As part of the annual support agreement, every Rimini Street client is provided a point of contact named Account Manager with an average of 15-20 years’ experience who serve as a named single point of contact for all Rimini Street business. Rimini Street Account Managers are engaged during the onboarding process to ensure a seamless transition; they subsequently provide expert guidance and strategic advice throughout the support period to help clients future-proof their systems.
Rimini Street named Account Managers are compensated based on client satisfaction and committed to your success. By understanding your strategic goals through periodic business reviews and collaborative planning with your teams, your Account Manager can make recommendations to help achieve business objectives and future-proof your investments.
