LAS VEGAS - December 13, 2005 - Rimini Street, Inc., a third-party alternative maintenance and support provider for Siebel software licensees (NASDAQ: SEBL), today announced the opening of a new Global Support Center located in Durham, N.C. The announcement of the new East Coast facility and the company's second Global Support Center in the U.S. signals Rimini Street's continued on-schedule infrastructure build-up for the launch of its alternative support and maintenance services for Siebel products. Rimini Street plans to officially begin providing support services to clients in the first quarter of 2006.
