rimini Street in 2006 to oversee sales of Rimini Street's next-generation enterprise software support services.
Earlier in his career, Mr. Davichick served as a senior account executive in the customer sales division at PeopleSoft, Inc. where he specialized in sales of special support programs including training, third-party and analytic products. Previous to PeopleSoft, Mr. Davichick served as an account executive with Triad Systems, Inc.
Over the course of his career, Mr. Davichick has helped more than 150 organizations successfully procure and transition to alternative maintenance programs, save significant budget funds, and enjoy better service tailored to meet each client's unique needs.
Mr. Davichick holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Phoenix.
Alan Fletcher is a veteran of the enterprise software industry with almost 25 years of IT and executive leadership experience. He has worked extensively in all aspects of IT including development, consulting, support, operations, and finance, has helped many Fortune 500 companies with the development of their IT strategies.
Prior to joining Rimini Street, Mr. Fletcher spent more than 20 years with Oracle Corporation where he held senior positions in consulting, development, operations and support. Most recently, he worked as vice president of business operations for the global support organization and played a key role in the integration of Sun Microsystems.
Previously, Mr. Fletcher led Development Operations for all product development, managing more than 1,500 employees across the globe. He was pivotal in the integration of many of Oracle's largest acquisitions including Sun Microsystems, Siebel Systems and PeopleSoft, Inc. Before this, he led multiple development teams within Oracle's E-Business Suite organization. He started his career at Oracle as a consultant in the UK, implementing Oracle E-Business Suite at large European multi-nationals.
Earlier in his career, Mr. Fletcher served as a consultant at UK-based Software Sciences, where he managed high-profile custom development projects in the retail, entertainment, travel and healthcare industries.
Mr. Fletcher earned a Bachelor of Sciences degree in Chemistry from Imperial College, London University.
Mr. Grigsby is responsible for building and managing the delivery of all JD Edwards support services for Rimini Street clients.
Before joining Rimini Street, Mr. Grigsby spent 18 years at JD Edwards, where he held various executive roles within the company. During that time, he designed, customized and managed JD Edwards implementations and migrations for global and mid-size companies, including Fortune 500 companies across a variety of industries and JD Edwards releases and products. In addition, he has assisted JD Edwards clients with project management, custom training development, and strategic IT infrastructure decisions.
As a JD Edwards consultant, Mr. Grigsby has provided strategic guidance to executives of companies implementing JD Edwards software, both World and EnterpriseOne. He also brings extensive experience managing JDE World to JDE EnterpriseOne migration projects.
Mr. Grigsby holds a BBA in Business Data Systems from the University of Texas.
Ms. Lester is a veteran of the third-party software support industry, with more than 10 years of enterprise software support and development experience working with numerous Fortune 500, mid-market and public sector organizations. Ms. Lester joined Rimini Street in October 2006 to oversee support services for Rimini Street clients using PeopleSoft products.
Ms. Lester leads the most experienced tax and regulatory team with the fastest "legislature-to-live SM " update delivery cycle and the most extensive quality assurance program in the industry. Ms. Lester has overseen the delivery of more than 700 tax, legal and regulatory updates used to successfully process billions of dollars in transactions.
A technical visionary, Ms. Lester has developed innovative strategies for the development and delivery of critical updates to clients. As a project manager for tax, legal and regulatory deliverables, Ms. Lester was responsible for coordinating the contents and timing of tax, legal and regulatory update delivery, as well as directing development and quality assurance testing activities.
Earlier in her career, Ms. Lester led numerous implementation, upgrade and support engagements for PeopleSoft Global Services across a variety of industries, releases and products. Ms. Lester was also appointed consulting team lead for PeopleSoft 8 HCM internet self-service applications.
Ms. Lester was certified by PeopleSoft, Inc. in PeopleSoft human capital management products and holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Management Science and Information Technology from Virginia Tech.
Mr. Lester is a 10-year enterprise software industry veteran and leader in the third-party software support industry. Mr. Lester joined Rimini Street in October 2006 to oversee the global IT organization and manage all technology specialists and services across Rimini Street's Siebel, PeopleSoft and JD Edwards product lines.
Mr. Lester has had extensive experience building and managing the PeopleSoft technology support teams, including the hiring, training and management of all PeopleSoft technical support engineers. Mr. Lester has also overseen client onboarding processes, including the establishment and management of more than a hundred support environments.
Earlier in his career, Mr. Lester held several senior technical roles at PeopleSoft, Inc., including infrastructure manager, software architect, and senior database administrator. During his tenure at PeopleSoft, Mr. Lester provided consulting services to numerous clients across industries including retail, manufacturing, wholesale distribution, and financial services.
Mr. Lester serves as a director on the board of a $100 million company that specializes in wood treatment, building material retail, and commercial real estate development.
Mr. Lester was certified by PeopleSoft, Inc. in PeopleSoft Technology, by IBM in DB2 Database Administration, and by Oracle in Database Administration. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Management Science and Information Technology from Virginia Tech.
Mr. Pullan is a seasoned technology industry executive with 25 years of experience in sales, services and global operations. He joined Rimini Street in 2010 to architect the rapid build-out of the company's operations in Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
Among his many other outstanding qualifications, Mr. Pullan is an expert in the field of change management, and prior to joining Rimini Street he worked with a variety of IT consulting engagements within large U.K. organizations in both the public and private sectors. In the mid-2000s he was Vice President, EMEA and APAC at TomorrowNow, launching that company's JD Edwards support and maintenance service offering, and subsequently running all company operations outside of North America.
Earlier in his career Mr. Pullan held the role of CEO for Preferred International Managed Services and has also held senior operational positions at Saba Software (SVP international operations) and JD Edwards (SVP and general manager EMEA). He continues to act as Board member for some of his prior companies.
Mr. Pullan holds a Master of Arts degree in Mathematics from Oxford University (Pembroke College).
Robert Lachs is a 19-year veteran of the ERP software industry with a unique multidimensional perspective, having worked and consulted for companies implementing ERP solutions as well as having spent many years working directly for the ERP vendors.
For 15 years Mr. Lachs worked in a variety of customer service and sales management roles at PeopleSoft and Oracle. Prior to his departure from Oracle in 2008, Mr. Lachs spent several years as a manager in the PeopleSoft support sales organization responsible for securing annual maintenance revenue objectives and enforcing Oracle's pricing practices and policies.
Prior to joining Rimini Street Mr. Lachs worked at NET(net), a leading software investment optimization firm. While at NET(net), Mr. Lachs led a practice focused on optimizing ERP license and maintenance investments, with an emphasis on the Oracle, SAP and Lawson product families. In this capacity Mr. Lachs assessed financial arrangements, contracts, and license/maintenance portfolios; developed and executed strategies for investment optimization; and led direct negotiations with IT vendors. Through his work, Mr. Lachs has developed a deep appreciation of the compelling business drivers behind the move to third-party support.
Mr. Lachs holds a Bachelor of Arts in Speech and Business Communications from Butler University.
Horst Eylerts' career spans all aspects of the enterprise software industry, including development, implementation and support of ERP solutions. Specializing in SAP-centric environments for over 20 years, Mr. Eylerts has successfully led complex business transformation and information technology optimization projects for companies of all sizes.
Prior to joining Rimini Street, Mr. Eylerts served as managing director for the SAP practice of Dell, Inc. In this capacity, he led the integration of Perot Systems into Dell's Services organization, redefined go-to-market strategies to leverage Dell's direct sales channels, led strategic pursuits, built a global delivery organization and oversaw delivery of client engagements.
Earlier in his career, Mr. Eylerts led the build-out of SAP AG's Latin American professional services organization, establishing SAP's initial operations in several countries, building strategic relationships with key partners, and growing the region's business from start-up to a $500 million business in two years. Mr. Eylerts went on to co-found MultiVision Consulting, a boutique SAP consulting firm, which — under his leadership — grew into the most successful and highly awarded SAP partner in the region.
Mr. Eylerts started his SAP consulting career as a senior manager with Price Waterhouse, where he managed large systems integration projects for key customers in the consumer goods, manufacturing and chemical industries.
Mr. Eylerts received his Bachelor of Business Administration degree, with majors in Management Information Systems and International Business, from Florida International University.
