Nucleus Research Report Validates that SAP Licensees Dramatically Reduce Maintenance Costs with Rimini Street Third-Party Support


Improved Service, Flexibility and Ability to Avoid Upgrades Highlighted as Key Benefits in Addition to Annual Support Fee Savings

Rimini Street Clients Dramatically Cut SAP Maintenance Costs

According to Nucleus, "Rimini Street customers were able to maintain or improve their level of SAP application support while typically cutting their annual support costs by 50 percent[1]." Nucleus' report verified that significant cost savings from both reducing annual support costs and avoiding unnecessary upgrades were major motivating factors driving organizations to switch to Rimini Street.

Color Spot Nurseries, a distributor of high quality plants to more than 2,000 retail and commercial customers in the U.S., is one such company that was able to avoid a forced upgrade by switching to Rimini Street.
