Update Delivered to Clients Less Than 48 Hours after Final IRS Instructions Published; Numerous Canadian Changes Also Delivered

The American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 was passed by Congress on February 13, 2009 and signed into law by President Obama on February 17. The IRS released its final instructions for the changes on March 2, 2009, with Rimini Street quickly delivering the required updates to its clients less than 48 hours later.
