Stock Options

In your official offer letter, if eligible, you will receive the opportunity, but not the obligation, to purchase company Stock Options.

This is subject to the approval of Rimini Street’s Board of Directors (“Board”), you shall be granted an option (the “option”) to purchase shares of Rimini Street Common Stock, at an exercise price equal to the fair market value of such shares on the date of the grant as determined by the Board.

Restricted Stock Units

A Restricted Stock Unit (RSU) is a notional share of Rimini Stock to be awarded at a future date. This is subject to the approval of Rimini Street’s Board of Directors (“Board”). Granted at fair market value, RSUs will be settled in shares, less any tax withholdings (if applicable).

E*TRADE (US)

Activation

Once your grant has been approved by the Board, E*TRADE will send you an email notifying you to open your account and review/accept your award.

You will need to active your E*TRADE Securities account to view and manage your stock plan benefits.
