Rimini Street Grows Workforce and Expands Into New Northern California Operations Center
Client Demand and Growth Drives Need for Additional Capacity Beyond 2006 Expansion
LAS VEGAS, November 20, 2007 - Rimini Street, Inc., the leading independent maintenance and support provider for Siebel, PeopleSoft, and JD Edwards (NASDAQ: ORCL) software, today announced the continued expansion of its operations with significant increases in hiring of new employees needed to support its fast-growing client base and the opening of a new operations facility to accommodate additional personnel in the San Francisco area. Despite the addition of a new Pleasanton facility in late 2006 to meet projected growth needs, accelerating client growth drove the need to build an additional facility in order to accommodate increased hiring across all disciplines, especially technical and software engineering experts.
Construction of the new Rimini Street facility is nearly complete and the operations center will open for employees December 1, 2007. Rimini Street also expects a significant number of its new hires to be based in the new facility.
