Mr. Ravin is a 25-year enterprise software industry veteran who pioneered the third party enterprise software support industry. In 2005, The Enterprise Software Observer named Mr. Ravin one of the 25 next-generation leaders of the enterprise software industry who "promise to have an impact on the industry as dramatic as an Ellison, a Gates, or a Premji."

In September 2005, Mr. Ravin launched Rimini Street, Inc. with a mission to redefine enterprise software support using innovative, next generation support services delivered at more than a 50 percent savings in fees compared to a software vendor's annual support program. Rimini Street currently offers support services for Siebel, PeopleSoft, and JD Edwards products.

Mr. Ravin co-founded TomorrowNow, Inc. support services for PeopleSoft and JD Edwards products in March 2002. Under his leadership as president and COO, TomorrowNow's client list grew to include more than 100 Fortune 500, public sector, and SMB organizations, and achieved GAAP profitability in less than three years.

In January 2005, Mr. Ravin sold his 50 percent stake in the company to SAP and retired to pursue other entrepreneurial ventures following TomorrowNow's successful integration as a wholly owned subsidiary of SAP America, Inc.

Prior to his success launching third party maintenance and support programs, Mr. Ravin was an executive with PeopleSoft, Inc., where he served most recently as vice president of the Customer Sales Division. Earlier in his PeopleSoft career, Mr. Ravin held several senior roles of increasing global responsibility, including corporate director of Customer Services and Programs and corporate manager of Upgrades and Installations. Mr. Ravin's PeopleSoft responsibilities included worldwide release support policy; release retirement programs; account management; Y2K software update and readiness program management for thousands of licensees; and development and delivery of special support programs for customers with unique needs. To meet the needs of customers who wanted to run a mature software release for many additional years beyond the official supported lifespan of a release without mandatory upgrades, Mr. Ravin successfully designed and launched the enterprise software industry's first specialized extended support programs for Fortune 500, public sector, and SMB organizations.

Mr. Ravin also served as vice president of Customer Sales for Saba Software, Inc., worked in Russia on defense conversion programs, and worked in Washington, D.C. assisting the Clinton Administration with Congressional passage of the GATT global trade agreement in 1994.

Mr. Ravin holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Southern California.

Brian Slepko is an enterprise software industry veteran with more than 18 years of global operations experience in sales, support delivery, project management, and quality systems. Mr. Slepko leads Rimini Street's continued fast-paced growth and expansion in global operations.

Mr. Slepko came to Rimini Street from Oracle Corporation (NASDAQ: ORCL), which he joined as part of the Oracle acquisition of Agile Software. Mr. Slepko served as vice president, Global Maintenance Revenue and Sales Operations for Agile Software and was responsible for developing Agile's $56M global maintenance revenue business, including all operational aspects of the Agile Software global sales organization.

Prior to joining Agile, Mr. Slepko served as vice president, Global Sales Operations for TomorrowNow, Inc., a subsidiary of SAP (NYSE:SAP) and as director, Sales Operations for Ocular Sciences, Inc.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Slepko held various management positions with PeopleSoft, Inc. Most recently, he served as director of operations for the Customer Sales Division responsible for more than $1B in global annual maintenance revenue. Other positions included director of Product Support and corporate director of Problem Resolution, where Mr. Slepko led the redesign and improvement of the global infrastructure used to resolve customer reported product issues and implemented consistent, measurable quality processes.

Mr. Slepko began his career as a Manager with Andersen Consulting - currently Accenture (NYSE: ACN) - where he was responsible for managing large information systems projects for Fortune 500 customers in Andersen's rapidly expanding telecommunications practice.

Mr. Slepko holds a Master of Business Administration from Loyola University of Chicago and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management and Management Information Systems from the University of Oklahoma.

Michael Davichick is an enterprise software support sales veteran with 17 years of career sales experience, including the last 8 years in enterprise software support sales for Siebel, PeopleSoft, and JD Edwards products. Mr. Davichick joined Rimini Street in 2006 to oversee sales of Rimini Street's next-generation enterprise software support services.

Immediately prior to joining Rimini Street, Mr. Davichick served as a senior account executive at TomorrowNow, Inc., a subsidiary of SAP. Mr. Davichick joined TomorrowNow Support Services co-founder Seth Ravin to launch sales in 2002, and remained the firm's most experienced and successful sales executive during his tenure.

Previously, Mr. Davichick served as a senior account executive in the Customer Sales Division at PeopleSoft, Inc. where he specialized in sales of special support programs, training, third-party and analytic products. Earlier in his career, Mr. Davichick served as an account executive with Triad Systems, Inc.

Over the course of his career, Mr. Davichick has helped over 150 organizations successfully procure and transition to alternative maintenance programs, save significant budget funds, and enjoy better service tailored to meet each client's unique needs.

Mr. Davichick holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Phoenix.

Dave Rowe is a proven veteran of the enterprise software industry with more than 20 years of successful experience formulating, building, and marketing technology solutions for both large international software firms and high-growth technology start-ups. Mr. Rowe joined Rimini Street in September 2006 to oversee worldwide marketing, public relations, lead generation, and strategic alliances.

Immediately prior to his work at Rimini Street, Mr. Rowe was vice president of marketing and product management for Perfect Commerce, Inc., the leading provider of On-Demand Supplier Relationship Management solutions. During his tenure at Perfect Commerce, Mr. Rowe significantly grew the lead and prospect pipeline, improved product packaging and pricing models, established Perfect as the most credible solution in the industry, and implemented a product planning methodology linking company vision with product strategy and development processes.

Previously, Mr. Rowe held other senior management positions in the enterprise software industry, including several senior management roles with PeopleSoft, Inc. Most recently, Mr. Rowe was director of strategic marketing, responsible for the strategy and business development for PeopleSoft's eBusiness Solutions Division. Prior to his role with the eBusiness Solutions Division, Mr. Rowe was director of Industry Product Marketing and Strategy, and manager of Supply Chain Product Marketing and Strategy.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Rowe spent several years with Andersen Consulting (now Accenture), where he concluded his tenure serving as the Senior Manager directing custom system development, packaged system implementations, and business process re-engineering projects.

Mr. Rowe holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering from Harvey Mudd College.

Dennis Chiu is an 10 year enterprise software support veteran who joined Rimini Street in 2005 to lead the development and deployment of Rimini Street's next-generation software support model with senior support engineer response in less than 30 minutes, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Mr. Chiu's support team will be at the center of Rimini Street's goal to redefine enterprise software support.

Immediately prior to his work at Rimini Street, Mr. Chiu retired from a career with Siebel Systems that spanned six years, and included many positions of increasing global support responsibility. Most recently, Mr. Chiu was director of Technical Support for Siebel Systems' two premier support centers in northern California, where he had full operational responsibility for more than 100 engineers supporting all Siebel products and releases for customers worldwide.

Prior to his management roles at Siebel Systems, Mr. Chiu worked in support management and software support engineer roles with Scopus Technologies and Sybase, Inc.

Mr. Chiu holds a Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences from the University of California at Davis.

Ms. Lester is a veteran of the third-party software support industry with more than 10 years of enterprise software support and development experience working with numerous Fortune 500, mid-market, and public sector organizations. Ms. Lester joined Rimini Street in October 2006 to oversee support services for Rimini Street clients using PeopleSoft products.

Ms. Lester leads the most experienced tax and regulatory team with the fastest "legislature-to-live"SM update delivery cycle and the most extensive quality assurance program in the industry. Ms. Lester has overseen the delivery of more than 700 tax and regulatory updates used to successfully process billions of dollars in transactions.

Immediately prior to her work at Rimini Street, Ms. Lester was one of the first employees of TomorrowNow, a subsidiary of SAP. Ms. Lester managed the delivery of nearly 500 tax and regulatory updates during her tenure. A technical visionary, Ms. Lester developed strategies for the development and delivery of critical updates to clients. As Project Manager for tax and regulatory deliverables, Ms. Lester was responsible for coordinating the contents and timing of tax and regulatory update delivery, and directing development and quality assurance testing activities.

Earlier in her career, Ms. Lester led numerous implementation, upgrade and support engagements for PeopleSoft Global Services across a variety of industries, releases, and products. Ms. Lester was also appointed consulting team lead for PeopleSoft 8 HCM Internet Self-Service Applications.

Ms. Lester was certified by PeopleSoft, Inc. in PeopleSoft Human Capital Management products and holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Management Science and Information Technology from Virginia Tech.

Thomas Shay is a 20-year technology industry veteran who joined Rimini Street in 2005 to oversee the development of Rimini Street's innovative remote support tools and technology infrastructure as part of Rimini Street's goal to redefine enterprise software support.

Immediately prior to his work at Rimini Street, Mr. Shay retired from a career with Sun Microsystems that spanned over 15 years, and included many positions of increasing global responsibility. Prior to his departure from Sun, Mr. Shay was directing all OEM sales engineering for Sun Microelectronics in Asia Pacific, and was managing multiple teams of engineers across Japan, China, Korea, and Singapore. Earlier in his career, Mr. Shay established the Sun Microelectronics Sales office in Japan, and was one of the key engineers who designed the ground-breaking SuperSparc CPU.

Mr. Shay holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from UCLA, and a Master's of Science in Electrical Engineering from Cornell University.

Mr. Lester is an 10 year enterprise software industry veteran and leader in the third-party software support industry. Mr. Lester joined Rimini Street in October 2006 to oversee the global IT organization and manage all technology specialists and services across Rimini Street's Siebel, PeopleSoft, and JD Edwards product lines.

Immediately prior to Rimini Street, Mr. Lester was one of the first employees of TomorrowNow, a subsidiary of SAP, and responsible for PeopleSoft Technology Support. Mr. Lester was responsible for building and managing the PeopleSoft Technology Support Team, including the hiring, training, and management of all PeopleSoft Technical Support Engineers. Mr. Lester also oversaw the client on-boarding process, including the establishment and management of more than a hundred support environments.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Lester held several senior technical roles at PeopleSoft, Inc., including Infrastructure Manager, Software Architect, and Senior Database Administrator. During his tenure at PeopleSoft, Mr. Lester provided consulting services to numerous clients across industries including Retail, Manufacturing, Wholesale Distribution, and Financial Services.

Mr. Lester serves as a Director on the Board of a $100M company that specializes in wood treatment, building material retail, and commercial real estate development.

Mr. Lester was certified by PeopleSoft, Inc. in PeopleSoft Technology, certified by IBM in DB2 Database Administration, Certified by Oracle in Database Administration, and holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Management Science and Information Technology from Virginia Tech.

Mr. Zorn is a 35 year veteran of finance and executive management in the high-technology sector with broad-based experience navigating high-growth, venture-backed startups and large companies through international expansion, mergers and acquisitions, and IPO's.

Mr. Zorn is a certified public accountant with an extensive public company operations and reporting background and is a business builder experienced with most aspects of company operations. Mr. Zorn has raised more than $500M in transaction funding.

Most recently, Mr. Zorn was a founder and CEO of StarVox Communications, Inc. a business VoIP Telecommunications company that he took public in April of 2007 with $60M in revenues. Prior to StarVox, he was a founder, Chairman and CEO of Appiant Technologies, Inc. a unified communications software company that Mr. Zorn took public in 1997. Previously, Mr. Zorn was a founder of Monterey Telecommunications Corporation, an OEM wireless switch manufacturer that he sold to Motorola, Inc. in 1994.

Mr. Zorn also co-founded Centigram Communications Corporation, the world's first PC-based voice messaging company. Centigram had a successful IPO in 1991. Earlier, Mr. Zorn held various positions at Gould, Inc. including Corporate Mergers and Acquisitions and Operation Controller of the Biomation Division. Prior to Gould, Mr. Zorn held various positions in industry and public accounting.

Mr. Zorn holds an MBA from Santa Clara University, Santa Clara, California and a BA in Accounting from Baldwin-Wallace College, Berea, Ohio.
