Mr. Harvey serves as Theater CTO, EMEA. In this role, he is responsible for advising clients on strategic innovation initiatives that align with long-term technical and functional business goals across enterprise applications and architecture. He also works with the Global CTO to deliver IT, security, and functional ERP roadmap services in Europe, Middle East, and Africa. Additionally, he will work cross functionally with the Application Management Services, Advanced Technology Group, Global Professional Services, and Product Management teams.
Mr. Harvey is a skilled executive leader with 25 years of experience in banking, financial services, energy, oil and gas, logistics, Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG), retail, and technology verticals. His expertise spans across strategy, operations, AIOPS, ML, security, change management, innovation, site reliability engineering (SRE), Devops, ERP, databases, and observability.
Prior to joining Rimini Street, Mr. Harvey was Executive CTO, EMEA – Observability at Cisco where he led executive engagement and was responsible for product strategy in the region.
Earlier in his career, he held senior IT leadership positions at various organizations in multiple verticals such as financial services (Royal Bank of Scotland and ABN AMRO Bank), retail (New Look), and Energy (BP).
