Heather Matuszewski

Ms. Matuszewski is a 20-year veteran of the enterprise software industry, with extensive experience in leadership and client management. She has a broad range of expertise in IT client onboarding, account management, infrastructure support, and customer support.

Ms. Matuszewski leads the Global Client Onboarding Engagement Team at Rimini Street. In this role she ensures complete success-and complete satisfaction-as clients begin their partnership with Rimini Street.

Prior to her current role, Ms. Matuszewski served Rimini Street clients as Senior Director, Global Client Onboarding; Director, Global Client Onboarding; Onboarding Project Manager; and Enterprise Account Manager. During this time she was also a three-year member of the Board of Trustees for LEAP Academy University Charter School in Camden, NJ.

Previously, Ms. Matuszewski held leadership roles at JPMorgan Chase & Co. as Vice President, Infrastructure Support, and at SAP America as Director of Key Account Support, Escalation Manager, and Manager, Premium Support Services.

Ms. Matuszewski holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Communications and a Master of Arts degree in Education from Rosemont College in Pennsylvania.
