Rimini Street Survey Report Oracle Applications Strategies for 2015 and Beyond

In late 2014, Rimini Street surveyed 139 Oracle application customers in a systematic effort to determine their views on a range of strategic issues. This report summarizes the results of that research.

In general, survey respondents wanted more product roadmap clarity from Oracle, and cost-prohibitive upgrades were cited as a top concern.

Key findings:

    • Only 5% of Oracle customers surveyed currently plan to use Fusion applications
    • Only 35% are currently planning an upgrade
    • More than 70% are dissatisfied with the cost of Oracle annual support and maintenance
