Former Oracle Executive to Lead Global Client Care & Success Organization
As senior vice president, Global Client Care & Success, Nancy Lyskawa is responsible for building and managing a global account management team and delivering innovative and value-added client programs that extend and maximize the value clients realize from Rimini Street's product support and deliverables.
Lyskawa is a proven veteran of the enterprise software industry with more than 20 years of services strategy, marketing, and global customer management experience. She joins Rimini Street from Oracle Corporation, where she most recently served as vice president, Support Services Marketing. In that role, she was responsible for Oracle's Support Services global marketing. Previously, as head of global services marketing for PeopleSoft, Lyskawa supported a $1.3 billion line of business and was a leader in global account management programs strategy and execution. Earlier in Lyskawa's career, she held enterprise software technical and team leadership positions at EDS.
