You and your eligible dependents can participate in our medical plan as of your date of hire. Medical. You must enroll in the Medical Plan within 30 days from your hire date. Rimini Street pays 100% of your medical premiums for both you and your eligible dependents.

  • Medical History Disregarded (except chronic conditions)
  • £100 excess
  • Unlimited outpatient treatment (please review plan document for details)

The enrolment form for Medical and Dental coverage is available for completion and must be submitted within 30 days from employment

Eligible dependents for Medical coverage include

  • Your Spouse, legal or common-law
  • Any of the lead member’s children; Children cannot stay on the plans after the renewal date following their 30th Birthday


Rimini Street provides Dental coverage to employees and dependents through Bupa.

Our Dental Plan provides coverages such as :

  • Fully Paid NHS Treatment
  • Worldwide Emergency Dental Treatment – up to £1,000
  • Dental Injury Treatment – up to £5,000
  • Examinations (up to 2 per policy year) – up to £70
  • X-rays – up to £90
  • Scale and Polish up to 2 per policy year) – up to £90

  • Crowns and Bridgework – 80% of cost up to £2,000
  • Anaesthestist – up to £80
  • Orthodontic Cover – up to £600

Death In Service & Income Protection

Death In Service

Rimini Street provides Death in Service benefits to employees. You will be enrolled in this benefit from your first day of employment with Rimini Street. Rimini Street pays the premiums for both Basic and Dependent Life insurance coverages. You must complete a Beneficiary Form.

Death in Service coverage is 4x your annual base salary, paid in the event of death.

Death In Service & Income Protection

Group Income Protection coverage

Rimini Street provides Group Income Protection (Disability) coverage to employees. You will be enrolled in this benefit from your 1st day of employment.

Group Income Protection covers the following

  • 75% of your base salary after a 13 week waiting period to your State Pension Age
  • Claim paid is taxable through PAYE
  • Income is paid through return to work, retirement, or death

We offer a Salary Exchange where you sacrifice some of your salary to contribute to your pension. Employees have the right to opt out of the Pension Scheme after being auto-enrolled.

If your employment ceases, you can either Transfer funds to another Pension or continue to pay into your pension by setting up a direct debit and you can remain invested until you retire.

Time Off


Rimini Street provides paid time off to employees so that they may celebrate festivals and holidays as follows.

If the public holiday falls on a weekend, the next working day will be deemed a public holiday.


Employees are eligible for 25 days of holiday, increasing 1 day for every year of service up to a maximum of 28 days. Employees with less than 1 year of service will be eligible for prorated annual leave.

Sick Leave

Rimini Street provides employees with Ten days company paid during probationary period. Upon successful completion, company-paid leave increases to 13-weeks during a 12-month rolling period (based on basic salary and inclusive sick pay).

Rimini Street provides all statutory required leaves such as Bereavement, study leave, Civic and, Military, etc.
