Rimini Street Brings Industry-Leading Support Services to International Markets


Company's First Year Marked by Aggressive Growth, Product Line Expansion and Key Executive Hires

SAN FRANCISCO, Oct. 23, 2006 - Rimini Street, Inc., the leading independent maintenance and support provider for Siebel, PeopleSoft, and JD Edwards (NASDAQ: ORCL) software, today announced at Oracle OpenWorld 2006 plans to bring its industry-leading support services overseas, with initial international operations in the Asia-Pacific region. Also announced today were recent highlights of the company's exceptional first year in business, which culminated in the appointment of enterprise software industry veterans from Siebel, PeopleSoft and SAP to the executive management team, the hiring of senior support professionals, launch of three product lines, and closing of a significant number of customer contracts. Rimini Street will begin the first phase of its international expansion in the Asia-Pacific region, with support services available in Australia and New Zealand beginning in the first quarter of 2007. Rimini Street support services in Australia and New Zealand will include support for Siebel, PeopleSoft Enterprise and JD Edwards World and OneWorld (EntepriseOne) products. Subsequent phases of international expansion will include other major regions in Asia-Pacific and Europe.

Rimini Street offers the most innovative software support program in the industry.
