Technology Support Services Extends the Life Span of Oracle and SAP Releases
Software vendors provide a short number of years in which full support with tax, legal and regulatory updates is available for a particular release of their software and drive mandatory upgrades. Consequently, software vendors have no strategic focus on maximizing the life span of each release.
