Who we support
The Rimini Street Foundation first launched its work with nonprofit community organizations and schools in our hometown of Las Vegas. Today, we proudly support charities worldwide, across a broad range of focus areas — including education, social services, animal welfare, disaster relief and more — to provide impactful community services and donations for our friends in need of a hand up.

Committee members
Our efforts are guided by a volunteer steering committee of Rimini Street employees serving rotating terms, each of whom represents different communities around the world. The committee’s analysis of opportunities and recommendations drive the foundation’s investment activities, and ensure our donations reflect the values of our richly diverse culture.
Janet Ravin
Janet Ravin is the founder and Committee Chair of the Rimini Street Foundation, the privately funded charitable arm of Rimini Street, Inc. Drawing on her experience serving the community from the age of 6, she leads the global efforts of the Foundation with the Global Steering Committee, a rotating group of dedicated employees who volunteer their time and hearts to supporting the success of the Foundation across the communities we live in and serve.
Ms. Ravin is a strong advocate for literacy and education as long-term, sustainable solutions to ending generational poverty and the myriad of health, financial, and social challenges that accompany this dangerous, perpetuating cycle. She is a firm believer that all children and adults alike should dream big, think big, and dare to act big, and supports charities that are focused on literacy and empowerment.
When Ms. Ravin is not serving as the Committee Chair, she volunteers her time as a Board Member and Philanthropy Committee Chair of the American Red Cross Southern Nevada chapter.

Having already organized and participated in some local Rimini Street Foundation events, Birgit is looking forward to extending her support to the worldwide community.
