Rimini Street Appoints Enterprise Software Support Sales Veteran to Manage Sales Team

New director of sales helped successfully grow third party maintenance and support market

LAS VEGAS - January 17, 2006 - Rimini Street, Inc., a third-party alternative maintenance and support provider for Siebel (NASDAQ: SEBL) software licensees, today announced that Michael Davichick has been appointed to lead the company's sales of its Support Services for Siebel Products. Davichick joins Rimini Street directly from TomorrowNow, Inc., where he was the firm's first and most successful sales representative. The appointment of Davichick is another milestone in Rimini Street's launch momentum.
