VP, Global Service Delivery Operations
Dorothea Stoll has broad, global leadership experience in Finance, Operations, and Technology. She has proven capabilities in enabling organizations to globalize and run international business through building successful operating models (process, people, technology), across manufacturing, consumer goods, pharmaceuticals/healthcare, food ingredients, appliances and industrial distribution industries. She is experienced in running international operations across North America, EMEA, LATAM and APAC.
As Vice President of Global Service Delivery Operations, Ms. Stoll operates as chief of staff and business partner to the SVP of Global Service Delivery, driving the Global Service Delivery organization business plan and objectives, ensuring the overall productivity, effectiveness, and scalability of the service delivery organization.
Ms. Stoll joined Rimini Street from Anixter International, where she served as VP IT Finance Transformation, responsible for the Finance transition to Oracle Cloud. Previous to this, she was with Kraft and then Kraft Heinz Company, where she led the post-merger integration of legacy Kraft & Heinz companies, combining operating models/processes/data onto a single SAP platform. She played transformational roles at Hospira Inc., where she headed global Supply Chain finance operations and was instrumental in the acquisition and integration of a complex global oncology manufacturing company, served as business lead for the global implementation of SAP, and established multiple centralized and shared services platforms.
Previous to these experiences, Ms. Stoll held positions with Corn Products International and the International division of the Maytag Corporation. She was responsible for Strategic Planning, budgeting and forecasting, global FP&A, and financial reporting/consolidations for Mexico, China, Thailand, South Korea, Australia, and Pakistan.
Ms. Stoll is a Certified Public Accountant, holds a Bachelor of Science in International Business from the American College of Switzerland, and an MBA in Entrepreneurship, Cum Laude, from the Kellstadt Graduate School of Business (De Paul University, Chicago). She holds a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification. She is a member of the Board of Directors of the Self Help Closet & Pantry and serves as the head of its Finance Committee.
