Richard brings over 20 years of experience building and running field operations for technology companies in the U.S. and internationally.

At Rimini Street, he serves as Senior Vice President and General Manager, responsible and overseeing the entire business operations across North America’s three regions – NAMER West, NAMER Central, and NAMER East, and LATAM – including marketing, sales, service, and support delivery, client success and revenue operations.

Before his successful record of accomplishments as general manager at Rimini Street, he was responsible for building the East Coast operations for Kyvos Insights, a pre-venture start-up in the Cloud Analytics market. Richard also spent nine years at MicroStrategy, the largest independent Business Intelligence vendor, where he served as the general manager for indirect sales worldwide. His previous experience spans sales executive roles at Microsoft, Borland Software, Quest Software, and other technology organizations.  He holds a diploma of arts and history from Universite Paris-Sorbonne.

Mr. SenGupta serves as Group Vice President and Regional General Manager, North America Western Region. In this role he is responsible for marketing, sales, business development, client success, and revenue operations functions throughout the region.

Mr. SenGupta is a passionate client advocate and thought leader, and a 20-year business veteran of digital experience and transformation. His expertise includes achieving sales targets and building high-performing teams in U.S. and Asian markets.

Prior to joining Rimini Street, Mr. SenGupta was Vice President, Sales for Egnyte, where he built and led new logo sales teams for the Western half of the US & Canada.

Previously, Mr. SenGupta was Area Vice President, Sales for Adobe; Vice President, HP Software, Asia Pacific and Japan Sales for HP Inc.; and Regional Sales Director for Hewlett Packard.

Earlier in his career, Mr. SenGupta held roles in sales engineering leadership and engineering at Interwoven, Inc., Mercury Interactive Corp., and Parametric Technology Corp.

Mr. SenGupta holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering with a minor in Management from McGill University in Montreal.

Robert Kreft is a Senior Director with Alvarez & Marsal Consumer Retail Group in Boston. He brings nearly 30 years of IT and process experience and specializes in process improvement and integration.

Mr. Kreft’s primary areas of concentration are interim management, digital transformations, pre-acquisition diligence, mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, performance improvement, cost reduction and overall health assessments. He has worked with clients in various industries, including retail and consumer products.

Most recently at A&M, Mr. Kreft served as Chief Information Officer for a mid-market $550 million global wholesale and retail shoe company. He was responsible for remediating a failed ERP implementation, including process re-engineering, system remediation, implementation, roadmap development, restructuring IT, and e-commerce turnaround. Mr. Kreft was Chief Information Officer for a $10 billion wholesale and retail eyeglass company for which he selected and deployed new global systems for manufacturing, retail and wholesale and handled both pre-acquisition diligence and the subsequent integration of the large acquired brand.

Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Kreft spent several years as a Partner with IBM and as head of SAP’s Retail and Consumer division, where he worked on global implementation programs and advised retailers on IT strategies. In both roles, he grew the firms’ retail practices. Before consulting, Mr. Kreft held various positions at Wal-Mart, beginning in store operations and moving into IT, where he managed multiple strategic supply chain initiatives including a collaborative planning, forecasting and replenishment (CPFR) project.

Mr. Kreft earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration and marketing from North Park University.

Mr. Spackman is a passionate thought leader focused on servant leadership. He currently serves as Director, Information Technology for CHG Healthcare. In this role he leads teams of experienced professionals focused on sustainability, automation, integration, and administration of key enterprise platforms.

Prior to joining CHG Healthcare, Mr. Spackman has held leadership and technical roles for more than 25 years across multiple industries including healthcare, software, education technology, travel, and government.

Mr. Spackman holds an MBA from John Huntsman School of Business at Utah State University, and a Bachelor of Science degree in IT Management from Western Governors University.

His ultimate goal is to inspire others through examples of service, integrity, candor, and laughter. In his spare time, Mr. Spackman enjoys spending time with his family, volunteer work, sports, and BBQ.
