Mr. Ravin is a 30-year enterprise software industry veteran who pioneered the independent enterprise software support industry. In 2005, The Enterprise Software Observer named Mr. Ravin one of the 25 next-generation leaders of the enterprise software industry. In 2010, Mr. Ravin was featured in Deal Architect CEO Vinnie Mirchandani’s new book, The New Polymath: Profiles in Compound-Technology Innovations, where he is credited with enacting a visionary, disruptive strategy for dramatically reducing the cost of information technology and ushering in a new era of customer choice.

In September 2005, Mr. Ravin launched Rimini Street, Inc. with a mission to redefine enterprise software support using innovative, next-generation support services delivered at more than a 50 percent savings in fees compared to a software vendor’s annual support program. Rimini Street currently offers support services for Oracle, SAP, IBM, Microsoft and other enterprise software.

Based in Singapore. Andrew Seow is responsible for all business development, account management, implementation and support ensuring customer satisfaction in the region. Prior to Rimini Street, he worked for United Technology Corporation, IBM Singapore, and Sabre Corporation.

Mr. Seow has extensive sales and account experience working with Enterprise Resource Planning solution and maintenance services across industries, including finance, travel and transportation, construction, and logistics. He is responsible for leading the next phase of growth for Rimini Street in Southeast Asia and Greater China, including managing sales, building the service delivery engineering team, and expanding operations to support the company’s fast-paced growth in the region.

Mr. Seow holds a Bachelor of Science’s Degree in Computer Science and Information Systems Honors, 2nd Upper, from National University of Singapore. He is a graduate of executive programs at China Europe International Business School (Shanghai) and INSEAD (Singapore).

Janet Ravin is the founder and Committee Chair of the Rimini Street Foundation, the privately funded charitable arm of Rimini Street, Inc. Drawing on her experience serving the community from the age of 6, she leads the global efforts of the Foundation with the Global Steering Committee, a rotating group of dedicated employees who volunteer their time and hearts to supporting the success of the Foundation across the communities we live in and serve.

Ms. Ravin is a strong advocate for literacy and education as long-term, sustainable solutions to ending generational poverty and the myriad of health, financial, and social challenges that accompany this dangerous, perpetuating cycle. She is a firm believer that all children and adults alike should dream big, think big, and dare to act big.

When Ms. Ravin is not serving as the Committee Chair, she leads the Employee Engagement efforts at Rimini Street, Inc. and volunteers her free time as a “Big Sister” through the Big Brother Big Sister program, a title she is proud to carry for the 7+ years. She is also an active supporter of impactful global charities such as The Innocence Project and Room to Read as well as a number of local charities in her hometown of Las Vegas such as The Cupcake Girls, an organization that provides aid and a hand up to marginalized individuals trafficked into the sex industry.

Duncan is a Senior Research Manager with IDC Asia/Pacific and has more than 12 years of working experience in the telecommunications and services industry. Duncan is responsible for overall management of IT Services and Software research in ASEAN, overseeing delivery and reports to that business unit. He is also involved, and leading services driven consulting projects for the sub-region, providing advisory to leading technology vendors in winning markets, partnership strategies and technology adoption in ASEAN.

Prior to joining IDC, Duncan was responsible for long-term strategy and architecture planning for the domain of OSS/BSS solutions, analytics and cloud. In addition to that, he was also involved in the planning, negotiating and delivery of network and IT transformational operating model around Asia. Duncan has also had experience in development and delivery of IoT Products and platforms and IoT connectivity roadmap.

Duncan graduated from Multimedia University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics Engineering.

Erik is the CIO of IT of Alliance Contract Manufacturing Sdn. Bhd. group of companies (ACM). In the industry for over 28 years, he has helped to enable ACM over the last 15 years from a single business concern in Penang, to additional 6 manufacturing locations across different countries in Asia Pacific, Europe and North America. His major role is on Group IT roadmaps, SOPs/policies, driving innovation, and transformation enablement. He is responsible in managing the ACM group corporate IT, with experiences in leading IT (and non IT*) projects from systems implementations, to regional expansions. Enabling efficiency, connectivity, communication, collaboration, and enterprise management.

A Corporate Leader and an Entrepreneur.  Wilson started working for the family business at the age of 16, all the way through to college, handling sales, production, and operations.  A Certified Public Accountant (CPA) by profession, his corporate life started at SGV & Co., as an external auditor, honing and expanding my knowledge, skills, and work discipline.  This was followed by an exciting and dynamic 30 year career in IBM, moving through all of the various function leadership roles in Finance and Administration, Sales, Marketing and Channels, Services, Mergers & Acquisitions, Intellectual Property Licensing, and Business Development.  Then joining the largest conglomerate in the Philippines, SM Group, as one of its key senior executive, and subsequently Philippines’ national carrier, Philippine Airlines (PAL) as SVP/CIO.

Whilst Wilson’s corporate career was flourishing, his entrepreneurial spirit had to be satiated.  As early as 1991, he invested in quick service restaurant franchises, and also started/built a language services business in 2001.  All these businesses are doing well, with continuous growth, and profitability.

Peng Hon started off his career in Corporate Communications with Al Rajhi Banking & Investment Corporation (Malaysia) when they were setting up their business in Malaysia. He was actively involved in the launch of several of their branches around Malaysia. Subsequently he joined the Human Resources department at ALSTOM Asia Pacific Sdn Bhd, where he gained knowledge in the various aspects of Human Resources. In 2011, he commenced work at See Hoy Chan Sdn Bhd’s Human Resources, where he expanded his experience in Recruitment, Retention, Compensation and Benefits. He next ventured into Regional Sales (Indonesia and Thailand market) of technology products. Following that, he was involved in See Hoy Chan’s digital transformation and integration of all their property management services. During his tenure there he has gone through the ranks from a business analyst to PMO and finally securing the post of heading the IT department.

Ko-chi is an IT leader with wide-ranging experience in program and technology management, focused on ensuring technology delivery results in desired business outcomes. He focuses on the big picture, and how different technology and digital components should be in place to ensure the picture and story is always coherent to achieve the desired outcomes. He has been involved hands-on in application development, systems integration, infrastructure services as well as project management. He is currently leading the IT division in CGC focusing on technology strategy and enablers to support the corporation’s digital transformation.  Prior to CGC, Ko-chi held leadership roles in DXC Technology and Aristal Solutions.
