VP, Global Sales Enablement & Effectiveness
Joshua Blair is responsible for leading a global team charged with driving consistent improvements in sales effectiveness and efficiency through enablement activities, training, content development and process refinement.
Mr. Blair brings over two decades of experience leading and developing successful technology sales and services organizations charged with aggressive goals for innovation, expansion and delivery excellence. Joshua has proven expertise in the areas of ERP solutions and practice management, product strategy, development and marketing, partner and channel management, organizational development and change management, as well as sales leadership.
Prior to joining Rimini Street, Mr. Blair held positions with Dell EMC, NTT DATA, The America's SAP Users Group and a private SAP consultancy, in roles ranging from Director - Global Executive Briefing Program, VP of Global Sales Enablement, to SVP and COO/CFO.
Mr. Blair holds an MBA and a BBA in Business Analysis, from Texas A&M University, and currently serves as a guest lecturer on Change Management and Entrepreneurialism, also for Texas A&M University.High Res Photo PDF Bio LinkedIn
