Medical Coverage includes:

• Outpatient care up to $20,000 USD annual limit
• Inpatient care including
  • Private room
  • Private ambulance
• Annual Wellness exam limit of $1,350 USD
• Maternity Care, no waiting period
• Dental Coverage, up to $3,000 USD annual limit
• Vision Coverage
  • One eye exam per year
  • Up to $300 USD for corrective lenses, eyeglass frames, and/or prescribed sunglasses

Eligible dependents for Medical coverage include

• Your Spouse, legal or common-law
• Unmarried children under the age of 26, either in full-time education or residing at the same residence as the employee at commencement of any treatment.

Life Insurance

Rimini Street provides eligible employees with Life Insurance coverage equal to SGD 500,000. Coverage is subject to Insurance Underwriting Limitations. Premiums are paid for by Rimini Street.

Personal Accident Insurance

Rimini Street Provides eligible employees with Personal Accident insurance coverage equal to SGD 500,000. Coverage is subject to Insurance Underwriting Limitations. Premiums are paid for by Rimini Street.

Annual Leave

Employees will receive 14 days of vacation after one year of service. From the 2^nd year of service, employee will receive 1 additional day for every year of service. A maximum of 20 days may be earned. Employees with less than 1 year of service3 will be eligible for prorated annual leave.
