Prior to leading the global SAP team, Ms. Perry was responsible for the delivery and management of all SAP support services for Rimini Street clients, bringing a keen sense of client success and satisfaction to her role.
Ms. Perry’s career spans 24 years of IT experience with Fortune 100 and 500 companies in various industries, including many years of hands-on experience as a certified SAP implementation consultant. Prior to joining Rimini Street, Ms. Perry served in various roles starting out as an SAP implementation consultant in the manufacturing, insurance, natural gas, media, retail and telecom industries. She moved on to building and running global development teams responsible for implementing, upgrading and supporting all aspects of the SAP footprint.
Doug is a 28+ year international IT veteran, having worked with organisations like SAP, Oracle and IBM across A/NZ, Asia Pacific & Africa to drive their licensing business. Over the last 6 years Doug and his team have been working with clients across Australia, New Zealand, South East Asia and North America in reviewing and optimising their licenses, assisting clients with software audit defence and solution advisory as clients look to move to cloud. Doug’s intimate knowledge of Software vendors like SAP, Oracle, IBM and Microsoft licensing and auditing practice has enabled him to successfully assist clients in Retail, Manufacturing, Utilities, Public Sector and Financial Service achieve a positive outcome in their audits, along with assisting them during software contract negotiations. Doug has successfully assisted his clients in reducing their overall spend with the vendors; constructing and negotiate Enterprise Agreements and developing cloud strategies.
