Mr. Ravin is a 30-year enterprise software industry veteran who pioneered the independent enterprise software support industry. In 2005, The Enterprise Software Observer named Mr. Ravin one of the 25 next-generation leaders of the enterprise software industry. In 2010, Mr. Ravin was featured in Deal Architect CEO Vinnie Mirchandani’s new book, The New Polymath: Profiles in Compound-Technology Innovations, where he is credited with enacting a visionary, disruptive strategy for dramatically reducing the cost of information technology and ushering in a new era of customer choice.

In September 2005, Mr. Ravin launched Rimini Street, Inc. with a mission to redefine enterprise software support using innovative, next-generation support services delivered at more than a 50 percent savings in fees compared to a software vendor’s annual support program. Rimini Street currently offers support services for Oracle, SAP, IBM, Microsoft and other enterprise software.

Prior to his success launching independent maintenance and support programs, Mr. Ravin was an executive with PeopleSoft, Inc., where he served most recently as vice president of the customer sales division. Earlier in his PeopleSoft career, Mr. Ravin held several senior roles of increasing global responsibility, including corporate director of customer services and programs and corporate manager of upgrades and installations. Mr. Ravin’s PeopleSoft responsibilities included worldwide release support policy; release retirement programs; account management; Y2K software update and readiness program management for thousands of licensees; and development and delivery of special support programs for customers with unique needs. To meet the needs of customers who wanted to run a mature software release for many additional years beyond the official supported life span of a release without mandatory upgrades, Mr. Ravin successfully designed and launched the enterprise software industry’s first specialized extended support programs for Fortune 500, public sector and midmarket organizations.

Mr. Ravin also served as vice president of customer sales for Saba Software, Inc., worked in Russia on defense conversion programs, and worked in Washington, D.C. assisting the Clinton Administration with Congressional passage of the GATT global trade agreement in 1994.

Mr. Ravin holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Southern California.

Mr. Dayinde is a Telecom IT Planning, Implementation, and Operation Specialist with over 19 years of experiences. He has served globally across multiple organisations from both the System Integrator and Service Provider sides. He also worked across various technologies for fixed and wireless networks. Vijay has been at the epicenter of every technological storm that has shaken the communication services industry over the last two decades from the Americas to the Far East across 2G, WiMax, 3G, and 4G implementations.

Mr. Ramoo is a corporate leader having served in the IT industry for 4 decades with experiences in managing Corporate / Group IT as well as IT Shared Services operations towards developing it into an effective IT organization and beyond. David is now the Head of IT at Qi Group, a diversified group involved in eCommerce, travel & lifestyle, and education. He is responsible for Group Enterprise Application and Global IT Operations and is also part of the Change Management and Digital Transformation regional IT Leadership Group in QI Services, that is currently implementing a group-wide Change Management and Digital Transformation initiatives.

Mr. Heng is the Head of IT at YTL Communications Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary of YTL Corporation Berhad and a diversified conglomerate with interests in infrastructure, utilities, and property development. Jason’s portfolio of responsibilities includes BSS/OSS, Portal & Mobile Apps, Enterprise Software, Testing and Controls Systems, Robotic Process Automation, Infrastructure and Platforms, Enterprise Data Warehouse, Security, Enterprise Architecture and Project Management. Prior to YTL, Jason spent 10+ years in the healthcare industry spearheading digital transformation and implementing Hospital Information Systems and Electronic Medical Records systems in Malaysia and Singapore.

Mr. Wai is an IT leader with wide-ranging experiences in program and technology management, specialized in ensuring technology delivery results in desired business outcomes. He focuses on the big picture, and how different technology and digital components should be in place to ensure the picture and story is always coherent to achieve the desired outcomes. He has been involved hands-on in application development, systems integration, infrastructure services as well as project management. Ko-Chi currently leads the IT division in CGC focusing on technology strategy and enablers to support the corporation’s digital transformation.

Mr. Vaubourg heads the Global Service Operations and Technology Delivery Transformation at BAT. He manages various technology domains within IDT Services, having some oversight onto SAP Services team under their Enterprise Solutions CoE. Emmanual has led all facets of the Software Architecture and Development efforts for a large Telecom company and also for IoT Medical Devices in the R&D at a large Healthcare company. He has broad international experiences from France to China, Switzerland, USA and now Malaysia.

Based in Malaysia, Ramesh is responsible for providing solution and consulting for enterprise software support for SAP. Ramesh has 25+ years of experiences working in the tech industry focused on SAP ECC and S/4 HANA. As an Industry Enterprise Architect, Ramesh provides expert consultation for SAP solutions and long-term enterprise roadmaps which include designing business solutions roadmaps as well as target landscapes / architectures. He has helped many clients optimize IT cost and extend the life and value of clients’ software investments.
