Rimini Street Announces Strong First Quarter Results for Siebel Support Service, Infrastructure & Staff Expansion and Service Expansion to Cover PeopleSoft Products


NASHVILLE, Tenn. - April 24, 2006 - Enterprise software support provider Rimini Street today announced a successful first quarter launch of its support services for Siebel products, expansion of infrastructure and staff across the U.S., and launch of its support services offering for PeopleSoft products. Siebel and PeopleSoft products are owned by Oracle Corporation (NASDAQ: ORCL). The announcements were made at Collaborate 06, a technology and applications forum for the Oracle community.

First Quarter Highlights

Rimini Street's first quarter highlights include:

  • Launched sales operations for Siebel Support Services and exceeded sales targets
  • Executed agreements for Siebel support with small, medium and Fortune 500 organizations
  • Opened and fully staffed new Pleasanton, Calif. facility; hired first employees for Texas facilities
  • Achieved more than 50 percent annual cost savings for clients with excellent client satisfaction

Beekley Corporation, a global provider of health care products, was among the clients who chose Rimini Street's innovative, next-generation support services for Siebel products in the first quarter.

New facility locations planned for 2006 include Atlanta, Denver, Boston, New York and Chicago. New Support Services for PeopleSoft Products

Rimini Street continues to redefine enterprise software support by expanding its service offering to cover PeopleSoft products. Service for PeopleSoft products begins in the third quarter of 2006.
