Mr. Ravin is a 30-year enterprise software industry veteran who pioneered the independent enterprise software support industry. In 2005, The Enterprise Software Observer named Mr. Ravin one of the 25 next-generation leaders of the enterprise software industry. In 2010, Mr. Ravin was featured in Deal Architect CEO Vinnie Mirchandani’s new book, The New Polymath: Profiles in Compound-Technology Innovations, where he is credited with enacting a visionary, disruptive strategy for dramatically reducing the cost of information technology and ushering in a new era of customer choice.
In September 2005, Mr. Ravin launched Rimini Street, Inc. with a mission to redefine enterprise software support using innovative, next-generation support services delivered at more than a 50 percent savings in fees compared to a software vendor’s annual support program. Rimini Street currently offers support services for Oracle, SAP, IBM, Microsoft and other enterprise software.
Prior to his success launching independent maintenance and support programs, Mr. Ravin was an executive with PeopleSoft, Inc., where he served most recently as vice president of the customer sales division. Earlier in his PeopleSoft career, Mr. Ravin held several senior roles of increasing global responsibility, including corporate director of customer services and programs and corporate manager of upgrades and installations. Mr. Ravin’s PeopleSoft responsibilities included worldwide release support policy; release retirement programs; account management; Y2K software update and readiness program management for thousands of licensees; and development and delivery of special support programs for customers with unique needs. To meet the needs of customers who wanted to run a mature software release for many additional years beyond the official supported life span of a release without mandatory upgrades, Mr. Ravin successfully designed and launched the enterprise software industry’s first specialized extended support programs for Fortune 500, public sector and midmarket organizations.
Mr. Ravin also served as vice president of customer sales for Saba Software, Inc., worked in Russia on defense conversion programs, and worked in Washington, D.C. assisting the Clinton Administration with Congressional passage of the GATT global trade agreement in 1994.
Mr. Ravin holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Southern California.
Mr. Grady is a 27 year veteran of the enterprise software industry with proven executive leadership experience. He has a strong track record in global customer service, enterprise software sales and marketing, enterprise software maintenance sales and service delivery. Mr. Grady has led global enterprise software firms and has developed emerging high-growth technology start-ups into successful ventures.
Prior to joining Rimini Street, Mr. Grady was president and COO at Altus Corporation, a provider of video search and management software for sales enablement. During his tenure at Altus, Mr. Grady was responsible for overseeing the company’s field operations. Under his leadership, Altus emerged as the leader in enterprise on-demand rich media solutions for sales enablement, events and knowledge-sharing, with global clients including Oracle, SAP, Cisco, GM, IBM and Symantec. Under Mr. Grady’s leadership, Altus experienced a 500-percent increase in revenue over a six year period.
Previously, Mr. Grady served as president and COO of Saba Software where he helped drive a 300-percent increase in revenue during his tenure.
Prior to Saba, Mr. Grady held several executive positions at PeopleSoft, including most recently vice president and general manager of the $600 million Customer Sales Division, which grew to become the company’s largest and fastest-growing business unit. The Customer Sales Division included global enterprise software maintenance sales and telesales.
Earlier in his career, Mr. Grady managed large information systems projects for Fortune 500 clients as a consulting manager at Andersen Consulting (now Accenture).
Mr. Grady earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
Mr. Brossard is a technology industry executive with more than 25 years of experience and a proven track record of delivering significant financial results across multiple disciplines including strategy, P&L ownership, M&A, sales, large-scale management, and operations across global markets and start-ups.
Mr. Brossard oversees all regional and product operations at Rimini Street, leading the company’s growth and global expansion across all enterprise software support solutions for all vendor applications and databases including Oracle, SAP, IBM, and Microsoft.
Prior to joining Rimini Street, Mr. Brossard served as EVP and GM of Rackspace’s Global Solutions and Services where he had P&L responsibility for all products, solutions, and services. Previously, he was EVP and Managing Director, Enterprise, and Mid-Market at Earthlink where he had end-to-end P&L responsibility for the $400 million Enterprise and Mid-Market Business Unit.
Earlier in his career, Mr. Brossard spent 24 years with Hewlett-Packard where he held various executive positions in France and then in the United States. His last role at HP was head of Strategy, Planning and Operations for HP’s $3 billion software business and GM and CEO of Rich Media Management Software and Solutions.
Mr. Brossard holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics and Physics from Externat Sainte Marie de Lyon, France, and a Master’s degree in Computer Science from Universite Claude Bernard in Lyon, France.
Mr. Perica is a seasoned public company executive with 25 years of financial leadership and capital markets experience.
At Rimini Street, Mr. Perica leads the finance strategy and execution for Rimini Street and its global subsidiaries, and is responsible for all financial operations of the Company including global financial planning and analysis, accounting, revenue management, global treasury and tax, SEC reporting, finance systems and processes, audit, capital structure, capital markets activities, M&A and investor relations.
Most recently, Mr. Perica served as vice president of finance and CFO of the $1.4 billion Energy Systems Global business unit at Enersys (NYSE: ENS), a global leader in stored energy solutions, where he led finance, treasury, tax, legal and HR. Mr. Perica joined Enersys as the result of a $750 million acquisition, where he led the sell-side process as CFO of Alpha Technologies, a leading provider of power conversion equipment, services and software to the telecommunications, renewable and industrial sectors.
Prior to the sale of Alpha Technologies to Enersys, as CFO of Alpha Technologies, Mr. Perica developed and executed a strategic financial plan that resulted in a five-year period of double-digit compounded annual revenue and EBITDA growth driven by services expansion and acquisitions.
Prior to his tenure at Alpha Technologies, Mr. Perica served as CFO of Channell Commercial Corporation, a leading provider of outdoor enclosures and wire management solutions.
Earlier, Mr. Perica spent 12 years at various Wall Street investment banks and concluded his capital markets career as senior vice president and head of research at Brean Capital (formerly Brean Murray, Carret & Co.).
Earlier in his capital markets career, Mr. Perica led the technology, media and telecommunications practice at Kaufman Bros., led the technology practice at Gruntal & Co. and was a Zacks and Reuters top-rated analyst for communications equipment at Olde Financial Corp. where he advised client boards on IPOs, secondary offerings and other capital raise strategies and plans.
Mr. Perica holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree with a major in Accounting from Central Michigan University and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California.
Ms. Lyskawa is a 25 year veteran of the enterprise software industry with proven executive leadership experience with both Fortune 500 tech industry leaders and high growth technology start ups. She has a successful track record in global customer services, enterprise software marketing and strategy, and recurring revenue sales and execution.
Nancy Lyskawa is responsible for global customer services and client programs for Rimini Street, and is focused on perfecting the Rimini Street client journey. In this role, Ms. Lyskawa leads the complete client experience from client onboarding through account management, and client retention.
Ms. Lyskawa joined Rimini Street from Oracle Corporation, where she most recently served as Vice President, Global Support Services Marketing. In that role, she was responsible for marketing strategy and execution for the $12 billion global Oracle Support business. She served as a member of the executive marketing team at Oracle where she led the go-to-market strategy, product marketing, lead generation, marketing communications, field marketing, and sales support worldwide for the Oracle technology and software support business, She also helped architect Oracle product release support policies and participated in formulating the global support pricing model.
Previously, as head of global services marketing for PeopleSoft, Ms. Lyskawa supported the $1.3 billion support line of business, leading its go-to-market strategy and execution. During her tenure at PeopleSoft she held many senior management positions in customer services, support operations and services marketing working directly with many Fortune 500 clients. She also led the worldwide launch of the PeopleSoft premium and platinum support programs that were widely adopted with annualized growth of over 36%.
Earlier in her career, Ms. Lyskawa spent several years at EDS (now Hewlett Packard) where she specialized in packaged ERP implementations and upgrades and led successful engagements for clients in the Utility, Retail, and Automotive industries.
Ms. Lyskawa is a Certified Management Accountant (CMA). She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Finance with Honors from the University of North Dakota and a Masters Certificate in Marketing from the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University. Additionally, Ms. Lyskawa served on the Board of Directors for the IT Services Marketing Association (ITSMA) from 2005 – 2010.
Kevin Maddock is a 25+ year software support and technology industry veteran.
At Rimini Street, Mr. Maddock oversees worldwide recurring revenue sales. Prior to joining Rimini Street, Mr. Maddock served as executive vice president of worldwide inside sales and operations for ServiceSource, the industry leader in outsourced maintenance renewal and sales for technology companies. He served as a member of the executive team where he had overall global leadership and P&L responsibilities for building, scaling and operating a 500-person sales organization that delivered more than $1 billion in service sales and a five-fold increase in revenue growth.
Prior to ServiceSource, Mr. Maddock was vice president of worldwide support service sales at PeopleSoft, Inc. (acquired by Oracle Corporation) with responsibility for the development, strategic direction and day-to-day leadership of a global sales organization. During his tenure at PeopleSoft, he oversaw worldwide growth in annual support services revenue for PeopleSoft and JD Edwards products from $250 million to more than $1.2 billion annually. Mr. Maddock’s responsibilities also included worldwide systems and processes for support renewal management and participation in worldwide pricing model and release support policies.
Earlier in his career, he held a management role with KPMG Consulting in its financial services strategy and operations division. Prior to KPMG, Mr. Maddock managed large software development and implementation projects at Andersen Consulting (now Accenture).
Mr. Maddock received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance, with Honors, from the University of Notre Dame and an MBA from the Anderson School of Management at UCLA.
David Rowe is a 25+ year veteran of the enterprise software industry with proven experience formulating, building, and marketing technology solutions for both large international software firms and high-growth technology start-ups.
Mr. Rowe oversees the global transformation office at Rimini Street as Executive Vice President. In this role he leads initiatives to reinvent and transform aspects of Rimini Street’s business and operations as the company scales to $1 billion in revenue. He also collaborates with Rimini Street clients to highlight and evangelize the business transformation they have delivered while leveraging Rimini Street as an element of their strategy.
Named a Top Chief Marketing Officer of 2010 by the CMO Institute, Mr. Rowe has been a featured speaker at technology and marketing conferences, sharing his expertise on current trends in enterprise software and technology marketing.
Prior to joining Rimini Street, Mr. Rowe was Vice President of Marketing and Product Management for Perfect Commerce, Inc., the leading provider of on-demand supplier relationship management solutions. During his tenure there, he significantly grew the lead and prospect pipeline; improved product packaging and pricing models; established Perfect Commerce as the most credible solution in the industry; and implemented a product planning methodology linking company vision with product strategy and development processes.
Previously, Mr. Rowe held senior leadership positions in marketing, business development, and product strategy at organizations including Zoho Corporation, PeopleSoft, and Accenture.
Mr. Rowe holds a Bachelor of Science degree in engineering from Harvey Mudd College.
Mr. Salaets is responsible for the overall leadership, strategic direction and execution of global IT, human resources, facilities, security, quality, and internal audit.
Mr. Salaets has more than 20 years of global experience in operations, security, compliance, risk, information technology, and human resources management.
Prior to joining Rimini Street Mr. Salaets held various management positions at Moody’s KMV and Wind River — leading global standardization and integration projects, managing global teams across APAC, EMEA and the USA, defining enterprise architectural solutions, and running global IT and security offices across the globe.
Mr. Salaets is a recognized leader in the IT and security industry and has received several industry awards. Most recently, he was recognized with a 2019 Stevie International Business Award for IT Executive of the Year. Mr. Salaets is a member of, and regular contributor to, the Forbes Technology Council and regularly speaks at events with other industry leaders.
Mr. Salaets received his Bachelor of Science degree in computer science from Groep-T, Leuven, Belgium.
Brian Slepko is a 25 year enterprise software industry veteran with global operations experience in sales, support delivery, business operations, project management and quality systems. Mr. Slepko leads Rimini Street’s continued fast-paced growth and expansion in global service delivery operations.
Mr. Slepko came to Rimini Street from Oracle Corporation (NASDAQ: ORCL), which he joined as part of Oracle’s acquisition of Agile Software. Mr. Slepko served as vice president, global maintenance revenue and sales operations for Agile Software and was responsible for developing Agile’s $56 million global maintenance revenue business, including all operational aspects of the Agile Software global sales organization.
Earlier in his career, Mr. Slepko held various management positions with PeopleSoft, Inc. Most recently, he served as director of operations for the customer sales division responsible for more than $1 billion in global annual maintenance revenue. Other positions included director of product support and corporate director of problem resolution, where Mr. Slepko led the redesign and improvement of the global infrastructure used to resolve customer-reported product issues and implemented consistent, measurable quality processes.
Mr. Slepko also served as director, sales operations for Ocular Sciences and began his career as a manager with Andersen Consulting (currently Accenture [NYSE: ACN]), where he was responsible for managing large information systems projects for Fortune 500 customers in Andersen’s rapidly expanding telecommunications practice.
Mr. Slepko holds a Master of Business Administration from Loyola University of Chicago and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management and Management Information Systems from the University of Oklahoma.
Ms. Taylor has served as a member of our board of directors since January 2014. Previously, Ms. Taylor served as President of PeopleSoft Investments, Inc., a subsidiary of PeopleSoft, Inc. (acquired by Oracle), from January 2000 to January 2005, and as Senior Vice President of Corporate Operations of PeopleSoft, Inc. from January 1989 to December 1999. From January 2000 to December 2003, Ms. Taylor served as President of Nevada Pacific Development Corp., a consulting services firm. From December 1999 to December 2000, Ms. Taylor served as Chief Executive Officer of Venture Builders, LLC, a consulting company for start-up businesses. From May 1986 to October 1988, Ms. Taylor served as a Vice President of Trust and Investment Management at Hibernia Bank. From January 1983 to October 1985, Ms. Taylor served as Vice President of Organization, Planning, and Development at Bank of California.
Ms. Taylor also has and continues to serve on the board of directors of numerous publicly traded corporations, including Q2, a leading provider of digital transformation solutions for banking and lending and FICO, formerly Fair Isaac Corporation, a decision analytics company.
Ms. Taylor holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications and Psychology from Lone Mountain College of California, and has also completed the Corporate Governance Program at Stanford Business School and the Compensation Committees Program at Harvard Business School.
Mr. Acosta has served as a member of our board of directors since October 2013. Mr. Acosta served as Chief Financial Officer and Vice President, Finance of Portal Software (acquired by Oracle), from February 1999 to September 2001. In addition, Mr. Acosta served as Secretary of Portal Software from February 1999 to April 1999. From July 1996 to January 1999, Mr. Acosta served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Sybase, Inc. (acquired by SAP). Mr. Acosta holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Relations from California State University East Bay, previously California State University Hayward, a Master of Science in Management Sciences from California State University East Bay and an Honorary Doctor of Humane Letters degree from California State University East Bay.
Mr. Capelli has served as a member of our board of directors since January 2014. Most recently, Mr. Capelli has served in various management positions at BlackBerry Limited, an enterprise software and services company, including as its Chief Revenue Officer, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer.
Prior to joining BlackBerry Limited in October 2016, Mr. Capelli served as a private investor/advisor and in various management positions at Sybase, Inc. (acquired by SAP), from December 1997 to April 2011, most recently as President, Worldwide Field Operations, from August 2006 to April 2011. From August 1992 to December 1997, Mr. Capelli served in various management positions at Siemens-Pyramid, a subsidiary of Siemens Nixdorf, a computer and electronics company, including as Chief Financial Officer, Vice President of Inter-Continental Sales, and Director of Field Operations. From January 2005 to November 2005, Mr. Capelli served on the board of directors of Apropos Technology, Inc., a publicly traded business communication software firm.
In addition, Mr. Capelli serves as a member of the Board of directors of various private companies and in October 2020 was appointed the Chairman of the Board of Advisors of MLOGICA, LLC, a technology and product consulting company.
Mr. Capelli holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from The College of New Jersey and a Masters of Business Administration from Rutgers University.
Katrinka McCallum joins the board of directors effective October 1, 2021. Most recently, Ms. McCallum was Vice President of Customer and Product Experience at Red Hat, Inc., a leading provider of enterprise open-source solutions, which was acquired by IBM in 2019. She joined Red Hat in 2007 as VP of Investor Relations and served in a variety of senior executive positions within the Products & Technologies organization during her tenure there. During her career that spans more than two decades in enterprise software, Ms. McCallum led business units, sales and marketing organizations as well as engineering and operations teams. She developed a reputation for driving strategy into actions that intelligently aligned the operational backbone and accelerated the business.
Ms. McCallum serves on the board of directors of Intrusion Inc., a publicly-traded provider of cyberattack prevention solutions including zero-days, where she also serves as chair of the audit committee and a member of the nominating and governance committee of the board. She was appointed to the board of the North Carolina Board of Science, Technology and Innovation in February 2021.
Ms. McCallum holds an M.B.A. from The Fuqua School of Business at Duke University, a B.A. in Economics from Wellesley College, and a Certificate in Accounting from Northeastern University. She is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive).
Mr. Murray is a partner with Adams Street Partners where he invests in venture and growth equity companies in the Internet, software and financial technology sectors. Before Adams Street Partners, Mr. Murray was a partner with 3i Ventures where he lead the Menlo Park, California office. Prior to 3i, he was CFO of both iPIN Corporation (ultimately acquired by INTC) and Ubicom (ultimately acquired by HCKT). Before moving to Silicon Valley in the mid 1990s, Mr. Murray worked in London for McKinsey, J Sainsbury and Ernst & Young. Mr. Murray holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Bristol University, a Masters of Business Administration from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business and an ACA from the ICAEW.
Mr. Snyder has served as a member of our board of directors since June 2020. Mr. Snyder is the SVP, Customer Strategy and Solutions at UiPath, where he leads business consulting, industries, and value engineering. He joined UiPath after serving as EVP and Chief Customer Officer of New Relic, Inc., responsible for all aspects of the customer experience. Prior to New Relic, he spent 20 years at Dell Technologies (including EMC Corporation), most recently as Senior Vice President, Global Alliances, Service Providers and Industries. Mr. Snyder’s other executive management roles at Dell Technologies include Senior Vice President, Americas Global Services; Chief Operating Officer, Americas Sales and Customer Operations; Area Vice President Sales, Northern California; and GM and Americas Leader for EMC Consulting. Previously, he was in management positions with both PeopleSoft, Inc., an enterprise software company, and Accenture, a global systems integration company. Mr. Snyder holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and Finance from Bentley University.
William Allen is responsible for leading the continued growth and expansion of Rimini Street’s service offerings across the South Region.
Mr. Allen is a veteran of the enterprise software industry with a proven leadership track record as an entrepreneur leading a successful start-up as well as being a field executive in large organizations. Mr. Allen has a strong track record growing organizations, developing leaders and focusing on customer success.
Prior to joining Rimini Street, Mr. Allen was Vice President at Saba, responsible for the company’s large enterprise sales teams for the western half of the US. Previously, Mr. Allen held senior leadership positions at REL, Oracle, PeopleSoft, J.D. Edwards and Technology Solutions Company.
Mr. Allen holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from San Diego State University.
Michael Bathon is leading the growth of Rimini Street’s Cloud Services practice. He has more than 30 years of experience with telecommunications, managed services, and cloud technologies. Since beginning his career at EDS, he has worked at Nextel, Sprint and Convergys, where he led development, production and customer-facing organizations. Prior to joining Rimini Street, he was leading the IT organization at Goodman Networks.
Mr. Bathon had also worked with Rimini Street as a client, using its services for more cost effective support of Oracle applications at two different organizations.
He is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame and received his MBA from the Florida Institute of Technology.
Ms. Becker has over 25 years of experience leading global marketing organizations in both B2B and B2C companies. She is adept at driving change, building new organizations, and developing and driving marketing strategies to build demand and increase customer loyalty and retention.
At Rimini Street, Ms. Becker serves as the Vice President of Integrated Global Campaigns. In this role, she leads a cross-functional team and is responsible for driving business growth and enabling global marketing execution through the development and delivery of global campaigns, events, and programs that compel clients and prospects to take action.
Prior to Rimini Street, she held marketing leadership positions at companies that include Acuity Brands, Autodesk, Sun Microsystems, and Zillow Group.
Ms. Becker attended San Jose State University and the University of Guadalajara where she studied Spanish and Public Health.
Ms. Beichler brings over 30 years of marketing and leadership experience and an extensive track-record building companies to scale. Ms. Beichler was instrumental in leading the field marketing and corporate teams in Rimini Street’s 2017 Initial Public Offering.
At Rimini Street, Ms. Beichler oversees the Office of the CMO, serving as an advisor to the global marketing leadership organization, facilitating effective decision-marking, driving strategic initiatives across cross-functional teams, and managing performance. Ms. Beichler oversees global marketing operations which serves corporate marketing and field marketing in over 15 countries. This division of marketing is responsible for strategic planning and budgeting, as well as the technology and processes which ensure operational excellence.
Ms. Beichler has led a range of marketing functions at Rimini Street, including lead generation, events, and field marketing, with passion and focus around driving business for the field and success with clients. Her areas of expertise include salesforce automation, closed-loop lead generation process, integrated direct marketing, webinars and events, and vertical marketing and segmentation.
Prior to joining Rimini Street, Ms. Beichler served as director of marketing at other leaders in Silicon Valley, including Identity Engines, I-Many (acquired by Revitas), Inxight Software (acquired by BusinessObjects), and Calico Commerce (IPO in 1999). Ms. Beichler hold a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science (with a minor in marketing) from Louisiana State University, giving her a powerful marketing skillset of being results-driven, highly analytical and creative.
Daniel Benad is a 20-year veteran of the IT industry and a highly skilled leader with expertise in helping Asia-Pacific and global organizations that operate across diverse product segments build and grow their markets. He has a proven track record of developing and leading high performance, consultative sales teams in SaaS and Cloud product models to accelerate organizational and customer revenue growth in both the public and private sectors.
Mr. Benad serves as Vice President and General Manager, Australia and New Zealand at Rimini Street. He is responsible for all business operations in the region, including client sales and success.
Prior to his current role, Mr. Benad served Rimini Street clients as Vice President, Sales, and Regional Director, Sales, Australia and New Zealand, leading sales teams and supporting customer innovation and growth. He has extensive experience in the region and exceptional knowledge of SAP and Oracle environments.
Previously, before joining Rimini Street, Mr. Benad served as general manager and senior sales director, HCM Cloud, at Oracle and area vice president, Australia and New Zealand, for SAP SuccessFactors. He has also held leadership roles at Halogen Software (now part of Cornerstone OnDemand) and Taleo (acquired by Oracle). Mr. Benad has global experience outside of Australia and New Zealand, in both the United Kingdom and the United States.

Jim Benge is responsible for the delivery of enterprise software updates to keep Rimini Street’s clients in compliance with constantly evolving tax, legal, and regulatory requirements. His team of senior-level developers uses an innovative combination of technology, methodology, and ISO 9001 certified processes to ensure clients receive the most accurate deliverables with the fastest update delivery cycle in the industry.
Mr. Benge is an industry veteran with over 25 years of experience in all phases of the software development lifecycle. Specializing in Oracle and PeopleSoft applications and technologies, Mr. Benge has a proven track record of delivering high-quality on-time deliverables. Since joining Rimini Street in 2008, his team has prepared tens of thousands of product updates for hundreds of clients around the world.
Earlier in his career, Mr. Benge worked as a Development Manager at PeopleSoft focused on the Application Designer, PeopleTools Security, and Upgrade Utilities. Subsequent to PeopleSoft’s acquisition by Oracle, Mr. Benge served as Director of the Diagnostics and Test Tools team, providing functionality that enabled clients to quickly identify and resolve Oracle application issues.
Mr. Benge holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Information Systems from San Diego State University.
Joshua Blair is responsible for leading a global team charged with driving consistent improvements in sales effectiveness and efficiency through enablement activities, training, content development and process refinement.
Mr. Blair brings over two decades of experience leading and developing successful technology sales and services organizations charged with aggressive goals for innovation, expansion and delivery excellence. Mr. Blair holds an MBA and a BBA in Business Analysis, from Texas A&M University, and currently serves as a guest lecturer on Change Management and Entrepreneurialism, also for Texas A&M University.
Carslay brings over 30 years experience in the building, managing, and growing of Professional Services across the globe.
At Rimini Street, he is responsible for all global aspects of Professional Services ranging from Strategy, Service Execution and Delivery, to Human Capital and Client Relationships. This is a remit spanning more than 21 countries with a growing customer base across a diverse set of technologies.
Prior to joining Rimini Street, Mr. Carslay began his career at Accenture before joining Oracle to collaborate with customers to help them achieve value from their technology investments in the Retail sector, and then to Retail Consult, a specialist in technology solutions for the retail industry. Mr. Carslay holds deep experience leading and executing Professional Services across multiple industries including Retail, Communications, High Tech, and Travel and Transportation Services and has worked internationally across North America, Latin America, and Europe.
Mr. Carslay holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Portland State University.
Jeetendra Chaware is responsible for operations and service delivery for Rimini Street Labs (Rimini Street India Operations Private Ltd), Hyderabad, India.
Mr. Chaware has more than 28 years of IT leadership and service delivery experience, including product engineering, global services delivery engagements with account management, enterprise architecture, delivering large system integration programs, and application support management. He also has extensive experiences in services, consulting, and captive IT organizations, and has co-authored seven patents in database technology.
Mr. Chaware comes to Rimini Street from Accenture, where he led the critical delivery leadership role for large clients. Prior to that, he held various service delivery and management roles at global companies including Microsoft, Cambridge Technology Enterprises, Satyam, and CMC.
He holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from Birla Institute of Technology and Science (BITS), Pilani, India, and a Master of Science in Physics from Ravishankar University, India.
Phil Cullen is a seasoned executive leader with over 30 years of experience in the technology sector, including senior leadership roles where his various responsibilities included operations, product development, data science, product support, professional services, customer success and customer experience.
At Rimini Street, Mr. Cullen is responsible for managing the complex, growing operational support needs of Rimini Street in more than 21 countries worldwide. Groups consolidated under his stewardship include the Revenue Operations, Special Operations, Analytics, and Global Sales Proposal teams.
Prior to joining Rimini Street, Mr. Cullen held numerous senior level roles including senior advisor of Data & Decision Science at OCX Cognition, president at Acqua Consulting, senior vice president of Data & Decision Science at Aptology and chief of staff to the CEO at Calypso Technology.
He holds degrees in computer science and management science from the University of California, San Diego.
Brenda Davenport leads the global quality assurance team at Rimini Street. In this role, she develops and implements overarching strategies for all product lines the company supports, including PeopleSoft, JD Edwards, Oracle E-Business Suite, SAP and RSITE. She ensures that her team is aligned with Rimini Street’s global product delivery organization as well as corporate strategies, standards and objectives.
Ms. Davenport has 20 years’ experience managing, implementing, testing and supporting PeopleSoft projects for private and public sector clients. She is known for delivering results on time and within budget. She joined Rimini Street in 2008 as a senior quality assurance engineer, taking on positions of increasing responsibility since then. Prior to Rimini Street, Ms. Davenport served as a QA manager and PeopleSoft engineer at SAP. She also served as a project coordinator and lead functional business analyst at Sierra Systems Group, a consulting firm specializing in systems integration and managed services. While at Sierra Systems, Ms. Davenport managed or worked on major projects for the several agencies at the Texas state government. Earlier in her career, she worked as a senior accounting coordinator and lead PeopleSoft HRMS subject matter expert at the Lower Colorado River Authority, an organization that provides energy, water and community services in Texas.
Ms. Davenport holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a specialization in Management from Southwest Texas State University.
Michael Davichick is an enterprise software support sales veteran with over 25 years of career sales experience, including nearly 20 years in enterprise software support sales for Siebel, PeopleSoft and JD Edwards products. Mr. Davichick joined Rimini Street in 2006 to oversee sales of Rimini Street’s next-generation enterprise software support services.
Earlier in his career, Mr. Davichick served as a senior account executive in the customer sales division at PeopleSoft, Inc. where he specialized in sales of special support programs including training, third-party and analytic products. Previous to PeopleSoft, Mr. Davichick served as an account executive with Triad Systems, Inc.
Over the course of his career, Mr. Davichick has helped more than 500 organizations successfully procure and transition to alternative maintenance programs, save significant budget funds, and enjoy better service tailored to meet each client’s unique needs.
Mr. Davichick holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Phoenix.
Gabe Dimeglio is a 20-year veteran of information technology and security for private and public sector organizations. He is a results-driven leader, specializing in security services and solutions for mission critical, complex enterprise platforms. His expertise includes strategic consulting services, risk analyses/risk mitigation, and compliance.
Mr. Dimeglio serves as Vice President, Global Security Services (GSS) at Rimini Street. He is responsible for oversight of the GSS organization that provides tailored consulting and advisory security services to prospects and clients, in collaboration with Rimini Street sales, client engagement, and retention functions.
Prior to his current role, Mr. Dimeglio served Rimini Street clients as Senior Director of Global Security and Global Security/Security Intelligence Manager, providing leadership and oversight in the GSS organization.
Previously, Mr. Dimeglio held roles developing and managing technology and security teams, operations, business development, client-facing programs, budgets, and compliance programs in highly diverse organizations from the Global 100 to defense, healthcare, financial, and educational institutions. He is an active member of the security industry, and a trusted advisor to a diverse mix of information security startups. He has led teams to global recognition through the nominations and receipt of several industry awards including the Stevie International Business Awards for “Support Department of the Year.”
Mr. Dimeglio holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Systems with a concentration in Internetworking from Strayer University in Maryland.
Mr. Doherty serves as the Vice President, Chief of Staff serving as a strategic extension of the office of the CIO, Chief People Officer and EVP of Global Security, Quality, and Internal Audit. In this role he ensures efficiency and effectiveness in developing and driving the strategic business agenda for six organizations.
Prior to joining Rimini Street, Mr. Doherty served in a variety of leadership roles in technology companies ranging from startups to $6B enterprises and, most recently, in a chief of staff role for the CIO of Robert Half International. His extensive experience includes deep expertise in finance, technology, design, engineering, manufacturing, and global operations.
Mr. Doherty is a Veteran of the U.S. Armed Forces, having served in the U.S. Coast Guard, and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematical Sciences from the Coast Guard Academy, a Master of Science degree in Project Management from The George Washington University, and a Master of Business Administration degree from Columbia College.
In addition to his professional career, Mr. Doherty volunteers for Sea West Federal Credit Union, with stewardship of $400M in assets, serving on and chairing its Board of Directors.
Alisa De Dominicis serves as the Vice President, Chief of Staff to the Chief Legal Officer. In this role, she leads the legal operations team to provide exceptional service to the global legal organization and throughout the Rimini Street community.
Prior to Rimini Street, Ms. De Dominicis worked at WilmerHale law firm and The Boston Consulting Group, driving strategic efforts. Ms. De Dominicis has over 20 years of experience governing global large-scale initiatives involving innovation and transformation.
Ms. De Dominicis holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Northeastern University and a Law Degree from Suffolk University Law School.
James Duggan is a 23 year veteran of the enterprise software industry and a proven executive leader in delivering end-to-end solutions. He has a strong track record in project delivery management, program management and development, support, service delivery, implementation, and executing high-value projects.
Mr. Duggan is responsible for the successful delivery and execution of all service activities for large and complex clients within Rimini Street Global Service Delivery. He is a valued client partner and team leader with fine-tuned analytical and troubleshooting skills, and innovative design and conceptualization proficiency.
Prior to joining Rimini Street, Mr. Duggan led a large successful SAP to S/4 Hana migration for a leading global pharmaceutical company as Director of Program Management at Cognizant. Previously, he served 22 years at IBM including six years as an Associate Partner and Delivery Executive managing $120 million in annual revenue for IBM’s life sciences tower.
Mr. Duggan holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Social and Behavioral Sciences from Seton Hall University and a Masters Certificate in Project Management from The George Washington University School of Business.
Beth Fitzpatrick serves as Senior Vice President of Global Portfolio Marketing at Rimini Street, leading a cross functional team that includes product and solutions marketing, vertical marketing, lifecycle marketing, market intelligence and global demand generation. Beth is responsible for defining the overall GTM strategy, bringing products and solutions to market that deliver on key business outcomes, maximizing client value, and delivering global campaigns and programs that propel the business forward.
Beth has spent over 20 years in the data, analytics and software industries in both sales and marketing roles. For the last 15 years Beth has led global product and integrated marketing teams for companies including Salesforce, Oracle, Nielsen, Teradata, Alteryx and most recently Sisense.
Andrew Forbes has over 20 years of experience leading human resources functions and global teams. His human resources leadership career spans the healthcare and technology industries, and includes experience in global compensation, benefits, business partnerships, mergers and acquisitions, and digital transformation.
At Rimini Street, Mr. Forbes serves as Vice President, Global Human Resources, responsible for global human resources management.
Prior to joining Rimini Street, he spent four years as Vice President of HR for Maine Medical Center where he was responsible for providing HR direction and support for over 10,000 employees. Before that, he managed many global HR roles at Fairchild Semiconductor, with a focus on building business partnerships.
Mr. Forbes holds a Master of Arts degree in Organizational Psychology from Hofstra University.
Raju Gadiraju is responsible for the operations and service delivery of Rimini Street Labs (Rimini Street India Operations Private Ltd), Hyderabad, India. Mr. Gadiraju is a proven software services industry veteran with more than 25 years of experience in client relations, business development, program management, applications development, maintenance, support, enterprise data warehousing, and analytics experience.
Prior to joining Rimini Street, Mr. Gadiraju was head of Virtual Services Delivery Platform for Mahindra Satyam, where he played a critical role setting up global delivery centers for companies like GE, Cisco and Applied Materials.
Mr. Gadiraju holds a Masters of Science in Computer Science from University of Southern California (USC) and a Master’s of Science in Applied Statistics from Osmania University, Hyderabad, India.
Nobutake Gohdo is charged with ensuring that every client in Japan experiences success and satisfaction by utilizing Rimini Street’s portfolio of support services to the maximum possible extent. In this role he is responsible for the Company’s regional service delivery engineers and enterprise account managers.
Prior to joining Rimini Street, Mr. Gohdo held senior management positions at Citrix, Oracle and SAP. At Citrix, Nobutake Gohdo served as Senior Manager, Product Readiness and Technical Support. At Oracle, he was Director, Oracle on Demand, responsible for service provisioning and delivery. At SAP, as Vice President, Active Global Support Japan, Mr. Gohdo was responsible for a team of 150 that provided software support and managed key accounts.
Mr. Gohdo holds a Bachelor of Precision Machinery Engineering from Nihon University, College of Science and Technology, Tokyo, Japan.
Mr. Goldvug is a 15-year veteran of enterprise technology with a broad range of expertise spanning software and services. He has multi-functional global leadership experience in product management, research and development, business operations, sales and professional service operations, marketing, and business development.
Mr. Goldvug serves as Vice President, Global Operations at Rimini Street. He is a valued senior leader, leveraging proficiencies in sales execution, customer lifecycle oversight, and process transformation to ensure overall productivity, effectiveness, and scalability of the revenue organization.
Prior to joining Rimini Street, Mr. Goldvug held senior leadership roles across multiple functions at Calypso Technology, a world leader in cross-asset front-to-back solutions and managed services for financial markets. His responsibilities included research and development operations overseeing product management; quality assurance and product support; sales and professional services operations; and leading marketing, proposal, inside sales, and training departments.
Mr. Goldvug holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematical Finance and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from Carnegie Mellon University.
Meloney Graham is responsible for the delivery and management of Application Management Services support for Rimini Street clients. She leads a global team of technical and cross-functional experts who provide expert solutions in all product lines to meet client needs. Ms. Graham is a CPA and has worked in the consulting and IT fields for many years, giving her a keen understanding of client support needs and the ability help align with their financial goals.
Ms. Graham’s career spans nearly 30 years of IT experience, including 5 years in financial management, 15 years in consulting, and 11 years leading large global IT organizations. Prior to joining Rimini Street, Ms. Graham was responsible for a large global rollout of Oracle EBS and Oracle technology to 30+ countries around the world. She moved on to building and running global application support teams, as well as vendor management, for a major international chemical manufacturer.
Ms. Graham holds a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from the University of Texas at Dallas, an Executive MBA degree from Texas A&M University, Commerce, and is a Certified Public Accountant.
Mr. Grigsby is responsible for building and managing the delivery of all JD Edwards support services for Rimini Street clients.
Mr. Grigsby has over 30 years of IT experience. As a senior project manager he traveled globally for over 10 years assisting large global JDE customers with strategic decisions working with the JDE software as a programmer, consultant, project manager and Director of Global Enterprise Solutions while at JD Edwards.
Before joining Rimini Street, Mr. Grigsby spent over 18 years at JD Edwards, where he held various executive roles within the company. During that time, he designed, customized and managed JD Edwards implementations and migrations for global and mid-size companies, including Fortune 500 companies across a variety of industries and JD Edwards releases and products. In addition, he has assisted JD Edwards clients with project management, custom training development and strategic IT infrastructure decisions.
At JD Edwards, Mr. Grigsby provided strategic guidance to executives of companies implementing JD Edwards software, both World and EnterpriseOne. He also brings extensive experience managing JDE World to JDE EnterpriseOne migration projects.
Mr. Grigsby holds a BBA in Business Data Systems from the University of Texas.
Mr. Groshans is a 30-year veteran of enterprise technology with a broad range of expertise from global companies spanning software, hardware, and services. He has multi-functional leadership experience in product marketing, product management, research and development, business operations, mergers and acquisitions, sales operations, and business development.
Mr. Groshans serves as Group Vice President, Chief of Staff to the Office of the CEO at Rimini Street. He is a valued senior leader, leveraging proficiencies from running organizations-both as Chief of Staff and as a C-level business operations executive-ranging from under $100 million to over $6 billion in annual revenue.
Prior to joining Rimini Street, Mr. Groshans held roles as VP, Business Operations, Customer Success and VP, Chief of Staff, Worldwide Field Operations at Veritas Technologies LLC, a global leader in information management and data protection software.
Previously, Mr. Groshans served as VP, Chief of Staff, Product Development in the information management group at Symantec Corporation, a global leader in enterprise and consumer security software. He also held executive roles at Quantum Corporation, Hewlett-Packard, and Chevron.
Mr. Groshans holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Michigan State University and an MBA from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
Jason Hardiman leads Rimini Street’s intellectual property practice and brings broad experience in counseling, protection, compliance and litigation of IP matters.
Prior to joining Rimini Street, Mr. Hardiman was patent counsel for Intuit with responsibility for its QuickBooks, Payments and Payroll groups and was also counsel to many other top Silicon Valley companies on intellectual property matters. Previously, Mr. Hardiman was general counsel for a multimedia software startup where he managed all legal affairs including the prominent digital copyright case Kelly v. AribaSoft, which established the framework for fair use of images by Internet search engines. Professionally, Mr. Hardiman is a member of the Association of Corporate Counsel, the Intellectual Property Section of the State Bar of California and the California Minority Counsel Program. He has presented on intellectual property topics at the University of Pittsburgh, Santa Clara University and the IP Strategy Summit: Silicon Valley and is a co-author of “The Pennsylvania Constitution: A Treatise on Individual Rights and Liberties.” Mr. Hardiman holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from the University of Michigan and a Juris Doctor from the University of Pittsburgh. He is a member of the New York and California state bars and is a registered patent attorney.
Eric Helmer is an information technology executive with 25 years of experience and proven leadership delivering strategic corporate IT transformational projects. He has a strong track record in designing and implementing technical, complex enterprise technology initiatives that provide real return on investment, competitive advantage, and growth for companies.
Mr. Helmer has a broad consulting background with firms such as Linium, ADI Strategies, and The Hackett Group, where he has delivered successful IT projects throughout the U.S., the U.K., India, the UAE, Singapore, and Thailand.
As Chief Technology Officer at Rimini Street, Eric is charged with advising clients on strategic innovative initiatives that align with financial, technical, and functional long-term corporate goals across various applications including Oracle, SAP, IBM, and Microsoft. These initiatives are designed to maximize the effectiveness of their mission-critical enterprise software systems.
Before joining Rimini Street, Mr. Helmer was a vice president at Velocity Technology Solutions, where he led the application services team in delivering transformational cloud and IT solutions for Oracle enterprises.
He is a published author, Oracle ACE alumni and a sought-after, award-winning industry speaker in Oracle conferences. He also has served on many board of directors including the Oracle Developer Tools User Group (ODTUG).
Mr. Helmer holds a Master’s degree in business administration and a Bachelor of Science degree in computer science.
Paul Henville is responsible for all deliverables of the Rimini Street Global Product Delivery team, which provides updates to Rimini Street clients across all ERP product lines. Mr. Henville is a proven enterprise software industry veteran with over 20 years of PeopleSoft HCM and PeopleSoft support and development experience. Mr. Henville has worked on numerous PeopleSoft releases, delivered new PeopleSoft Global Payroll country extensions for five countries, and provided maintenance support for seven countries.
During his tenure at PeopleSoft Mr. Henville was a senior development manager responsible for the initial releases of the Global Payroll product in the Asia/Pacific region as well as the development of upgrades from the local Asia/Pac versions of PeopleSoft to the core PeopleSoft HCM product. This entailed managing the initial strategy of releases and upgrades, working with clients on their business and technical needs, devising development release plans across multiple products, and managing the whole development and quality cycle through to final delivery.
Prior to his PeopleSoft experience, Mr. Henville’s career exposed him to a wide range of ERP modules, products and roles. Mr. Henville has worked as a project manager, managing large implementations in the public and private sectors; and he has worked in presales, curriculum development and as a business and functional consultant. Prior to joining Rimini Street Mr. Henville worked with an Oracle Partner setting up a service delivery division.
Emmanuelle Hose has over 25 years of proven experience in the IT industry, leading enterprise software sales, service, and development operations across 3 continents: Europe, North America, and Oceania.
After serving in several executive roles with global software companies, Ms. Hose was recently leading Rimini Street business operations across Australia and New Zealand, delivering exceptional service to our clients, accelerating sales growth, and extending the leadership position of Rimini Street in the software support market across the region. She joined Rimini Street in 2014 as a Senior Account Executive, then Sales Director, before leading the Australia and New Zealand team as their GVP & General Manager, winning multiple awards along the way.
Ms. Hose relocated to France to lead the Rimini Street expansion across EMEA. Ms. Hose holds a Bachelor of Science (2/1) Hons (Upper Division) in Information Technologies from the University of Brighton (United Kingdom).
Rodney Kenyon is responsible for the delivery and management of global Oracle Applications support for Rimini Street clients. Global Oracle Applications include PeopleSoft, EBS, Oracle Communications, JD Edwards, Siebel, Hyperion, and ATG. He leads a global team of Oracle engineers and cross-functional experts who provide rapid delivery of solutions to meet clients’ needs 24/7/365. He is also charged with continuing to build out Rimini Street capabilities on a global scale, helping clients optimize their Oracle applications landscape, and partnering with clients to build lasting relationships.
Mr. Kenyon has more than 24 years of experience with ERP applications, the majority of that time focused on the PeopleSoft and eCommerce technologies. Before joining Rimini Street, he worked for over a decade at AT&T as Director of Enterprise Applications Professional Services, leading a global team delivering consulting services to customers for multiple ERP applications, including PeopleSoft, Oracle E-Business Suite, JD Edwards, and SAP; eCommerce applications including Oracle ATG Web Commerce and IBM WebSphere Commerce; and custom Java-based application development.
Mr. Kenyon holds a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from the University of Illinois at Chicago.
Mr. Kim is responsible for leading the next phase of growth for Rimini Street in Korea, including managing sales, building the service delivery engineering team, and expanding operations to support the company’s fast-paced growth in the country.
Mr. Kim has more than 20 years of experience with enterprise software sales and sales management. He is adept at handling large enterprise accounts where his deep understanding of the IT industry has helped him manage long and complex sales cycles.
Mr. Kim most recently served as senior sales director for Oracle Korea, where he led a team focused on Oracle software application sales to CIOs and IT leaders. Prior to Oracle, he directed and managed sales for SAP Korea and Compaq Korea, covering key vertical industries including manufacturing, CPG and retail.
Mr. Kim is a hands-on leader who actively engages with customers and excels in understanding diverse business requirements.
Mr. Kim holds a bachelor’s degree in Chinese from Dangkook University.
Christina Kirk is responsible for ensuring a successful client experience among all enterprise clients globally. Her team is charged with effective service adoption, positive client satisfaction, client retention, and continued contract renewals.
Within this role, Ms. Kirk brings extensive experience in global enterprise client relationships, business development, ERP, financial services, and sales. She is a proven leader with the ability to lead diverse teams towards enterprise goals while remaining sensitive to overall business objectives, and has worked with top Fortune 500 and Global 100 corporations in a variety of industries.
Ms. Kirk joined Rimini Street in 2010 after 10 years with Oracle, where she held a variety of strategic roles focusing on ensuring customer success and retention. She joined Oracle as part of its acquisitions of JD Edwards and PeopleSoft.
Ms. Kirk holds a Masters of Business Administration with a focus on global strategy and finance from the University of Colorado. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from San Diego State University.
Tony Kirk is a proven leader and an industry veteran with over 25 years of years of executive experience in enterprise software, managed services and consulting.
He joined Rimini Street from Highstreet IT Solutions, where he served as President, Professional Services Division, developing long term strategic initiatives and running daily operations. Prior to Highstreet, he was President and COO of Enterprise Solutions Group and held leadership positions at PeopleSoft USA and Platinum Software.
Mr. Kirk has built successful sales, operations and leadership teams for startups, as well as, global enterprises. He has led teams in industry verticals such as Healthcare, Retail, Manufacturing, Financial Services, Non-Profit, Public Sector and Higher Education.
He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from The Robert H. Smith School of Business, University of Maryland, College Park.
Sudhir Kumar is responsible for the delivery of Global Technology Support Services, which cover Oracle Database, including Exadata, Oracle Fusion Middleware, Oracle Identity Management, Oracle Business Intelligence, IBM Db2, MS SQL Server, SAP Sybase, Advanced Database Security, Essbase as well as the underlying technology and tools required to run major enterprise software. He leads a global engineering team tasked with resolving complex production issues, utilizing a 24/7/365 support model.
Mr. Kumar has nearly 30 years of experience in the development, implementation and management of large in-house business systems, implementation and support of Oracle eBusiness Suite, Oracle Fusion Middleware and Database administration. He has worked in the aerospace, construction, defense, engineering, IT consulting, manufacturing, oil & gas and telecom sectors.
He joined Rimini Street in 2013 as regional manager in Asia Pacific, supporting Oracle E-Business suite and Oracle technology and became Oracle Support Director for Asia Pacific and EMEA regions. Prior to Rimini Street, he was a Team leader of Corporate Applications at Santos, a pioneering Australian energy company. He has also held management and technical team lead roles at BAE Systems, a global defense, aerospace and security company. He led the early adoption of Oracle SOA Suite and Oracle Identity Management Suite products at BAE Systems and served on Customer Advisory Board (CAB) of Oracle SOA and Oracle Identity Management Products.
Robert Lachs is a 19-year veteran of the ERP software industry with a unique multidimensional perspective, having worked and consulted for companies implementing ERP solutions as well as having spent many years working directly for the ERP vendors.
For 15 years Mr. Lachs worked in a variety of customer service and sales management roles at PeopleSoft and Oracle. Prior to his departure from Oracle in 2008, Mr. Lachs spent several years as a manager in the PeopleSoft support sales organization responsible for securing annual maintenance revenue objectives and enforcing Oracle’s pricing practices and policies.
Prior to joining Rimini Street Mr. Lachs worked at NET(net), a leading software investment optimization firm. While at NET(net), Mr. Lachs led a practice focused on optimizing ERP license and maintenance investments, with an emphasis on the Oracle, SAP and Lawson product families. In this capacity Mr. Lachs assessed financial arrangements, contracts, and license/maintenance portfolios; developed and executed strategies for investment optimization; and led direct negotiations with IT vendors. Through his work, Mr. Lachs has developed a deep appreciation of the compelling business drivers behind the move to third-party support.
Mr. Lachs holds a Bachelor of Arts in Speech and Business Communications from Butler University.
Greg Leiner is responsible for global SAP sales and business development at Rimini Street. He brings to the Company more than 20 years of ERP consulting, implementation, product management and sales experience in many industries including aerospace & defense, retail, process manufacturing and high technology.
Mr. Leiner has spent the bulk of his IT career in and around the SAP ecosystem. Having held various global roles within SAP America and SAP AG, he has deep knowledge of SAP products, licensing, systems integration, support and company strategy.
Mr. Leiner was tasked with building out the SAP practice at Rimini Street and has guided the SAP product line to tremendous growth since 2009, averaging over 40 percent annual growth since its formation; his signed SAP clients include many large global multinationals.
Mr. Leiner holds a Bachelors of Arts from the University of Minnesota.
Mr. Lester is a 10-year enterprise software industry veteran and leader in the third-party software support industry. Mr. Lester joined Rimini Street in October 2006 to oversee the global IT organization and manage all technology specialists and services across Rimini Street’s Siebel, PeopleSoft and JD Edwards product lines.
Mr. Lester has had extensive experience building and managing the PeopleSoft technology support teams, including the hiring, training and management of all PeopleSoft technical support engineers. Mr. Lester has also overseen client onboarding processes, including the establishment and management of more than a hundred support environments.
Earlier in his career, Mr. Lester held several senior technical roles at PeopleSoft, Inc., including infrastructure manager, software architect, and senior database administrator. During his tenure at PeopleSoft, Mr. Lester provided consulting services to numerous clients across industries including retail, manufacturing, wholesale distribution, and financial services.
Mr. Lester serves as a director on the board of a $100 million company that specializes in wood treatment, building material retail, and commercial real estate development.
Mr. Lester was certified by PeopleSoft, Inc. in PeopleSoft Technology, by IBM in DB2 Database Administration, and by Oracle in Database Administration. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Management Science and Information Technology from Virginia Tech.
Vince Lucey is a veteran of the IT Industry, with over 25 years of experience and a proven track record in leadership roles across EMEA.
At Rimini Street, Mr. Lucey is responsible for leading growth and expansion of the Company’s service offerings across EMEA.
Prior to Rimini Street, Mr. Lucey led multiple sales teams across EMEA for Oracle. Prior to Oracle he drove sales at leading technology companies, including Dell EMC, HP and Symantec.
He hold a Master’s of Business Administration from New Buckinghamshire University in the United Kingdom.
Gala Lyne is responsible for driving initiatives that support Rimini Street’s mission to offer independence and choice for client’s that feel locked-in by Oracle or SAP’s vendor-dictated application roadmaps.
Ms. Lyne is an IT sales veteran with over 20 years of career sales experience. She joined Rimini Street ten years ago as a senior account executive and then Sales Director, winning multiple sales awards before becoming a VP of Sales Enablement for the global sales team. Prior to that, she led sales teams at VERITAS/Symantec and Hewlett-Packard, providing best-in-class solutions for high availability and disaster recovery for new ERP implementations.
Ms. Lyne has a Bachelor of Science in General Business and French from the University of Texas at Austin.
Craig Mackereth is responsible for developing and managing the delivery of Rimini Street support services for SAP’s Business Suite and BusinessObjects software and Oracle Corporation’s Siebel, PeopleSoft, JD Edwards, E-Business Suite, Oracle Database, Oracle Fusion Middleware, Hyperion and Oracle Retail software.
Mr. Mackereth is a veteran executive and recognized thought leader in the Enterprise Systems space, with 20 years experience working in various industries including financial services, technology, software, aerospace and defense. Specializing in Oracle applications and technologies, Mr. Mackereth has led projects and global teams for companies of all sizes and managed 24×7 support teams in challenging corporate environments using a variety of applications and technologies.
Prior to joining Rimini Street, Mr. Mackereth provided management consulting services to global organizations headquartered in the San Francisco Bay Area. He introduced Program, Risk and Change Management techniques during a global deployment of Oracle E-Business Suite before leading a successful EBS r12.1.3 upgrade to deliver on schedule and under budget.
Previously, Mr. Mackereth was vice president at Visa, responsible for the development and production support of global ERP solutions. In addition to managing the 24×7 support of core systems used by employees operating in more than 150 countries, this role included delivery of a significant portfolio of projects to improve technology and process in the crucial post-IPO phase.
Earlier in his career, Mr. Mackereth was a Senior Manager at BAE SYSTEMS with responsibility for development and production support of corporate systems including financial, maintenance, engineering and manufacturing. During this time, he introduced complex maintenance repair and overhaul (cMRO), service-oriented architecture (SOA) and identity management solutions using Oracle solutions and received a Fusion Middleware Innovation Award as an early adopter of SOA.
Mr. Mackereth is an active contributor to the Oracle community, having participated on customer advisory boards for SOA, identity and access management, and cMRO. He is an OAUG Ambassador and has presented at Oracle Open World on multiple occasions and to industry leaders across Asia during the inaugural SOA Leaders Summit in Macau.
Luiz Mariotto is responsible for the delivery and management of all SAP support services for Rimini Street clients. He leads a global team of technical and cross-functional experts who provide expert solutions, bringing a keen sense of client success and satisfaction. Prior to leading the global SAP support services, Mr. Mariotto was responsible for Rimini Street service delivery operations in Latin America, including customer engagement, strategic sales support, and management of the delivery team in the region.
Mr. Mariotto has spent more than 30 years in the IT industry, with experience in enterprise software sales, consulting, delivery, and large-enterprise IT. He served at SAP Brazil for 15 years, where he held various leadership positions and has also worked at SAP AG headquarters, leading a global program to fast-growth markets. Prior to joining Rimini Street, he worked as Solutions & Technology Vice President (CTO) at Software AG Latin America and Sales Director at Samsung SDS.
Mr. Mariotto holds Bachelor of Computer Science and executive MBA degrees from FGV in São Paulo and has completed the Executive Program for Growing Companies at Stanford University.
Edenize Maron is responsible for overseeing the sales and delivery of Rimini Street support services to foster continued market expansion and development of the Latin America region.
Ms. Maron brings over 19 years of proven experience in the IT industry leading enterprise software sales, service, and development operations. She has served in several executive roles at SAP, including Sales Director of CRM Products, Latin America, and most recently as a Country Manager for Portugal. Ms. Maron also held a senior leadership position as a Country Manager for Brazil & South America at Progress Software.
In her most recent role prior to joining Rimini Street, Ms. Maron served as Vice President for Southern Latin America at Software AG.
Ms. Maron holds a Bachelors of Science in Mechanical Engineering degree from the Universidade São Francisco in São Paolo, Brazil.
Ms. Matuszewski is a 20-year veteran of the enterprise software industry, with extensive experience in leadership and client management. She has a broad range of expertise in IT client onboarding, account management, infrastructure support, and customer support.
Ms. Matuszewski leads the Global Client Onboarding Engagement Team at Rimini Street. In this role she ensures complete success-and complete satisfaction-as clients begin their partnership with Rimini Street.
Prior to her current role, Ms. Matuszewski served Rimini Street clients as Senior Director, Global Client Onboarding; Director, Global Client Onboarding; Onboarding Project Manager; and Enterprise Account Manager. During this time she was also a three-year member of the Board of Trustees for LEAP Academy University Charter School in Camden, NJ.
Previously, Ms. Matuszewski held leadership roles at JPMorgan Chase & Co. as Vice President, Infrastructure Support, and at SAP America as Director of Key Account Support, Escalation Manager, and Manager, Premium Support Services.
Ms. Matuszewski holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Communications and a Master of Arts degree in Education from Rosemont College in Pennsylvania.
Kevin Mease is a 10-year veteran of the software industry and a highly skilled executive leader with expertise in helping enterprises of all sizes grow, scale, and succeed. He has a proven track record of building and leading high performance global teams in product development, product management, operational excellence, technology support, professional services, and customer success.
Mr. Mease serves as Chief Product Officer at Rimini Street, leading product strategy, product management, product lifecycle management, and new products and services.
Prior to joining Rimini Street, Mr. Mease served as Vice President of Product Management for talent acquisition provider Jobvite. In this role he led organizational growth, innovation, and client success.
Previously, Mr. Mease held top positions at MicroStrategy, a global leader in enterprise analytics and mobility software. As EVP, General Manager he was responsible for MicroStrategy HQ2 and the leadership and development of its 450+ member staff. As EVP, Worldwide Customer Success he led a 200+ employee team that delivered proactive, enterprise-level support and the highest customer satisfaction rating ever.
Earlier in his career, Mr. Mease held product management leadership roles at sales enablement platform provider PipelineDeals — managing three global teams and launching a new product line that achieved a 50% growth rate — and at Amazon where he led the product launch of Kindle Desktop for the Japanese market.
Mr. Mease has led several startups, including recruitment marketing platform provider Talemetry, recruiting industry sourcing provider TalentSpring (leading it through acquisition), and compensation data and technology leader Payscale. He has also been a Product Tester at worldwide gaming and entertainment leader Nintendo of America
Mr. Mease holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Business Administration from the University of Oregon.
David Miller is responsible for the transition of clients from vendor support to Rimini Street. As an IT veteran with over 30 years’ experience in a variety of roles in the telecommunication, financial, legal and local government industries, he has managed global support desks for organizations with a worldwide presence.
Prior to joining Rimini Street, Mr. Miller worked for a major law firm managing its PeopleSoft application and technology stack. His 18 years of experience supporting various PeopleSoft HCM releases included managing major upgrades, initial system implementations and custom development solutions. Before transitioning to ERP applications, Mr. Miller implemented and oversaw problem management and system monitoring systems such as Hewlett-Packard OpenView. During his tenure as an IT professional he fulfilled database administration, sales support, project management and systems development roles.
Mr. Nagamori is a 23-year veteran of the global IT industry with expertise in leading enterprise software sales, service, and development operations. He has a proven track record as a field executive in large multinational technology companies and as an entrepreneur leading a successful start-up.
Mr. Nagamori serves as Vice President, Sales, Japan at Rimini Street. He is responsible for overseeing sales to foster continued market expansion and development across Japan. He is also a founding team member of the Rimini Street office that opened in Japan in 2014.
Prior to joining Rimini Street, Mr. Nagamori held business development roles at IBM-in database security and audit software-and at Wipro Technologies, a global IT, consulting, and business process services company.
Previously, Mr. Nagamori held sales positions at SAP Japan and SAP America in business applications and consulting services.
Mr. Nagamori holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Economics from Meiji University in Tokyo.
Mr. Narasimhan is responsible for managing all aspects of Global FP&A at Rimini Street, including strategic long-range planning, budgeting and reporting, investment and decision-support analysis, and measuring and managing the company’s key financial metrics.
Mr. Narasimhan has spent 20 years in financial management at both large Fortune 500 companies and smaller high-growth organizations, leading initiatives to improve the planning process and strategic thinking through insight generation, effective collaboration, and timely reporting.
Mr. Narasimhan comes to Rimini Street from the finance subsidiary of Kemper Corporation, where he was Vice President of Finance, responsible for leading the team managing interest rate risk, capital adequacy, cash flow, and loan loss reserve requirements; ensuring compliance with State and Federal regulatory requirements; and coordinating activities to support the quarterly and annual financial audits. Prior to joining Kemper, he was Director of Financial Planning and Analysis at Megapath, Inc., where he led the M&A due diligence analysis contributing to the successful merger between Megapath and Netifice, Inc.; partnered with sales and marketing to analyze and influence pricing decisions; and realized millions in savings through vendor and procurement spend analysis. Before that, he managed the financial planning and analysis process at Vodafone Group, PLC. Earlier in his career, he held credit management and analysis roles at Sears and Price Waterhouse.
Mr. Narasimhan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the John M. Olin School of Business at Washington University in St. Louis, and an MBA from the Crummer Graduate School of Business at Rollins College. He is also a Certified Public Accountant (currently inactive) in California.
Mr. Noble has over 20 years of IT leadership experience in governance, project and program management, business relationship management, and strategic planning for Fortune 500 organizations.
At Rimini Street, Mr. Noble serves as Group Vice President for IT, responsible for designing and executing an effective global strategy and overall management of the Rimini Street Global Information Technology Organization. In this role, he drives the development of enterprise technology standards, governance processes, and performance metrics.
Prior to joining Rimini Street, he was Vice President, Business Partnership and IT Governance, Risk, and Compliance for the Welk Resort Group based in San Diego CA, where he focused on IT and business alignment, enterprise program management, governance, risk, and compliance, as well as corporate strategic planning. Before that he led large scale IT implementations of SAP and Siebel Systems for HD Supply and General Electric.
Mr. Noble holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Susquehanna University.
Mr. Nusbaum, with over 14 years of experience as a corporate and transactions lawyer, is head of the Rimini Street NAMER transactions team, providing legal support to the NAMER Sales team and all other U.S. business units.
Prior to joining Rimini Street, Mr. Nusbaum was a corporate associate at Morrison & Foerster LLP in its Mergers & Acquisitions and Emerging Growth/Venture Capital groups in McLean, Virginia and at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP in Washington, DC, focusing primarily on domestic and international mergers and acquisitions and structured finance transactions.
Mr. Nusbaum’s transactions experience includes advising clients on domestic and cross border stock and asset sales and acquisitions, mergers, joint ventures, public and private structured debt offerings, commercial transactions, corporate structuring, and other general corporate matters.
Mr. Nusbaum is admitted to practice in New York, Virginia and Washington, DC. He received his B.A. from the University of California, Berkeley and his J.D. from the University of Chicago.
Mr. Oku is responsible for client satisfaction and delivery of support for SAP products, including tax, legal and regulatory updates, to Rimini Street’s Japanese clients. In his first year with the Company, he displayed notable leadership in expanding the business to the Asian market while performing multiple job roles as the first employee of Nihon Rimini Street KK.
With more than 18 years of experience with ERP systems, Mr. Oku has served a variety of clients including Fortune 100/500 organizations, directing systems configuration projects and consulting for IT management. His realm of expertise includes test automation, SAP upgrades, migration and virtualization; he takes pride in providing his clients the benefits of ERP stabilization and cost reduction.
Mr. Oku is especially noted for his SAP upgrade service as a consultant, receiving offers from more than 100 organizations for his construction/deployment methods that leverage a variety of tools and methodologies.
Mr. Oku holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Industrial Engineering and Management from the Chiba Institute of Technology.
Jack Oster is responsible for leading the continued growth of Rimini Street’s service offerings across Israel and Eastern Europe.
Mr. Oster was most recently the CIO of Cellcom, the largest mobile telecommunications provider in Israel. Prior to that, he was Senior Director of Global Delivery and Shared Services at Teva Pharmaceuticals, where he was also on the Global IT Management Team. Mr. Oster was instrumental in forming partnerships with Rimini Street while at both companies. Earlier in his career, he was Senior Manager at KPMG Consulting in its Hi-Tech and Supply Chain Management practice.
Mr. Oster holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Tel Aviv University and a Masters of Business Administration from the Kellogg-Recanati International Executive MBA program offered jointly by Northwestern and Tel Aviv Universities.
Frank Pecora is responsible for building out and managing Rimini Street’s growing global renewals team, crafting multiyear program options and other offerings to support client loyalty and retention. He orchestrates resources across the Company to ensure that clients derive the greatest benefit possible from their partnership with Rimini Street and continue to drive up the ROI on their ERP investment.
Mr. Pecora’s 30-year journey in IT includes 20 years in the IBM mid-range marketplace where he worked with many JD Edwards clients, including eight years as Regional Sales Manager over a large geographical region at Vision Solutions, an IBM Premier Independent Software Vendor (ISV). Earlier in his career he worked as an account executive at SAP consulting firm J.J. Croney & Associates. Mr. Pecora has also worked in channel sales and developed markets for pioneering innovators in education software, digital animation and video solutions.
Mr. Pecora’s experience has given him an in-depth knowledge of critical business processes and familiarity with ERP applications in a number of industry segments including healthcare, financial services, manufacturing, retail, distribution, transportation and gaming. He is a proven evangelist of solutions and technologies and is very enthusiastic about the positive disruptive influence Rimini Street’s business model is having in the ERP support market.
Mr. Pecora holds a Bachelor of Science in Marine Biology from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
Jennifer Perry is responsible for the expansion of all Rimini Street SAP services and products worldwide. She works to ensure that all SAP teams are aligned on product strategy, management, messaging, delivery, and sales. Prior to leading the global SAP team, Ms. Perry was responsible for the delivery and management of all SAP support services for Rimini Street clients, bringing a keen sense of client success and satisfaction to her role.
Ms. Perry’s career spans 24 years of IT experience with Fortune 100 and 500 companies in various industries, including many years of hands-on experience as a certified SAP implementation consultant. Prior to joining Rimini Street, Ms. Perry served in various roles starting out as an SAP implementation consultant in the manufacturing, insurance, natural gas, media, retail and telecom industries. She moved on to building and running global development teams responsible for implementing, upgrading and supporting all aspects of the SAP footprint.
Pat Phelan is responsible for research across the enterprise software market, including applications and technology strategies, software vendor support, third-party support, IT leadership discussions, business development and sales execution by providing enterprise software licensees with quantitative and qualitative strategic insights. She works across the organization to support planning for – and management of – the enterprise applications roadmap.
Prior to joining Rimini Street, Ms. Phelan spent 18 years with worldwide analyst firm Gartner, where she served as research vice president for enterprise software and ERP products, and was the leading analyst covering third-party enterprise software support. During her time at Gartner, Phelan provided thousands of CIOs and IT leaders with research and advice on strategies and options for managing the business application life-cycle and costs, and published nearly 300 research reports. Prior to Gartner, she managed the HR systems practice at Grant Thornton, and before this helped to build an HR systems practice at Ernst & Young. Ms. Phelan started her career at Marathon Oil Company as a systems analyst.
Ms. Phelan attended Indiana State University, where she studied Accounting and Computer Science.
Kien Phung is responsible for advancing and managing the delivery of all Siebel support services for Rimini Street clients. He leads a global team of technical and cross-functional experts who provide customer-centric solutions for Siebel Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition, and Siebel Universal Customer Master. Rimini Street Support for Siebel, which Mr. Phung relentlessly focuses on total client success and satisfaction,is the recipient of the prestigious Stevie Award for Outstanding Customer Service.
Mr. Phung’s career spans 19 years in the information technology industry and more than 14 years of hands-on experience with the Siebel application. Prior to joining Rimini Street, he worked as a Siebel Administrator, an independent Siebel contractor, and a senior member of the Professionals Services organization at Siebel Systems. Mr. Phung has developed and architected Siebel applications on numerous releases from Siebel 6 to Siebel 8. In addtion, he has played a leadership role in a number of full life cycle implementations in the manufacturing, financial services and communication services industries. Mr. Phung has fulfilled key roles for Fortune 500 companies including project manager, tactical business analyst and strategic CRM consultant for executives.
Mr. Phung holds a Bachelor of Science in Physics from Harvey Mudd College, Claremont, California.
Tim Piechowski is a 20-year veteran of the enterprise software industry with expertise in sales, management, products, and strategy. He is a results-driven leader, highly skilled in relationship building and executing complex sales, with proven success in business development and driving revenue growth.
Mr. Piechowski serves as Vice President, Sales, North America – Central Region at Rimini Street. He is responsible for leading the continued expansion of Rimini Street service offerings throughout the region.
Prior to his current role, Mr. Piechowski served Rimini Street clients as a Regional Sales Director and a Senior Account Executive, leading sales teams and exceeding targeted goals.
Previously, Mr. Piechowski held enterprise software leadership and sales roles for both ERP vendors and software service providers including Oracle, PeopleSoft, Lawson Software, and IBM.
Mr. Piechowski holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Law from St. Mary’s University of Minnesota.
Mr. Pohl is a 30-year finance veteran, with expertise in investor relations and capital markets. His multi-functional leadership experience includes research, management, and sales in both the information technology and professional services industries.
Mr. Pohl serves as Vice President, Investor Relations at Rimini Street. He is responsible for the company’s financing and capital market activities, representing Rimini Street to the investment community and conveying investor feedback to senior management and the Board of Directors.
Prior to his current role, Mr. Pohl led and supported various Rimini Street activities including the placement of a convertible preferred security, the 2017 merger with GP Investments Acquisition Corp. and IPO, and the placement of a credit facility.
Previously, Mr. Pohl served over 20 years in the capital markets sector in portfolio management, financial planning and analysis, and counter party credit. His previous positions include Managing Director – Convertible Arbitrage, Relative Value, and Private Company Investments at Kellogg Capital Markets, and Portfolio Manager at Spear, Leeds & Kellogg, a Goldman Sachs Company.
Mr. Pohl holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Ferris State University.
Jack Reilly is responsible for management of all global litigation and related projects, including intellectual property, antitrust, employment, and compliance matters.
Before joining Rimini Street, Mr. Reilly served as Associate General Counsel, Litigation for Lorillard Tobacco Company where he was responsible for managing smoking, health and asbestos product liability litigation. At Lorillard he coordinated discovery strategies across all civil litigation and regulatory matters. Previously, Mr. Reilly worked as a litigation associate at the New York City-based law firm Chadbourne & Parke.
Mr. Reilly holds a Juris Doctor from Cornell Law School and a Bachelor of Arts from Cornell University’s College of Arts and Sciences. He is a member of the New York and North Carolina State Bars.
Darren Remblence is responsible for the development of strategic direction, associated execution and day-to-day management of Global Security & Compliance at Rimini Street.
He has more than 20 years of international experience in information security, cyber security, physical security, IT operations, investigations, business continuity, and disaster recovery.
Prior to joining Rimini Street, Mr. Remblence worked at PayPal Inc, eBay Inc, The London Clearing House Ltd, Centrica Plc, and DHL International (UK) Ltd. He also served 14 years in the British Royal Air Force, where he specialized in cyber security and counter intelligence.
Mr. Remblence received his Master of Science in IT Security from the University of Westminster, London, and holds the CISM and CISSP certifications.
Mr. Reneke is responsible for helping clients and prospects maximize the value of their Oracle systems. He leads a global team that articulates how companies can take control of their Oracle Roadmap by providing alternatives to the traditional support model. For the last 20 years, Mr. Reneke has been specializing in Oracle systems. During that time he provided leadership in support of global transformation projects that span everything from project assessment to post-go-live phases of large multi-year Oracle deployments. Mr. Reneke has conducted engagements that have included strategy, people, process, organization, technology and delivery, and has been the first to deliver systems in the industry numerous times around the world. He has worked directly for Oracle Corporation and for various Oracle Platinum Partners supporting Oracle software globally.
Richard brings over 20 years of experience building and running field operations for technology companies in the U.S. and internationally.
At Rimini Street, he serves as Senior Vice President and General Manager, responsible and overseeing the entire business operations across North America’s three regions – NAMER Central and Northwest, NAMER South/Southwest, and NAMER East – including marketing, sales, service, and support delivery, client success and revenue operations.
Before his successful track record as general manager at Rimini Street, he was responsible for building the East Coast operations for Kyvos Insights, a pre-venture start-up in the Cloud Analytics market. Richard also spent nine years at MicroStrategy, the largest independent Business Intelligence vendor, where he served as the general manager for indirect sales worldwide. His previous experience spans sales executive roles at Microsoft, Borland Software, Quest Software, and other technology organizations. He holds a diploma of arts and history from Universite Paris-Sorbonne.
Praveen Sahni leads global service delivery innovation at Rimini Street. In this role, he is responsible for developing innovation strategies and using artificial intelligence, machine learning and big data to build cutting-edge technology platforms.
Mr. Sahni has more than 20 years’ experience as the architect of many enterprise innovations and solutions and as a development director and product executive. He came to Rimini Street from Oracle Corporation, where, for more than 15 years he led applications development for both Oracle applications and products acquired by Oracle.
He holds a master of engineering in computer science from Birla Institute of Technologies & Science (BITS) in India. He speaks at Silicon Valley meetup groups on topics such as enabling and evaluating innovation projects and strategies. He also authored “Introduction to C-Language,” the first book on the topic published in India. He has also published numerous papers and articles on how innovation and technology enablement are transforming the service industry into the fastest- changing industry in the world.
Based in Singapore. Andrew Seow is responsible for all business development, account management, implementation and support ensuring customer satisfaction in the region. Prior to Rimini Street, he worked for United Technology Corporation, IBM Singapore and Sabre Corporation.
Mr. Seow has extensive sales and account experience working with Enterprise Resource Planning solution and maintenance services across industries, including finance, travel and transportation, construction and logistics.He is responsible for leading the next phase of growth for Rimini Street in Southeast Asia and Greater China, including managing sales, building the service delivery engineering team, and expanding operations to support the company’s fast-paced growth in the region.
Mr. Seow holds a Bachelor of Science’s Degree in Computer Science and Information Systems Honors, 2nd Upper, from National University of Singapore. He is a graduate of executive programs at China Europe International Business School (Shanghai) and INSEAD (Singapore).
Ms. Sepolen is a 20-year veteran of enterprise technology with multi-functional leadership experience in business operations, software lifecycle management, program management, sales operations, technology management, and business development. Her industry expertise includes manufacturing, retail trade, and services.
Ms. Sepolen serves as Vice President, Chief of Staff to the Office of the EVP of Global Service Delivery, leading initiatives that further the Rimini Street mission of delivering world-class enterprise software support.
Prior to her current role, Ms. Sepolen served Rimini Street clients as Vice President, Global Service Delivery Strategy & Operations, driving strategic vision and implementation for business enablement efforts.
Previously, Ms. Sepolen held senior level roles at NTT DATA Services, NCH Corporation, and Sanmina Corporation.
Ms. Sepolen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Phoenix. She is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
Michael Spencer is an experienced executive leader, with over 20 years of legal, operations, and people management experience.
At Rimini Street, Mr. Spencer serves as the Group Vice President and Associate General Counsel for Ethics and Compliance. In this role, he is responsible for leading a team of attorneys and legal professionals in developing the Company’s global Ethics & Compliance program and overseeing the data privacy program, international investigations, and Code of Business Conduct and Ethics.
Prior to joining Rimini Street, he served as Vice President, Legal Counsel, Global Head of Ethics & Compliance for a publicly traded multi-national company. Before that he was a Corporate Vice President for Walmart, with responsibility for the Asia and the Pacific Rim for the Ethics & Compliance Department. Specifically, he served as an expatriate in Hong Kong with responsibility for India, China and Japan. Mr. Spencer also served as a federal prosecutor for the United States Department of Justice and worked for major law firms in the United States.
He received his Bachelor of Business Administration degree from James Madison University and his Juris Doctorate from Washington and Lee University.
Ms. Stubbington currently oversees revenue, tax and treasury, and is responsible for financial management of Rimini Street’s foreign operations and growth into new markets while contributing to the development of the Company’s strategic goals. Since joining Rimini Street in 2009 as Corporate Controller, Ms. Stubbington has a proven track record of delivering results; she directed the accounting operations relating to the initial preparation and filing of the Company’s forthcoming IPO.
Prior to Rimini Street, she held executive roles at Planitax, a leading corporate tax software and service provider that enables tax departments to efficiently manage data, strengthen tax positions and improve internal controls. Most recently, she served as Controller/Director of Operations, managing Planitax’s financial, human resources, and operational functions.
Previously, Ms. Stubbington has worked as a CFO consultant for CFO Strategic Partners in Orlando, Florida, where she provided financial services, vision and guidance to clients of the firm. She focused on the development and execution of strategic financial services while putting in place best practices to support clients’ continued growth and profitability.
Ms. Stubbington was Chief Financial Officer at Inevitable Entertainment Inc., a video game developer of hit titles for the Sony Play Station, Microsoft Xbox and Nintendo Wii. She guided the company from start-up to multimillion-dollar enterprise before helping negotiate its sale to Midway Games.
Ms. Stubbington’s experience in the software development industry began at Acclaim Entertainment, Inc., where she held the position of Controller, U.S. Studios. Here she was responsible for managing the U.S.-based accounting operations of video game development planning, as well as financial statement reviews. Ms. Stubbington has also held various accounting positions in the cable and retail industries.
Ms. Stubbington holds a Bachelors of Business Administration in Accounting from Texas A&M University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
Prashant Tenkale is a 25-year veteran of the enterprise software industry and a visionary global leader in implementing, managing, and supporting enterprise applications. His expertise includes streamlining and automating business processes across sales, marketing, customer support, finance, and HR functions.
Mr. Tenkale leads IT Enterprise Applications at Rimini Street. He is responsible for continuous innovation initiatives, driving applications strategy, and the development and deployment of key business applications in partnership with Rimini Street’s business leaders.
Prior to joining Rimini Street, Mr. Tenkale managed a portfolio of business applications at Saba Software, leading implementations of CRM, ERP, HCM, and Equity applications in both cloud and on-premise environments.
Mr. Tenkale holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Science from Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University in India.
Mr. Terry has nearly 20 years of experience as a corporate attorney and is responsible for overseeing corporate governance, securities, financing, compliance and related matters for Rimini Street.
Prior to joining Rimini Street, he served as a Partner at Kirkland & Ellis LLP and Ropes & Gray LLP. Mr. Terry has handled various legal matters during his career, including corporate, governance, securities, regulatory, contract, executive compensation, and merger and acquisition matters.
Mr. Terry received his M.B.A. from Indiana University – Kelly School of Business in Bloomington, Indiana, and his J.D. from Indiana University School of Law. He is admitted to practice in Illinois and is a member of the Association of Corporate Counsel.
Yorio Wakisaka is responsible for leading the next phase of growth for Nihon Rimini Street, including strengthening Rimini Street’s presence outside of Tokyo, building out the service delivery engineering team, and expanding operations to support the Company’s fast-paced growth in Japan.
As a veteran of the enterprise IT industry, Mr. Wakisaka brings proven experience in the growth and execution of global business development capabilities and operations in enterprise applications in Japan.
Mr. Wakisaka joins Nihon Rimini Street from SAP Japan, where he served most recently as vice president and senior business development executive for the Automotive Business Unit. In this role, he was responsible for overseeing the growth and operations for SAP’s largest automotive company accounts on a global basis. During his 18-year tenure at SAP, Mr. Wakisaka held various roles of increasing engineering and executive responsibility, including VP and head of Pre-Sales, Value Engineering and Industry. Prior to SAP, Mr. Wakisaka was an engineer at NEC Office System Co.
Mr. Wakisaka holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Shiga University.
Robin Weiss is responsible for the delivery and management of global E-Business Suite Applications Support for Rimini Street clients. Global E-Business Suite Applications includes EBS, Hyperion, Agile, Oracle Communications, and Oracle Retail. She leads a global team of Oracle technical engineers and cross-functional experts who provide rapid delivery of solutions to meet clients’ needs 24/7/365. She is also charged with continuing to build out Rimini Street capabilities on a global scale, helping clients optimize their Oracle applications landscape, and partnering with clients to build lasting relationships.
Ms. Weiss has over 29 years of IT experience with the majority of that time focused on Oracle and JD Edwards applications technologies. Prior to joining Rimini Street, she worked 24 years at Oracle Corporation as Global Senior Director responsible for the Human Capital Management product family working with teams around the world supporting clients on their EBS applications.
Ms. Wells is a 27-year veteran of IT and enterprise software with extensive experience in network engineering, management consulting, product marketing, and product management. She has a broad range of expertise in strategy, enterprise applications and hosting, cloud solutions, quality assurance, product positioning, product messaging, and PeopleSoft.
Ms. Wells serves as VP, Product Strategy at Rimini Street. She is responsible for leading the product strategy of Rimini Street’s comprehensive suite of services specifically designed to enable Oracle and SAP licensees to address new opportunities and challenges across today’s dynamic IT landscape.
Prior to her current role, Ms. Wells served Rimini Street clients as Vice President, Product Management; Senior Director, Product Management; and Senior Director, Product Marketing, aligning strategy and product requirements to client objectives, and driving messaging and positioning for Rimini Street’s support for PeopleSoft offerings.
Previously, Ms. Wells held leadership roles in product marketing, product management, strategy, and consulting at AT&T, overseeing the Oracle product portfolio for AT&T’s cloud solutions and the PeopleSoft practice for AT&T’s professional services organization. She also held roles in PeopleSoft consulting at USinternetworking and Technology Solutions Company, and network engineering and support positions at Advanced Computer Systems, Eclipse Computer System, and IBM.
Ms. Wells holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems from Auburn University and an MBA in Global Business from Kennesaw State University in partnership with ASEBUSS Business School in Bucharest, Romania. She also holds certifications in Product Marketing, Project Management, Six Sigma, ITIL, and Oracle Applications.
Mr. Whitt is leader of technology support operations at Rimini Street, where he drives new innovation to both customers and internal operations to ensure the best use of technology for business needs. He holds the patent on Rimini Street’s Smart Proxy product.
Mr. Whitt has more than 25 years of experience developing, supporting, and deploying systems in the enterprise software industry. Before joining Rimini Street in 2011, he held leadership positions at several industry-leading software companies, including web development and hosting company Big8Software, which he founded and operated, and Kadiri, an early leader in the HCM space.
Prior to that, Mr. Whitt worked at PeopleSoft, where he was technical services manager for the Midwest region, manager of the install/upgrade group in the Global Support Centre, and staff developer for the Alliance Solution Center, where he developed joint technical solutions with partners including IBM, Sun, and HP. He received PeopleSoft’s Outstanding Contributor Award for personally leading installations for more than 30 customers.
Mr. Whitt holds a Masters of Engineering in Electrical Engineering from the University of Louisville in Kentucky.
Rachel Woodson serves as the Vice President of Special Projects in the Office of the CEO. She joined Rimini Street from Rackspace Technology, where over a tenure of 17 years she had the opportunity to take on a cross section of roles in a company that grew from small start-up all the way to going public, twice. Her most recent position was Partnership Strategy and Marketing Alliances where she was responsible for a portfolio of technology partners to drive joint-GTM campaigns into the global regions. Prior to that, she held roles as Chief of Staff in both Marketing and Product, has over a decade of experience driving operational excellence in cross-functional program management, and operated in service delivery and sales positions in both EMEA and NAMER.
Heather Young is responsible for leading the Rimini Street Sales Development and Inside Sales team, a world-wide program focused on new customer outreach and engagement.
Ms. Young has extensive experience in building and scaling inside sales and sales development programs both in enterprise and high growth organizations. She has global experience in team management, training programs, organizational planning and operations management to drive best in class inside sales and sales development programs.
Ms. Young comes to Rimini Street with over 20 years of high tech experience including VMware, FireEye and Pure Storage, where she held various executive roles in channel, inside sales and sales development.
Ms. Young earned her undergraduate degree with honors at New York University.
