Seth Ravin
Mr. Ravin is a 30-year enterprise software industry veteran who pioneered the independent enterprise software support industry. In 2005, The Enterprise Software Observer named Mr. Ravin one of the 25 next-generation leaders of the enterprise software industry. In 2010, Mr. Ravin was featured in Deal Architect CEO Vinnie Mirchandani’s new book, The New Polymath: Profiles in Compound-Technology Innovations, where he is credited with enacting a visionary, disruptive strategy for dramatically reducing the cost of information technology and ushering in a new era of customer choice.
In September 2005, Mr. Ravin launched Rimini Street, Inc. with a mission to redefine enterprise software support using innovative, next-generation support services delivered at more than a 50 percent savings in fees compared to a software vendor’s annual support program. Rimini Street currently offers support services for Oracle, SAP, IBM, Microsoft and other enterprise software.
Prior to his success launching independent maintenance and support programs, Mr. Ravin was an executive with PeopleSoft, Inc., where he served most recently as vice president of the customer sales division. Earlier in his PeopleSoft career, Mr. Ravin held several senior roles of increasing global responsibility, including corporate director of customer services and programs and corporate manager of upgrades and installations. Mr. Ravin’s PeopleSoft responsibilities included worldwide release support policy; release retirement programs; account management; Y2K software update and readiness program management for thousands of licensees; and development and delivery of special support programs for customers with unique needs. To meet the needs of customers who wanted to run a mature software release for many additional years beyond the official supported life span of a release without mandatory upgrades, Mr. Ravin successfully designed and launched the enterprise software industry’s first specialized extended support programs for Fortune 500, public sector and midmarket organizations.
Mr. Ravin also served as vice president of customer sales for Saba Software, Inc., worked in Russia on defense conversion programs, and worked in Washington, D.C. assisting the Clinton Administration with Congressional passage of the GATT global trade agreement in 1994.

Michael L. Perica
Mr. Perica serves as EVP & Chief Financial Officer. In this role, he is responsible for finance strategy and execution for Rimini Street and its global subsidiaries as well as financial operations including global financial planning and analysis, accounting, revenue management, global treasury and tax, SEC reporting, finance systems and processes, audit, capital structure, capital markets activities, M&A, and investor relations.
Mr. Perica is a skilled executive leader with 25 years of financial leadership and capital markets experience and expertise in diverse of finance.
Prior to joining Rimini Street, Mr. Perica was vice president of finance and CFO of the US$1.4 billion Energy Systems Global business unit at Enersys (NYSE: ENS), a global leader in stored energy solutions, where he led finance, treasury, tax, legal and HR. Mr. Perica joined Enersys as the result of a $750 million acquisition, where he led the sell-side process as CFO of Alpha Technologies, a leading provider of power conversion equipment, services, and software to the telecommunications, renewable, and industrial sectors.
Prior to the sale of Alpha Technologies to Enersys, as CFO of Alpha Technologies, Mr. Perica developed and executed a strategic financial plan that resulted in a five-year period of double-digit compounded annual revenue and EBITDA growth driven by services expansion and acquisitions.
Previously, Mr. Perica served as CFO of Channell Commercial Corporation, a leading provider of outdoor enclosures and wire management solutions. Prior to this role, Mr. Perica spent 12 years at various Wall Street investment banks and concluded his capital markets career as senior vice president and head of research at Brean Capital (formerly Brean Murray, Carret & Co.).
Earlier in his capital markets career, Mr. Perica led the technology, media and telecommunications practice at Kaufman Bros., led the technology practice at Gruntal & Co., and was a Zacks and Reuters top-rated analyst for communications equipment at Olde Financial Corp. where he advised client boards on IPOs, secondary offerings, and other capital raise strategies and plans.
Mr. Perica holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree with a major in accounting from Central Michigan University and a Master of Business Administration degree from the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California.
Steve Hershkowitz
Mr. Hershkowitz serves as EVP & Chief Revenue Officer. In this role, he oversees all aspects of sales, including the company’s worldwide sales strategy, and is responsible for the revenue organization, which includes the regional and theatre general management, recurring revenue, industry solutions, and professional services.
Mr. Hershkowitz is a skilled go-to-market executive with over two decades of experience in sales leadership and general management, driving profitable revenue growth and scaling within enterprise and SaaS software companies across hyper-competitive landscapes.
Prior to joining Rimini Street, Mr. Hershkowitz was the Chief Revenue Officer at Virtana Corporation, where he ran global sales, transforming the company from a hardware-based perpetual license business to a robust software, subscription, and SaaS model, enhancing all key valuation metrics, including revenue and EBITDA.
Previously, Mr. Hershkowitz was Vice President and General Manager at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, running the High Performance Compute and AI organization. Prior to this role, he was Vice President and General Manager of North America Large Enterprise at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, driving accelerated growth across HPE’s entire solution portfolio.
Mr. Hershkowitz is a distinguished veteran of the United States Airforce where he served honorably.
Nancy Lyskawa
Ms. Lyskawa serves as EVP & Chief Client Officer. In this role, she is responsible for delivering a perfect Rimini Street client experience that starts with a seamless transition to Rimini Street unified support, services, and solutions. Ms. Lyskawa is also responsible for the global management of client environments and remote access protocols used to provide Rimini Street’s award winning, 24x7x365, ultra-responsive service to thousands of clients. In 2019, Ms. Lyskawa was honored with a gold Stevie® Award for Female Executive of the Year in recognition of her role in leading the Rimini Street’s global client onboarding team.
Ms. Lyskawa is a skilled executive leader with more than 25 years of experience in the enterprise software industry across Fortune 500 companies and high-growth technology startups including PeopleSoft and Oracle. She has a successful track record in global client success, corporate strategy, marketing, and recurring revenue sales and execution.
Prior to joining Rimini Street, Ms. Lyskawa was Vice President, Global Support Services Marketing at Oracle Corporation. In that role, she was responsible for marketing strategy and execution for the then-US$12 billion global support business. As a member of the executive marketing team at Oracle she helped architect Oracle product release support policy and the global support pricing model. Previously, at PeopleSoft, she held many senior management positions in customer services, support operations and services marketing.
Earlier in her career, Ms. Lyskawa spent several years at EDS (now HP, Inc.) where she specialized in ERP implementations and upgrades and led successful engagements for clients in the utility, retail, and automotive industries.
Ms. Lyskawa is a Certified Management Accountant (CMA). She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting and Finance with Honors from the University of North Dakota and a Masters Certificate in Marketing from the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University. Currently, Ms. Lyskawa serves on the Board of Living Beyond Breast Cancer, a nonprofit working with women who have been diagnosed with breast cancer and their caregivers during their experience of diagnosis, treatment, and recovery.
David Rowe
Mr. Rowe serves as Chief Marketing and Product Officer & EVP, Global Transformation. In this role, he is responsible for Rimini Street’s global product and marketing strategy and execution. Mr. Rowe also leads initiatives to reinvent, transform and scale Rimini Street’s business for billion-dollar revenue operations.
Mr. Rowe is a skilled executive leader with 30+ years of experience in the enterprise software industry and proven experience formulating, building, and marketing technology solutions for large international software firms and high-growth technology start-ups.
Mr. Rowe is a featured speaker at technology and marketing conferences, sharing his expertise on current trends in enterprise software and technology marketing.
Prior to joining Rimini Street, Mr. Rowe was vice president of marketing and product management for Perfect Commerce, Inc., a leading provider of on-demand supplier relationship management solutions. Previously, Mr. Rowe held senior leadership positions in marketing, business development, and product strategy at organizations including Zoho Corporation, PeopleSoft, and Accenture.
Mr. Rowe holds a Bachelor of Science degree in engineering from Harvey Mudd College.
Kevin Maddock
Mr. Maddock serves as VP & Chief Recurring Revenue Officer and Interim GM, North America. In this role, he is responsible for worldwide recurring revenue sales. Mr. Maddock is a skilled executive leader with more than 25 years of experience in software support and technology.
Prior to joining Rimini Street, Mr. Maddock served as executive vice president of worldwide inside sales and operations for ServiceSource, the industry leader in outsourced maintenance renewal and sales for technology companies. He was a member of the executive team where he had overall global leadership and P&L responsibilities for building, scaling, and managing a 500-person sales organization that delivered more than US $1 billion in service sales and a five-fold increase in revenue growth.
Previously, Mr. Maddock was vice president of worldwide support service sales at PeopleSoft, Inc. (acquired by Oracle Corporation) with responsibility for the development, strategic direction, and day-to-day leadership of a global sales organization. During his tenure at PeopleSoft, he oversaw worldwide growth in annual support services revenue for PeopleSoft and JD Edwards products from US$250 million to more than US$1.2 billion. Mr. Maddock’s responsibilities also included worldwide systems and processes for support renewal management and participation in worldwide pricing model and release support policies.
Earlier in his career, he held a management role with KPMG Consulting in its financial services strategy and operations division. Prior to KPMG, Mr. Maddock managed large software development and implementation projects at Andersen Consulting (now Accenture).
Mr. Maddock received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in finance, with honors, from the University of Notre Dame and a Master of Business Administration degree from the Anderson School of Management at UCLA.
Craig Mackereth
Mr. Mackereth serves as EVP, Global Service Delivery. In this role, he is responsible for developing and managing the delivery of Rimini Street support services for SAP’s Business Suite and BusinessObjects software and Oracle Corporation’s Siebel, PeopleSoft, JD Edwards, E-Business Suite, Oracle Database, Oracle Fusion Middleware, Hyperion, and Oracle Retail software.
Mr. Mackereth is skilled executive leader with 20 years of experience working in various industries including financial services, technology, software, aerospace and defense and expertise in Oracle applications and technologies. He is a recognized thought leader in the enterprise systems space. Mr. Mackereth has led projects and global teams for companies of all sizes and managed 24×7 support teams in challenging corporate environments using a variety of applications and technologies.
Prior to joining Rimini Street, Mr. Mackereth provided management consulting services to global organizations headquartered in the San Francisco Bay Area. He introduced program, risk, and change management techniques during a global deployment of Oracle E-Business Suite before leading a successful EBS r12.1.3 upgrade that was delivered on schedule and under budget.
Previously, Mr. Mackereth was vice president at Visa, responsible for the development and production support of global ERP solutions. In addition to managing the 24×7 support of core systems used by employees operating in more than 150 countries, this role included delivery of a significant portfolio of projects to improve technology and process in the crucial post-IPO phase.
Earlier in his career, Mr. Mackereth was a senior manager at BAE SYSTEMS with responsibility for development and production support of corporate systems including financial, maintenance, engineering, and manufacturing. During this time, he introduced complex maintenance repair and overhaul (cMRO), service-oriented architecture (SOA), and identity management using Oracle solutions and received a Fusion Middleware Innovation Award as an early adopter of SOA.
Mr. Mackereth is an active contributor to the Oracle community, having participated on customer advisory boards for SOA, identity and access management, and cMRO. He is an OAUG Ambassador and has presented at Oracle Open World on multiple occasions and to industry leaders across Asia during the inaugural SOA Leaders Summit in Macau.
Phil Cullen
Phil Cullen serves as EVP, Global Operations. In this role, he is responsible for managing complex, growing operational support needs in more than 21 countries. Groups consolidated under his stewardship include the revenue operations, special operations, analytics, Data Management, Quality Management System (QMS), and global sales proposal teams.
Mr. Cullen is a skilled executive leader with more than 30 years of experience in technology, including senior leadership roles, and expertise in operations, product development, data science, product support, professional services, customer success, and customer experience.
Prior to joining Rimini Street, Mr. Cullen held numerous senior level roles including senior advisor of data & decision science at OCX Cognition, president at Acqua Consulting, senior vice president of data & decision science at Aptology, and chief of staff to the CEO at Calypso Technology.

Jack L. Acosta
Mr. Acosta serves as Lead Independent Director and Chairman of the Audit and has served as a member of our board of directors since October 2013.
Prior to joining the board, Mr. Acosta served as chief financial officer and vice president, finance of Portal Software (acquired by Oracle), from February 1999 to September 2001. Previously, Mr. Acosta served as secretary of Portal Software from February 1999 to April 1999. From July 1996 to January 1999, Mr. Acosta served as executive vice president and chief financial officer of Sybase, Inc. (acquired by SAP).
Mr. Acosta holds a Bachelor of Science degree in industrial relations from California State University East Bay (previously California State University Hayward), a Master of Science degree in management sciences from California State University East Bay, and an Honorary Doctor of Humane Letters degree from California State University East Bay.

Steve Capelli
Mr. Capelli serves as an Independent Director. In this role, he is chairman of the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee and is a member of the Audit and Compensation committees. Mr. Capelli is currently chairman of mLogica, LLC which specializes in the modernization of corporate infrastructures.
Mr. Capelli is a skilled executive leader with 40 years of experience in enterprise software and services in such roles as president, CFO, and COO. He has served on boards of directors and been an advisor to both public and private companies.
Prior to joining the board, Mr. Capelli served as CFO, COO, and Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) at BlackBerry Limited. He was a leader in its transition from a unprofitable smartphone company to a profitable software and services company specializing in enterprise and automotive security.
Previously, Mr. Capelli held various management positions at Sybase, Inc. (acquired by SAP) including president of worldwide field operations. Prior to this role, he was CFO of Siemens Pyramid (a subsidiary of Siemens Nixdorf) and vice president of intercontinental sales of Pyramid Technology (acquired by Siemens Nixdorf).

Robin Murray
Mr. Murray is a partner with Adams Street Partners where he invests in venture and growth equity companies in the Internet, software, and financial technology sectors. Before Adams Street Partners, Mr. Murray was a partner with 3i Ventures where he led the Menlo Park, California office. Prior to 3i, he was CFO of both iPIN Corporation (ultimately acquired by INTC) and Ubicom (ultimately acquired by HCKT). Before moving to Silicon Valley in the mid 1990s, Mr. Murray worked in London for McKinsey, J Sainsbury and Ernst & Young.
Mr. Murray holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Bristol University, a Masters of Business Administration from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business and an ACA from the ICAEW.

Jay Snyder
Mr. Snyder serves as an Independent Director and has served as a member of our board of directors since June 2020. He is the SVP of Partners and Alliances for Dynatrace, Inc., a leading provider of unified observability and security solutions for dynamic, hybrid, multi-cloud environments.
Mr. Snyder is a 30-year technology industry veteran passionate about building world-class teams, mentoring the next generation of leaders, and driving an inclusive, diverse, and fun work environment. His work history includes chief customer and partner roles at BetterUp, UiPath, and New Relic, as well as 21 years at EMC/Dell Technologies in a variety of senior executive GTM roles both at the national and global level. His early career included management roles at PeopleSoft and Accenture.
Mr. Snyder is an active champion and sponsor of initiatives to strengthen diversity, increase inclusion, advance talent, and create stronger communities. He initiated EMC’s global philanthropy, EMC Gives Back, served on the Board of Directors of the Association for Corporate Growth Silicon Valley, and has been an active member and Vice Chairman for Loaves and Fishes of Contra Costa County, helping to feed the hungry.

Yusuf Abdul-Rehman
Mr. Abdul-Rehman serves as GVP, Professional Services. In this role, he is responsible for professional services execution and delivery across the globe.
Mr. Abdul-Rehman is a skilled executive leader with more than 30 years of experience in leading global professional services and scaling up business rapidly and expertise in financial technology.
Prior to joining Rimini Street, Mr. Abdul-Rehman served as managing director, professional services at Charles River Development (a State Street Company), where he worked with some of the largest banks and financial institutions in North America to deliver large-scale programs and projects.
Previously, Mr. Abdul-Rehman was regional head (Americas), professional services at Finastra. Prior to this role, he was senior director, professional services (Americas and APAC) at Calypso Technology.
Mr. Abdul-Rehman holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics from Aligarh Muslim University, India and Master of Business Administration degrees from Aligarh Muslim University, India and Saint Ambrose University, Iowa, respectively.
Tiago Achcar
Mr. Achcar serves as VP & Assistant General Counsel, Americas. In this role, he is responsible for client, partner, and vendor contracting and other legal matters; projects and initiatives for the Americas; and leadership of a team located across the region.
Mr. Achcar is an experienced executive leader with more than 20 years of legal, business, and people management experience. He is fluent in English, Portuguese, and Spanish, with some capability in French and German.
Immediately prior to his current role, Mr. Achcar served as VP and assistant general counsel for Rimini Street, Latin America.
Previously, Mr. Achcar was the Latin America legal executive director for Merck Animal Health, where he was responsible for the legal department in the region. There, he led a business team in Latin America, managing strategic planning, commercial operations, multichannel marketing, learning and development, and communications initiatives for the animal health division.
Earlier in his career, Mr. Achcar was the Brazil legal director for Syngenta and worked as in-house counsel for Holcim and Bayer in Brazil.
Mr. Achcar earned his law degree from São Paulo Catholic University and attended the LL.M. program at Insper in Brazil, with an extension at the University of California, Davis where he studied U.S. law.
Garth Adcock
Mr. Adcock serves as VP, Global SAP Delivery. In this role, he is responsible for the development and successful delivery of the SAP Support and Managed Services product lines at Rimini Street. He leads an incredible team of highly skilled engineers and leaders across 17 countries tasked with resolving complex issues utilizing a 24/7/365 support model.
Mr. Adcock is a skilled executive leader with over 20 years of experience in large SAP systems implementations, global roll outs and managed services working across various industries including mining, retail, and manufacturing.
Prior to joining Rimini Street, Mr. Adcock held various senior leadership positions at Accenture in South Africa and Canada. Most recently, he was responsible for delivering a large managed services engagement across application and infrastructure platforms.
Brian Almas
Mr. Almas serves as SVP, Global Human Resources. In this role, he is responsible for shaping the culture and employee experience while leading all aspects of people strategy and functions. He leads hiring, development, and engagement, enabling the company to successfully execute on its business goals and objectives to best serve our clients.
Mr. Almas is a skilled executive leader with more than 25 years of experience in leading global human resources teams and developing talent and expertise as a VC advisor and transformation executive.
Prior to joining Rimini Street, Mr. Almas led the global HR team at Fortinet, Inc., a high-growth cybersecurity company. As Chief People Officer, his top priority was enabling talent to be its best.
Previously, Mr. Almas was vice president of global HR at Flextronics, overseeing Innovation and New Ventures, two business units comprising 2,500 design and product engineers in 28 countries, and Industrial & Emerging Industries, a US$5 billion revenue growth business.
Earlier in his career, Mr. Almas held HR leadership roles at VMware, Applied Biosystems, and AOL where he built the HR business partner function and drove hypergrowth and global scale.
Mr. Almas holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics and political science from Albion College, a Master of Arts degree in human resources from Central Michigan University, and Master’s certificates in executive leadership management from Stanford University.
Mina Almassi
Ms. Almassi serves as Vice President and Managing Counsel, Global Labor Law. In this role, she oversees the company’s worldwide labor and employment.
Ms. Almassi is a skilled executive leader with 30 years of legal and people management experience and expertise in providing practical legal advice to business leaders and HR professionals as an employment lawyer, problem-solver, and adviser.
Immediately prior to her current role, Ms. Almassi served as director and managing counsel, global labor and employment law.
Prior to joining Rimini Street, Ms. Almassi was Of Counsel to several employment law firms where her services included litigating claims of wrongful discharge, defamation, invasion of privacy, misappropriation, and breach of contract. She also counseled corporations on internal audits, investigations, risk management, compliance, pre-dispute conflicts, benefits, and other employment-related issues.
During her extensive career, Ms. Almassi has represented and opposed numerous multinational and Fortune 500 companies as well as foreign governmental entities.
Ms. Almassi holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Minnesota and a Juris Doctor degree from California Western School of Law. She is admitted to the California bar and is a member of the Association of Corporate Counsel.
Nick Bailey
Mr. Bailey serves as VP, Sales, Australia and New Zealand. In this role, he is responsible for driving growth across the region by leading the sales and marketing organisations.
Mr. Bailey is a skilled executive leader with over 20 years of experience in SaaS software sales, professional services, and application managed services, and expertise in digital transformation and BPO solutions.
Prior to joining Rimini Street, Mr. Bailey was Senior Vice President, Asia Pacific & Japan at WorkForce Software where he led the direct sales and channel partner sales teams as well as the solution consulting and marketing functions. He delivered significant growth in both the Enterprise and SME market segments across ANZ, Southeast Asia, and Japan.
Previously, Mr. Bailey was Sales Director, ANZ for HCM Applications at Oracle. Prior to this role, he was Head of Client Development at LiveHire and successfully listed the business on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX:LVH).
Mr. Bailey holds a Bachelor of Science degree in geology and biology, with honors, from the University of Southampton.
Johnathan Bangura
Mr. Bangura serves as Vice President, and Global Head of Financial Services, Industry Solution. In this role, he is responsible for developing global strategy to build and grow revenues across the financial services sector, supporting growth initiatives across all geographies and serving as a thought leader for all things related to the financial services industry both internally and externally. He further establishes and maintains strong relationships with key industry stakeholders, partners, and customers to understand their needs, support their innovation strategy, and ensure ongoing satisfaction.
Mr. Bangura is an accomplished Banker, Finance and Executive leader with more than 25 years of success in the financial services industry, who has served as CFO and Advisor to CEOs, CIOs and other C-Suite executives providing strategic guidance, expert advice on banking innovation, business process automation, digital transformation, and best practice eBanking services and solutions. Having led teams across North America, Europe, Middle East, Africa, and Asia-PAC, Mr. Bangura has a deep understanding of enterprise business transformation solutioning in both global emerging and developed markets, to enable Financial Services organizations to radically reinvent at an enterprise scale, create new business models, and modernize their technologies to unlock new business value to contribute to the overall success of the organization.
Prior to joining Rimini Street, Mr. Bangura served as senior vice president and head of financial institutions, central banks and sovereign banking at UBA Bank, a leading global commercial, corporate and investment bank with over 21 million customers. Prior to this role, he was the senior vice president and head of transaction banking, driving accelerated growth across multiple UBA banking portfolios.

Jim Benge
Mr. Benge serves as GVP, GPD Product & Tools, In this role, he is responsible for delivery of enterprise the software updates that keep Rimini Street’s clients in compliance with constantly evolving tax, legal, and regulatory requirements. His team of senior-level developers uses an innovative combination of technology, methodology, and ISO 9001-certified processes to ensure clients receive the most accurate deliverables with the fastest update delivery cycle in the industry.
Mr. Benge is a skilled executive leader with more than 25 years of experience in all phases of the software development lifecycle. Specializing in Oracle and PeopleSoft applications and technologies, Mr. Benge has a proven track record of delivering high-quality on-time deliverables. Since joining Rimini Street in 2008, his team has prepared tens of thousands of product updates for hundreds of clients around the world.
Earlier in his career, Mr. Benge worked as a development manager at PeopleSoft focused on the Application Designer, PeopleTools Security, and Upgrade utilities. Subsequent to PeopleSoft’s acquisition by Oracle, Mr. Benge served as director of the diagnostics and test tools team, providing functionality that enabled clients to quickly identify and resolve Oracle application issues.

Matthew Bingham
Mr. Bingham serves as VP, Global Recurring Revenue Sales. In this role, he is responsible for worldwide recurring revenue sales.

Prior to joining Rimini Street, Mr. Bingham was director – NA client relationships at Freeboarders Inc., where he managed the North America client base.

Saulo Bomfim
Mr. Bomfim serves as Vice President, Rimini Consult, Strategy & Centers of Excellence. In this role he is responsible for innovation and value creation for clients in the form of services that optimize, evolve, and transform their applications and technology ecosystems.
Mr. Bomfim is a skilled executive leader with over 30 years of experience leading high-performing global teams delivering products and services ranging from enterprise applications to emerging technologies and solutions.
Prior to joining Rimini Street, Mr. Bomfim was Founder and Managing Partner at FullCreek where he led consulting and solution engineering services guiding digital transformation initiatives. Before that, he was Vice President of Solution Engineering at CirrusLabs where he led initiatives across cloud management, digital strategy, and innovation for large-scale enterprise clients.
Previously, Mr. Bomfim was Vice President, Cloud Services at Ellucian. Prior to that, he was Vice President, Application Management Services at ACS, a Xerox Company.

Jill Brown
Ms. Brown serves as VP, Client Success – North America. In this role she is responsible for implementing people, process, and system improvements to ensure and increase client satisfaction today and into the future while promoting client retention. Ms. Brown is also responsible for managing client escalations, identifying client success stories, and an advocate for all Rimini Street clients.
Ms. Brown is a skilled executive leader with over 20 years of experience in Client Success, Global IT Operations Management, Managed Services, & Project Management.
Prior to joining Rimini Street, Ms. Brown was VP, Cloud Operations – Cloud Managed Services at Sierra-Cedar for over 15 years where she led all application hosting operations teams supporting clients both in on-premise and cloud (AWS) datacenters. In addition, Ms. Brown was responsible for Oracle Cloud Optimization and Application Managed Services delivery.
Earlier in Ms. Brown’s career she was employed with Accenture’s Oracle consulting practice supporting Oracle client implementations and upgrades across multiple industry verticals.

John Bryceland
Mr. Bryceland serves as VP of Sales, EMEA, at Rimini Street. In this role, he drives sales growth, develops strategic initiatives, and leads a passionate and cohesive sales team across the EMEA region. He focuses on turning inspirational visions and goals into simple, well-planned, easily understood, and superbly executed strategic objectives.
Mr. Bryceland has a strong track record of delivering outstanding results in complex, highly competitive markets. He strives to combine leadership skills with solid business acumen, commercial judgment, and industry knowledge to improve business performance continuously.
Before joining Rimini Street, Mr. Bryceland was the Regional VP of Sales for Partner Alliances and channels at IFS, where he managed sales operations across the APJ and MEA regions. He led significant sales growth during his tenure and forged strategic partnerships that enhanced the company’s market position. He also served as Interim vice president of Sales for Asia, overseeing key initiatives, and driving business expansion in the region.
Previously, Mr. Bryceland held various senior leadership positions, including Managing Director at NRS Media, where he spearheaded sales strategies for UKI, Iberia, and Central & Eastern Europe. He also served as Head of Sales for UKI at SAP, and held multiple roles at Sage, culminating in his position as Head of Channel Sales UK.
Mr. Bryceland holds a Diploma in Electrical, Electronic, and Communications Engineering from Cardonald College and recently graduated from INSEAD school of business in France with distinction. Glenn J. Cahaly
Mr. Cahaly serves as VP, Global Presales. In this role, he leads a global presales team responsible for articulating Rimini Street’s support model and value proposition to clients and prospects. Presales professionals serve as trusted advisors while providing deep product-specific functional and technical expertise.
Mr. Cahaly is a skilled executive with over 25 years of experience in the enterprise software industry. He brings a unique blend of technical sales support, financial management and operational expertise. He comes to Rimini Street from Outreach, a leading sales execution platform provider, where he led the Enterprise Solutions Consulting team. Prior to Outreach, Mr. Cahaly led a global shared services organization at Adobe. There, he was responsible for delivering business strategy and value-engineering services, proof of concepts, and demo tools & environments.
Earlier in his career, Mr. Cahaly held presales leadership roles at Medidata Solutions where he started and scaled the value management organization, and Oracle, where he spent 15 years supporting Oracle’s CRM applications portfolio.

Kristen Cardinalli
Ms. Cardinalli serves as VP Operations & Chief of Staff, Office of the Chief Client Officer (CCO). In this role, she is responsible for supporting global onboarding operations, pre-sales engagements, and Rimini Labs, as well as strategic projects to advance the efficiency of company operations.
Ms. Cardinalli is a skilled executive leader with more than 20 years of experience in the recurring revenue space and expertise in driving accountability and accelerating team contributions to revenue. She brings endless passion, creative problem-solving, and an addiction to data to helping companies enter new markets and achieve revenue goals.

Mr. Carslay serves as GVP, General Manager, Professional Services. Mr. Carslay is a skilled executive leader with more than 30 years of experience in building, managing, and growing professional services across the globe with expertise in retail, communications, and high tech, as well as travel and transportation services. He has worked across North America, Latin America, and Europe.

Mr. Cortesio serves as VP, Manufacturing Industry Solutions for Rimini Street. In this role, he is responsible for global strategy and business development to build and grow revenues across the Manufacturing industry. Mr. Cortesio serves as Rimini Street’s thought leader for all topics related to Manufacturing, both internally and externally. He further establishes and maintains strong relationships with key industry stakeholders, partners, and customers to understand their needs, support their innovation strategy, and ensure ongoing satisfaction.
Mr. Cortesio is an accomplished Business and Technology executive leader who has advised CIO and other C-Suite clients along with their supporting organizations, on manufacturing innovation, business transformation, and best practice IT services and solutions. He has provided advisory and management consulting services to Manufacturing clients for over 30 years, including having served in Business / Technology Transformation Client Director roles for more than 15 client enterprise programs.
Prior to joining Rimini Street, Mr. Cortesio served as the Transformation Services VP for the High-Tech Manufacturing Industry at Genpact. He has also served as an Industry Advisory Services Practice Director or Leading Practice Consultant for Manufacturing industry clients while at SAP, Cisco, KPMG, and Ernst & Young. Mr. Cortesio’s expertise includes technology-enabled business transformation; Business/IT strategy, planning, and lifecycle execution; Manufacturing industry thought leadership, innovations, and strategy; enterprise / cloud applications and infrastructure; and Enterprise Architecture. Mr. Cortesio is a former decorated United States Naval Officer, having graduated from the United States Naval Academy with a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and Engineering. Ms. D’Amelio serves as Group VP, Business Solutions – Product Delivery. In this role, she is responsible for ensuring that our clients receive timely tax and regulatory updates for all relevant product lines.

Brenda S. Davenport
Brenda Davenport serves as GVP, Global Quality Assurance. In this role, she is responsible for the Rimini Street Global Quality Assurance team, where she develops and implements overarching strategies for all global product lines the company supports, including PeopleSoft, JD Edwards, Oracle E-Business Suite, SAP, and RSITE. She ensures that her team is aligned with Rimini Street’s global product delivery organization as well as corporate strategies, standards, and objectives.
Ms. Davenport is a skilled executive with more than 20 years’ experience in business operations, management, implementation and support of ERP systems, and quality assurance, as well as project management roles for private and public sector clients.
Ms. Davenport joined Rimini Street in 2008 as a senior quality assurance engineer and has held positions of increasing responsibility at the company since then. Prior to joining Rimini Street, Ms. Davenport served in various management roles as well as several PeopleSoft project consulting roles.
She also served as a project coordinator and lead functional business analyst at Sierra Systems Group, a consulting firm specializing in systems integration and managed services. While at Sierra Systems, Ms. Davenport led and contributed to major projects for several State of Texas agencies and for private companies such as Expedia.
Earlier in her career, she worked as a senior accounting coordinator and lead PeopleSoft HRMS subject matter expert at the Lower Colorado River Authority, an organization that provides energy, water, and community services in Texas.

Michelle Davenport
Ms. Davenport serves as VP, Global PJS Support. In this role, she leads a team of functional and technical application experts and infrastructure architects who work to provide exceptional 24/7/365 support to our clients. Her PJS team serves our PeopleSoft, JD Edwards, and Siebel clients as well as Oracle ATG Web Commerce and Endeca clients.
Ms. Davenport is a skilled executive leader with more than 25 years of experience in the software support industry and experience in various roles over the course of her career. She believes strongly in the critical importance of the maintenance phase of the software lifecycle. By leveraging lean Six Sigma training and coaching the high-performance PJS team, she has helped maximize business outcomes for our global clients.
Prior to joining Rimini Street in 2012, Ms. Davenport worked in global support at PeopleSoft and Oracle. She focused her early career on PeopleSoft but has managed support across multiple applications for several years.
Michael Davichick
Mr. Davichick is a skilled executive leader with more than 25 years of career sales experience, including nearly 20 years in enterprise software support sales for Siebel, PeopleSoft, and JD Edwards products. Over the course of his career, Mr. Davichick has helped more than 500 organizations successfully procure and transition to alternative maintenance programs, save significant budget funds, and enjoy better service tailored to meet their unique needs.
Mr. Davichick joined Rimini Street in 2006 to oversee sales of Rimini Street’s next-generation enterprise software support services.
Previously, Mr. Davichick was a senior account executive in the customer sales division at PeopleSoft, Inc. where he specialized in sales of special support programs including training, third-party, and analytic products. Earlier in his career, Mr. Davichick was an account executive with Triad Systems, Inc.

Gabe Dimeglio
Mr. Dimeglio serves as GVP & GM, Rimini Protect™. In this role, he is responsible for providing leadership and oversight of the Rimini Protect! team and all corresponding software security services, and solutions.
Mr. Dimeglio is a skilled executive leader with 20 years of experience in IT and security for private and public-sector organizations and expertise in strategic consulting services, risk analysis/risk mitigation, and compliance. A results-driven leader, he specializes in security services and solutions for mission-critical, complex enterprise platforms.
Immediately prior to his current role, Mr. Dimeglio served as senior director of global security and global security/security intelligence manager, providing leadership and oversight in the GSS organization.
Previously, Mr. Dimeglio held roles developing and managing technology and security teams, operations, business development, client-facing programs, budgets, and compliance programs in highly diverse organizations including the Global 100 and defense, healthcare, financial, and educational institutions. James Duggan
Mr. Duggan serves as VP, Client Engagement. In this role, he is responsible for the successful delivery and execution of all services on large, complex accounts and for building a true partnership with clients. He is also accountable for managing a cross-functional global team of engineers, developers, and administrators to ensure successful service delivery.
Mr. Duggan is a skilled executive leader with 25 years of experience in application managed services and extensive experience in cultivating and retaining key partnerships and providing strategic solutions.
Prior to joining Rimini Street, Mr. Duggan led a successful SAP S/4HANA migration for a global pharmaceutical company as Director of Program Management at Cognizant.
Previously, he was with IBM for 22 years, including six years as the delivery executive and associate partner managing more than US$150 million in annual revenue for IBM’s life sciences tower.

Raju Gadiraju
Mr. Gadiraju serves as EVP & Managing Director, Rimini Street Labs, India. In this role, he is responsible for operations and service delivery at the labs (Rimini Street India Operations Private Ltd) located in Hyderabad, India.
Mr. Gadiraju is a skilled executive leader with more than 25 years of experience in software services and expertise in client relations, business development, program management, application development, maintenance, support, enterprise data warehousing, and analytics experience.
Prior to joining Rimini Street, Mr. Gadiraju was head of the virtual services delivery for Mahindra Satyam, where he played a critical role setting up global delivery centers for companies including GE, Cisco, and Applied Materials.

Nobutake Godo
Nobutake Godo serves as Regional Chief Technology Officer, Japan. In this role, he is responsible for advising clients on strategic innovation initiatives that align with long-term technical and functional business goals across applications. He will also work with the Global CTO to establish the infrastructure for delivering IT, security, and functional ERP roadmap services in Japan, and will work cross-functionally with Application Management Services, Advanced Technology Group, Global Professionals Services, and Product Management teams. As Regional CTO, he will be responsible for the planning and execution of ERP Roadmap support in Japan.
Prior to joining Rimini Street, Mr. Godo held senior management positions at Citrix, Oracle, and SAP. At Citrix, Nobutake Gohdo was senior manager, product readiness and technical support. At Oracle, he was director, Oracle on Demand, responsible for service provisioning and delivery. At SAP, as Vice President, Active Global Support Japan, Mr. Gohdo was responsible for a team of 150 that provided software support and managed key accounts.
Mr. Godo holds a Bachelor of Precision Machinery Engineering degree from Nihon University, College of Science and Technology, Tokyo, Japan.
Alex Goldvug
Mr. Goldvug serves as GVP, Global Revenue Operations. In this role, he is responsible for ensuring the productivity, effectiveness, and scalability of the revenue organization, in the process leveraging his proficiency in sales execution, customer lifecycle oversight, and process transformation.
Mr. Goldvug is a skilled executive leader with 15 years of experience in enterprise technology and a broad range of expertise in software and services. He brings multi-functional global leadership experience in product management, research and development, business operations, sales and professional service operations, marketing, and business development to the table.
Prior to joining Rimini Street, Mr. Goldvug held senior leadership roles at Calypso Technology, a world leader in cross-asset front-to-back solutions and managed services for financial markets. George Goosen
George Goosen serves as the Group Vice President of Technology and Global Client Onboarding at Rimini Street Inc. In this role, he oversees global archiving, quality assurance, pre-sales engagement, and client onboarding. As an Oracle subject matter expert, Mr. Goosen brings over 20 years of experience in consulting, delivery, and development across various industry verticals—industries that include defense, aerospace, financial services, education, oil and gas, government, health, insurance, and telecommunications. His expertise extends to technical implementation and support of Oracle applications and technologies.
Before joining Rimini Street, Mr. Goosen held the position of National Presales Lead at CSG Australia, an ASX-listed top-tier implementation partner. Under his leadership, the presales team covered subject matter expertise for Oracle Applications, Database, Integration, and Identity. During his tenure, he successfully led teams in implementing Oracle products at organizations such as Santos, BAE Systems, Ausenco, Ambulance Victoria, and Catholic Education.
Previously, Mr. Goosen worked as a consultant, specialized in implementing various Oracle products, including Oracle Applications, Oracle SOA Suite, and Oracle Identity. His client portfolio included KPMG, Investec, Reserve Bank of South Africa, Wesbank, Telesure, and Vodacom.
He has a formal education in Computer Science from Cambridge University, and is currently pursuing a Master’s in Data Science—with a specialization in Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence—through James Cook University Australia.
Glenn Groshans
Mr. Groshans serves as GVP & Chief of Staff, Office of the CEO. is a valued senior leader, leveraging proficiencies from running organizations both as chief of staff and as a C-level business executive in operations ranging from less than US$100 million to $6 billion in annual revenue.
Mr. Groshans is a skilled executive leader with 30 years of experience in enterprise technology and a broad range of expertise acquired at global companies spanning software, hardware, and services. Previously, Mr. Groshans served as VP, chief of staff, product development in the information management group at Symantec Corporation, a global leader in enterprise and consumer security software. He also held executive roles at Quantum Corporation, Hewlett-Packard, and Chevron.

Guy Guiffre
Mr. Guiffre serves as VP, Sales – North America – West. In this role, he is responsible for ensuring customer success and leading a high-performance team of inside and outside sales representatives.

Jason Hardiman
Mr. Hardiman serves as GVP & Deputy General Counsel, IP. In this role, he is responsible for the global intellectual property and product development legal practice.
Mr. Hardiman is a skilled executive leader with more than 25 years of experience in intellectual property and product counseling, protection, compliance, and litigation.
Prior to joining Rimini Street, Mr. Hardiman was patent counsel at Intuit with responsibility for its QuickBooks, Payments, Payroll, and advanced/cross-platform technology groups. He was also counsel to other Silicon Valley companies on intellectual property matters.
Previously, Mr. Hardiman was general counsel for software startup Sorceron with responsibility for all legal affairs including the digital image copyright case Kelly v. Aribba Soft. This case established the framework for fair use of images by search engines.

Prior to joining Rimini Street, Ms. Heath was marketing director, Europe and China at LexisNexis Risk Solutions where she led all international field marketing teams. Previously, she was head of marketing, Europe at LexisNexis Risk Solutions.
Prior to these roles, Ms. Heath was marketing manager at CAP HPI.

Eric Helmer
Eric Helmer serves as SVP & Global Chief Technology Officer. In this role, he is responsible for advising clients on strategic innovation initiatives that align with financial, technical, and functional long-term corporate goals across applications that include Oracle, SAP, IBM, and Microsoft. These initiatives are designed to maximize the effectiveness of mission-critical enterprise software systems.
Mr. Helmer is skilled executive leader with 25 years of IT experience and proven leadership delivering strategic corporate IT transformational projects. He has a strong track record in designing and implementing technical, complex enterprise technology initiatives that provide real return on investment, competitive advantage, and growth for companies.
Prior to joining Rimini Street, Mr. Helmer was a vice president at Velocity Technology Solutions, where he led the application services team in delivering transformational cloud and IT solutions for Oracle enterprises.
Mr. Helmer has a broad consulting background with firms such as Linium, ADI Strategies, and The Hackett Group, where he delivered successful IT projects throughout the U.S., the U.K., India, the UAE, Singapore, and Thailand.
Mr. Helmer holds a Master’s degree in business administration and a Bachelor of Science degree in computer science. He is a published author; Oracle ACE alumni; and a sought-after, award-winning industry speaker in Oracle conferences. He also has served on many boards of directors, including the Oracle Developer Tools User Group (ODTUG).
Paul Henville
Paul Henville serves as SVP, Global Product Delivery. In this role, he is responsible for all deliverables of the Global Product Delivery team, which provides updates to clients across all ERP product lines.
Mr. Henville is a skilled executive leader with more than 20 years of enterprise software industry experience and expertise in PeopleSoft HCM and PeopleSoft support and development. Mr. Henville has worked on numerous PeopleSoft releases, delivered new PeopleSoft Global Payroll country extensions for five countries, and provided maintenance support for seven countries.
During his tenure at PeopleSoft. Mr. Henville was a senior development manager at PeopleSoft responsible for the initial releases of the Global Payroll product in the Asia/Pacific region as well as developing upgrades from local Asia/Pacific versions of PeopleSoft to the core PeopleSoft HCM product. This effort entailed managing the initial strategy of releases and upgrades, working with clients on their business and technical needs, devising development release plans across multiple products, and managing the development and quality cycle through to final delivery.
Prior to his PeopleSoft experience, Mr. Henville’s career exposed him to a wide range of ERP modules, products, and roles. Mr. Henville has worked as a project manager, managing large implementations in the public and private sectors. He has also worked in presales, curriculum development, and as a business and functional consultant. Prior to joining Rimini Street, Mr. Henville worked with an Oracle Partner setting up a service delivery division.
James Hillier
Mr. Hillier serves as VP, Security Intelligence and Center of Excellence. In this role, he is responsible for managing the Rimini Protect™ team ISO9001 process as well as internal Rimini Protect strategic initiatives. He is also responsible for threat intelligence, which includes the SVAR program coupled with security support services, assessment services, and Rimini Protect sales enablement support.
Mr. Hillier is a skilled executive leader with more than 30 years of experience in information technology and information technology security.
Immediately prior to his current role, Mr. Hillier served as the Security Programs and Operations Director, Office of the CTO.
Prior to joining Rimini Street, Mr. Hillier was a corporate cybersecurity consultant at Truist Bank — an organization formed by the merger of BB&T and SunTrust Bank — where he analyzed the bank’s cyber capabilities and its ability to mitigate risk to bank assets and formulated new security standards.
Previously, Mr. Hillier was associate CIO/CISO at Central Piedmont Community College.

Mike Hitsky
Mr. Hitsky serves as Vice President & Assistant General Counsel, Litigation and Competition. In this role he supervises global litigation matters and is responsible for advising the company on all competition law issues. He also oversees the legal review of company messaging.
Mr. Hitsky is a skilled executive leader with more than 15 years of experience providing guidance on complex corporate legal issues, including related to antitrust, litigation, advertising, intellectual property, internal investigations, strategic transactions/planning, and new product offerings.
Previously, Mr. Hitsky practiced law at the global law firm Latham & Watkins LLP, where he counseled corporate clients as a member of the firm’s Antitrust Practice Group. He also taught courses for many years on the intersection of technology and law as an Adjunct Professor at Georgetown Law in Washington, D.C.
Prior to law school, Mr. Hitsky was a senior management consultant at Navigant Consulting and Deloitte.

Martyn Hoogakker
Mr. Hoogakker serves as GVP and General Manager, EMEA. In this role he is responsible for all business operations in the region, including client sales and success.
Mr. Hoogakker is a skilled executive leader with 20 years of experience in management consulting and extensive experience in building, transforming, and leading professional services delivery and sales organizations in SaaS companies.
Prior to joining Rimini Street, Mr. Hoogakker was Head of Services Sales & GTM EMEA at Adobe where he built and led high performing Services Sales, Pre-Sales, and Major Account Teams across EMEA. In earlier roles at Adobe, Mr. Hoogakker also ran the Consulting Delivery business and set-up the Value Consulting team to support strategic pursuits.
Previously, Mr. Hoogakker was Head of Services and Customer Success at Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Prior to this role, he was a Managing Consultant at Deloitte Consulting in the UK.

Emmanuelle Hose
Emmanuelle Hose serves as Global Vice President, Industry Solutions and Strategic Sales. In this role, she is responsible for developing and executing the Rimini Street strategy for industry-specific solutions across various markets and regions to drive customer satisfaction, revenue growth, and market differentiation.
Ms. Hose is a skilled executive leader with nearly 30 years of experience in IT, and expertise in leading enterprise software sales, service, and development operations across Europe, North America, and Oceania. She is based in Melbourne, Australia.
Immediately prior to her current role, Ms. Hose led the Rimini Street EMEA team, the Rimini Street ANZ team as GVP & Theatre GM, where she was responsible for leading the full business operations and fostering the company’s continued market expansion in the respective regions.
Earlier in her career, Ms. Hose served in executive roles with several global software companies.

Rodney Kenyon
Mr. Kenyon serves as GVP, Professional Services for Rimini Custom. In this role, he is responsible for expanding Rimini Street’s unmatched support and services to a broader portfolio of enterprise software. He works with clients to build bespoke solutions for their enterprise software needs and leads the teams delivering those same solutions.
At Rimini Street, Mr. Kenyon most recently served as GVP, Professional Services – Centers of Excellence and Oracle CoE. In this role, he was responsible for leading the Rimini Street Global Centers of Excellence and worked with clients to deliver bespoke solutions across a broad cross-section of technologies.
Mr. Kenyon also served as GVP, Global Oracle Applications Support and was responsible for leading the global Oracle Applications delivery teams that provide critical applications support 24/7/365. He is a multidisciplinary, skilled executive with more than 30 years of experience in delivery technology services around the globe, including professional services, application hosting (cloud), managed services and application support.
Prior to joining Rimini Street, Mr. Kenyon was Director, Enterprise Applications Professional Services at AT&T, where he led the global professional services team that helped customers build, deploy and upgrade ERP applications as well as meeting their unique business challenges through technological innovation.
Previously, Mr. Kenyon held technology leadership roles at Nike and Tribune Company.

Hyungwook “Kevin” Kim
Mr. Kim serves as GVP & Regional GM, Korea. In this role, he is responsible for leading the next phase of growth for Rimini Street in Korea, including managing sales, building the service delivery engineering team, and expanding operations to support the company’s fast-paced growth in the country.
Mr. Kim is a skilled executive leader with more than 20 years of experience in enterprise software sales and sales management and expertise in handling large enterprise accounts where his deep understanding of the IT industry has helped him manage long and complex sales cycles. He is a hands-on leader who actively engages with customers and excels in understanding diverse business requirements.
Prior to joining Rimini Street, Mr. Kim was senior sales director for Oracle Korea, where he led a team focused on Oracle software application sales to CIOs and IT leaders. Previously, he directed and managed sales for SAP Korea and Compaq Korea, where he covered key vertical industries including manufacturing, consumer packaged goods, and retail.

Mr. Kirk serves as VP, Sales, Americas-East. In this role he is responsible for working with large, strategic accounts in the region.
Mr. Kirk is a skilled executive leader with over 25 years of experience in SAAS, Professional and Managed Services in the ERP market.
Prior to joining Rimini Street, Mr. Kirk was President and Chief Revenue Officer at Highstreet IT Solutions where he was responsible for sales, marketing, and operations.
Previously, Mr. Kirk was President and Chief Operating Officer at Enterprise Solutions Group. Prior to this role, he was Regional VP of Sales at PeopleSoft USA.

Shachar Koren
Mr. Koren serves as VP, Israel Support. In this role, he is responsible for managing Rimini Street services in Israel.
Mr. Koren is a skilled executive leader with 30 years of experience in Oracle technologies.
Prior to joining Rimini Street in 2015, Mr. Koren was manager of the Oracle division at Yaelsoft. During his tenure, the division won and executed on many large Oracle implementation projects. Previously, Mr. Koren managed the technical teams at Yaelsoft and Malam Group Limited.

Anna Kostroun
Anna serves as VP of North America Marketing. Her primary responsibility will be building a high-performing marketing organization that will partner with sales and corporate marketing to grow Rimini Street’s revenue.
Anna is a highly skilled marketing executive with over two decades of senior leadership experience. She has proven herself in building and developing high-performing teams and delivering consistent, measurable results.
Prior to joining Rimini Street, Anna was the Chief Marketing Officer at NewRocket, where she and the leadership team led the integration of six companies to form the largest pure-play technology services partner for ServiceNow. Her team launched the company’s new brand and built a demand engine that fueled ongoing growth, earning accolades like ServiceNow’s Global Partner of the Year and Americas Partner of the Year.
Previously, Anna led Americas Marketing at Rackspace, and prior to this role, she held various marketing leadership roles at Dell Technologies, including strategy and operations, events, campaigns & messaging, and sales enablement.
Anna has a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing from Concordia University. She lives in Georgetown, Texas with her husband, three daughters, five dogs, and one lizard.
Sudhir Kumar
Mr. Kumar serves as GVP, Global Oracle Support. In this role, he is responsible for the delivery of global application and technology support services for Oracle systems. Technology Support for Oracle Database — including Exadata, Oracle Fusion Middleware, Oracle Identity Management, and Oracle Business Intelligence — IBM Db2, MS SQL Server, SAP Sybase, Rimini Protect, Rimini Connect, and Essbase as well as the underlying technology and tools required to run major enterprise software. Application responsibility includes Oracle EBS, PeopleSoft, JD Edwards, Siebel, Communications, Utilities, Banking Platform, Financial Services Application Analytics, and IBM Cognos/TM1
He leads a global engineering team tasked with resolving complex production issues, utilizing a 24/7/365 support model.
Mr. Kumar is a skilled executive leader with 33 years of experience in the development, implementation, and management of large in-house business systems, including implementation and support of Oracle E-Business Suite and Oracle Fusion Middleware, as well as Oracle Database administration. He has worked in the aerospace, construction, defense, engineering, IT consulting, manufacturing, oil and gas, and telecommunications sectors.
Prior to joining Rimini Street in 2013, he was a leader of corporate applications at Santos, a pioneering Australian energy company. He has also held management and technical team lead roles at BAE SYSTEMS, a global defense, aerospace, and security company. He led the early adoption of the Oracle SOA Suite and Oracle Identity Management Suite products at BAE Systems and served on the Customer Advisory Board (CAB) of Oracle SOA and Oracle Identity Management Products.
Robert Lachs
Mr. Lachs serves as Global Sales VP, Recurring Revenue.
Mr. Lachs is a skilled executive leader with 19 years of experience in the ERP software industry and unique multidimensional expertise, having worked and consulted for companies implementing ERP solutions and directly for ERP vendors.
Prior to joining Rimini Street Mr. Lachs worked at NET(net). At NET(net), he led a practice focused on optimizing ERP license and maintenance investments, with emphasis on the Oracle, SAP, and Lawson product families. In this capacity Mr. Lachs assessed financial arrangements, contracts, and license/maintenance portfolios; developed and executed strategies for investment optimization; and led direct negotiations with IT vendors. Through his work, Mr. Lachs has developed an appreciation of the business drivers behind third-party support.
Previously, Mr. Lachs worked for 15 years in a variety of customer service and sales management roles at PeopleSoft and Oracle. Before leaving Oracle in 2008, Mr. Lachs spent several years as a manager in the PeopleSoft support sales organization responsible for securing annual maintenance revenue objectives and enforcing Oracle’s pricing practices and policies.

Greg Leiner
Mr. Leiner serves as VP, SAP Services Solution Architects. In this role, he is responsible for global SAP sales and business development.
Mr. Leiner is a skilled executive leader with more than 20 years of experience in ERP consulting, implementation, product management and sales experience in aerospace and defense, retail, process manufacturing, and high tech. He has spent the bulk of his IT career in and around the SAP ecosystem and has deep knowledge of SAP products, licensing, systems integration, support, and company strategy.
Mr. Leiner was tasked with building out the SAP practice at Rimini Street and has guided the SAP product line to tremendous growth since 2009, averaging over 40 percent annual growth since its formation. His signed SAP clients include many large global multinationals.

Gala Lyne serves as Group Vice President, Office of the CRO. In this role she oversees the implementation of key projects and initiatives that drive scale in support of Rimini Street’s ongoing growth; builds business relationships and avenues for growth; determines the potential risks and rewards of each business opportunity; and represents the organization as a speaker and industry thought leader to enhance the Rimini Street brand and reputation in the market.
Ms. Lyne is a skilled executive leader in business acceleration and growth. She has 30 years of experience in IT and expertise across multiple industries — retail, finance, manufacturing, energy/utilities, and professional services — aligning CFO and CIO strategic business priorities with IT solutions.
Immediately prior to her current role, Ms. Lyne served as GVP, Regional General Manager, Americas — East, where she was responsible for leading the full business operations and fostering the company’s continued growth in the region.
Previously, Ms. Lyne enabled Sales at VERITAS/Symantec and Hewlett-Packard, providing best-in-class solutions for high availability, and disaster recovery for new ERP implementations.

Narayana Murthy Mallavarapu
Mr. Narayana serves as Group Vice President, responsible for driving global programs and exploring opportunities to take local programs to the global level. He plays a key role in strategic initiatives and organization-wide decision making in support of India GCC’s Goals & Strategies. He collaborates with delivery heads to ensure the highest standards of operational excellence and upholds financial discipline while adhering to compliance. One of his critical success measures is staying up on emerging technologies and trends in both global operations and financial management. To uphold strong internal communications, he believes in maintaining an environment of transparency and trust.
Mr. Narayana is a skilled executive leader with 32 of years of experience in helping organizations across various sectors and geographies innovate. He has expertise in ERP, digital transformation, AI/ML, business consulting and product engineering. In addition to delivering transformational programs, Mr. Narayana has set up offshore delivery centers for GCCs in India and incubated new practices and geographies like Middle East and APAC in his previous organizations.
Prior to joining Rimini Street, Mr. Narayana was Country General Manager at Centific, a global digital and technology services company, where he was instrumental in setting up and growing its GCC in India from zero to 1200 people.

Andrew Manners
Andrew Manners has joined Rimini Street in the role of Group Vice President GM, ANZ Region.
Andrew comes from Hewlett-Packard Enterprise (HPE). During his 20-year run with them, he ran businesses around the globe in Asia Pacific, Europe and the Americas. Those businesses include storage, servers, AI, high performance comp and services.
Through his experience across multiple disciplines – including sales, presales, and product marketing – he remains extremely focused on customer outcomes. His goal is to help them understand how they can achieve better outcomes through the adoption of technology and services.
Prior to his experience at HPE, Andrew held various sales and marketing positions within the Australian IT industry. He was born and educated in Australia.
Andrew lives in Sydney with his wife and two children. When not in the office, he enjoys outdoor activities, theatre and sampling new restaurants and wines.
Luiz Mariotto
Luiz Mariotto serves as GVP, SAP Product Management. In this role, he is responsible for the strategy and product roadmap of the entire SAP offering, with the goal of aligning it closely to client needs, market dynamics, and the competitive landscape. Mr. Mariotto is a skilled executive leader with more than 30 years in the IT industry and expertise in enterprise software sales, consulting, delivery, and large-enterprise IT.
Immediately prior to his current role, Mr. Mariotto was responsible for Global SAP support, leading a team of technical and cross-functional SAP experts who provide support and solutions based on a keen sense of client success and satisfaction.
Prior to joining Rimini Street, Mr. Mariotto served at SAP Brazil for 15 years, where he held various leadership , and at SAP AG headquarters, where he led a global program for fast-growth markets. He was also Solutions & Technology Vice President (CTO) at Software AG Latin America and a sales director at Samsung SDS.
Mr. Mariotto holds Bachelor of Computer Science and executive Master of Business Administration degrees from Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV) in São Paulo, Brazil and has completed the Executive Program for Growing Companies at Stanford University.
David Miller
David Miller serves as GVP, Global Client Onboarding. In this role, he is responsible for the transition of clients from vendor to Rimini Street support.
Mr. Miller is a skilled executive leader with more than 30 years of experience in a variety of roles in telecommunication, financial, legal, and local government. He has managed global support desks for organizations with a worldwide presence.
Prior to joining Rimini Street, Mr. Miller worked for a major law firm, managing its PeopleSoft application and technology stack. His 18 years of experience supporting various PeopleSoft HCM releases included managing major upgrades, initial system implementations, and custom development solutions. Before transitioning to ERP applications, Mr. Miller implemented and oversaw problem management and monitoring systems such as Hewlett-Packard OpenView. During his tenure as an IT professional, he fulfilled database administration, sales support, project management and systems development roles.
Lisa Miller
Ms. Miller serves as VP, Global HR Business Partners. In this role, she works with business leaders and the HR leadership team to create strategies and deliver execution plans that advance our people strategy and company culture while also complying with our employment practices.
Ms. Miller is a skilled executive leader with more than 25 years of human resources experience in scaling organizations, leading through change, and building global HR processes to support talent priorities.
Prior to joining Rimini Street, Ms. Miller was a senior consultant and worked to build the HR function at Socure, a high-tech identity verification organization, during a period of ultra-high growth.
Previously, Ms. Miller was the senior vice president of human resources at Kurita America, where she was the subsidiary head of HR and led HR diligence and integration efforts as part of the company’s merger and acquisition team. Prior to this role, she was the vice president and head of human resources at JAMF Software, a pre-IPO high-tech firm providing enterprise Apple management solutions.
Earlier in her career, Ms. Miller worked for Carlson Wagonlit Travel and Microsoft in organizational development and HR leadership roles.
Ms. Miller holds a Bachelor of Science degree in business management from Saint Cloud State University and a Master of Business Administration degree from the DePaul University Kellstadt Graduate School of Business.
Tyler Munger
Mr. Munger serves as VP, Analytics – Global Operations. In this role, he is responsible for leading the data management, business intelligence, and data science functions that support global operations at Rimini Street.
Mr. Munger is a skilled executive leader with more than 10 years of experience in building and leading analytics teams and expertise in the application of machine learning and natural language processing to complex technical domains.
Prior to joining Rimini Street, Mr. Munger served as a senior data scientist at REX, where he focused on improving the effectiveness of sales operations through analytics. Previously, he was the principal data scientist at a consulting practice, working on projects for clients who ranged from the Fortune 50 to seed-stage start-ups.
Mr. Munger’s research has been published in leading industry journals including the ASME and IEEE. He is also an adjunct lecturer at UC Santa Cruz where he teaches courses in data mining and machine learning.
Mr. Munger holds a PhD degree in technology and information management from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
Satish Narasimhan
Mr. Narasimhan serves as VP, FP&A. In this role, he is responsible for providing value-added analysis, insights, and forecasts that impact operational efficiencies and influence strategic decisions.
Mr. Narasimhan is a skilled executive leader with 25 of years of experience in overall financial management and expertise in strategic planning, budgeting, metrics and business performance analysis, and capital markets and investment analysis.
Immediately prior to his current role, Mr. Narasimhan served as senior director, FP&A.
Prior to joining Rimini Street, Mr. Narasimhan was VP of finance at Kemper Corporation where he led the FP&A and accounting teams responsible for the strategic planning, budgeting, investment analysis, interest rate risk and capital adequacy, financial accounting, month-end close, and external reporting functions.
Previously, Mr. Narasimhan was director, FP&A at Megapath Networks, Inc. Prior to this role, he was manager, FP&A at Vodafone Group, PLC.
Earlier in his career, Mr. Narasimhan was group asset manager at Sears, Roebuck and Company and a financial analyst at Price Waterhouse Coopers.
Mr. Narasimhan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration from Washington University in St. Louis and a Master of Business Administration degree from Rollins College. He is a certified public accountant (CPA) licensed in the State of California.
Richard Noble
Mr. Noble has over 20 years of IT leadership experience in governance, project and program management, business relationship management, and strategic planning for Fortune 500 organizations.
At Rimini Street, Mr. Noble serves as Group Vice President for IT, responsible for designing and executing an effective global strategy and overall management of the Rimini Street Global Information Technology Organization. In this role, he drives the development of enterprise technology standards, governance processes, and performance metrics.
Prior to joining Rimini Street, he was Vice President, Business Partnership and IT Governance, Risk, and Compliance for the Welk Resort Group based in San Diego CA, where he focused on IT and business alignment, enterprise program management, governance, risk, and compliance, as well as corporate strategic planning. Before that he led large scale IT implementations of SAP and Siebel Systems for HD Supply and General Electric.

Tomonori Oku
Mr. Oku serves as VP, Japan Service Delivery. In this role, he is responsible for client satisfaction and delivery of support for SAP products, including tax, legal and regulatory updates, to Rimini Street’s Japanese clients. In his first year with the company, he displayed notable leadership in expanding the business to the Asian market while performing multiple job roles as the first employee of Nihon Rimini Street KK.
Mr. Oku is a skilled executive leader with more than 25 years of experience in ERP systems and expertise in test automation, SAP upgrades, migration, and virtualization. He has served a variety of clients including Fortune 100/500 organizations, directing systems configuration projects and consulting for IT management. Mr. Ottomone serves as Vice President, the Salesforce Center of Excellence. In this role he is responsible for the successful execution of all Salesforce client engagements, professional services, and managed services, covering Salesforce’s complete sets of products. Mr. Ottomone is also a certified Master Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma, with expertise in process improvement, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
As a member of Rimini Street’s senior leadership team, he leads the end-to-end expansion of the Salesforce competency, including strategy, service delivery, financial performance, sales support, and client satisfaction. Additionally, develop innovative and modernized solutions offerings to enable our clients to drive the most value from their Salesforce and native cloud investments. Some of the solutions, Mr. Ottomone has delivered include EDA-based Higher Ed, Health Cloud, and Digital Enterprise Transformation for global Fortune clients. Simon Painter
Mr. Painter serves as VP & Controller. In this role, he is responsible for financial reporting processes, including oversight of internal controls and financial filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
Mr. Painter is a skilled executive leader with 32 years of experience in accounting, audit, and finance.
Immediately prior to his current role, Mr. Painter served as Senior Director, Financial Reports and was primarily responsible for completing and filing Rimini Street’s 10Ks and 10-Qs.
Prior to joining Rimini Street, Mr. Painter was director of financial reporting for ManpowerGroup Inc. from 2008 to 2018, working on SEC filings, acquisitions, and valuations. From 2000 to 2008, he was the corporate controller and chief accounting officer for Plexus Corp, where led the effort to implement the Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX). Prior to joining Plexus Corp., Mr. Painter was an auditor at PricewaterhouseCoopers for eight-plus years, last serving as an audit manager.
Mr. Painter holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree and a Master of Accountancy degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
Frank Pecora
Frank Pecora serves as the GVP, Recurring Revenue Sales. In this role, he is responsible for managing Rimini Street’s growing global renewals team, crafting multiyear program options and other offerings to support client loyalty and retention. He orchestrates resources across the Company to ensure that clients derive the greatest benefit possible from their partnership with Rimini Street and continue to drive up the ROI on their ERP investment.
Mr. Pecora’s 30-year journey in IT includes 20 years in the IBM mid-range marketplace where he worked with many JD Edwards clients, including eight years as Regional Sales Manager over a large geographical region at Vision Solutions, an IBM Premier Independent Software Vendor (ISV). Earlier in his career he worked as an account executive at SAP consulting firm J.J. Croney & Associates. Mr. Pecora has also worked in channel sales and developed markets for pioneering innovators in education software, digital animation and video solutions.
Mr. Pecora’s experience has given him an in-depth knowledge of critical business processes and familiarity with ERP applications in a number of industry segments including healthcare, financial services, manufacturing, retail, distribution, transportation and gaming. He is a proven evangelist of solutions and technologies and is very enthusiastic about the positive disruptive influence Rimini Street’s business model is having in the ERP support market.
Mr. Pecora holds a Bachelor of Science in Marine Biology from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
Simon Philp
Mr. Philp serves as VP & Assistant General Counsel, APAC. In this role, he is responsible for client, partner, and vendor contracting and other legal matters; projects and initiatives for APAC; and leading a team located across the region.
Mr. Philp is an experienced executive leader with more than 28 years of legal, business, and people management experience.
Immediately prior to his current role, Mr. Philp served as director and managing counsel for Oceania, Southeast Asia, and Greater China.
Prior to joining Rimini Street, Mr. Philp was the global lead counsel of Dell Technologies’ Internet of Things Division and Global Original Equipment Manufacturing Division in Austin, Texas. Prior to this role, Mr. Philp led a team of attorneys responsible for all of Dell Technologies’ sales activities in the central U.S. region, including Texas and Florida. Before that, Mr. Philp was head of legal for Dell Technologies’ Australian and New Zealand operations and held a variety of Asia Pacific Japan lead counsel roles.
Earlier in his career, Mr. Philp was a senior associate and head of the USA Technology practice of Minter Ellison Lawyers in Sydney, Australia, and San Francisco. Mr. Philp was also a clerk to His Honour Deputy Chairman and Senior Judge Gilbert Trafford-Walker of the District Court of Queensland, Australia.
Mr. Philp holds a Bachelor of Laws degree and a Bachelor of Arts degree from James Cook University in Queensland and a Certificate II in Public Safety (New South Wales State Emergency Service).
Tim Piechowski
Mr. Piechowski serves as VP, Sales, NA – Central Region. In this role, he is responsible for sales activity and NCI.

Dean Pohl
Mr. Pohl serves as VP, Treasurer and Investor Relations. In this role, he is responsible for the company’s daily and long-term financing and capital market activities, representing Rimini Street to the investment community and conveying banking and investor feedback to senior management and the Board of Directors.
Mr. Pohl is a skilled executive leader with 35 years of experience in banking, capital markets and investor relations.
Prior to joining Rimini Street, he served more than 25 years in the capital markets sector as a derivative portfolio manager, in convertible arbitrage, relative value, and private company investments at Spear, Leeds & Kellogg, and Goldman Sachs.

Kevin Purcell
Mr. Purcell serves as SVP, Global Partners, Alliances & Channels. In this role, he is responsible for the overall strategic vision, innovative approach and all aspects of the Global Partner Program spanning across each of Rimini Street’s Global Theaters. His focus is connecting our comprehensive family of unified solutions with strategic partners to help run, manage, support, customize, configure, connect, protect, monitor, and optimize enterprise applications, database and technology software, enabling our clients to achieve better business outcomes, significantly reduce costs and reallocate resources towards strategic projects.
Mr. Purcell is a skilled executive leader with more than 35 years of extensive global sales, channel and alliances leadership experience. His experience includes driving transformational change in the IT technology and IT services industries through the development of joint go-to-market (GTM) operating and ecosystem models to enable and accelerate new sources of revenue and margin growth.
Prior to joining Rimini Street, Mr. Purcell was Head of GSI Alliances at Veeam Software where he incubated numerous global alliances, partnering through C-level relationships, resulting in double-digit YoY revenue growth, along with designing a comprehensive GTM model for GSI’s joint integrated service offerings including managed and cyber incident recovery across all industries.
Previously, Mr. Purcell has held numerous executive roles at Hitachi, Check Point Software, Hewlett Packard Enterprise, BearingPoint, Oracle and SAP.
Mr. Purcell holds a Bachelor of Science degree in computer science from Kean University and a minor in Business Administration. Janet Ravin
Ms. Ravin serves as VP, Marketing Brand, Content, and Communications, as well as committee chair of the Rimini Street Foundation. In these roles, she is responsible for amplifying Rimini Street’s extraordinary story through expert strategy, execution, and management of all brand expression, communications, and global events. This mission includes brand experience, content and creative services, public and analyst relations, client storytelling, web strategy and the engagement of employees through the creation of culture-rich programs.
Ms. Ravin is the founder of the Rimini Street Foundation, the charitable program privately funded by Rimini Street, Inc. and its global subsidiaries. Since its inception, Ms. Ravin has nurtured its award-winning philanthropic programs with the support of the Global Steering Committee — overseeing the financial donations, in-kind contributions, and employee volunteer programs that have empowered more than 525 charities across six continents to date.
In her current role, Ms. Ravin continues her work as the former VP, Global Communications, Culture, and Experience, helping shape the Rimini Family core values around Rimini Street’s “4C’s” — Company, Clients, Colleagues, and Community. She is credited with the launch of ERG programs including TEAM PINK, the company’s breast cancer survivor and support group; TEAM GRIT, the company’s veterans support group; and multiple programs and events focused on wellness, learning, and togetherness. Her team’s efforts, coupled with the passionate support of Rimini Street colleagues, have been recognized with multiple, global workplace awards.
Ms. Ravin holds a professional certification in Human Resources (PHR) from HRCI and is a graduate of the civil engineering technology program at Seneca College of Applied Arts and Technology in Toronto, Canada. A member of the Rotary Club of Las Vegas, she also serves as a board member of the American Red Cross Southern Nevada Chapter.
Douglas Reed
Mr. Reed serves as VP, Global HR Operations and Program Service Delivery. In this role he is responsible for all HR Operations systems, tools, automation processes, and programs including Workday, HR metrics, and analytics focused on reporting, workforce insights, and deep analytics to aid data-driven decision-making across Rimini Street.
Mr. Reed is a skilled executive leader with over 25 years of human resources leadership. He has extensive experience in HR operations, delivering technology solutions, service excellence, process execution, and data analytics to the organization to drive employee satisfaction and overall business results.
Prior to joining Rimini Street, Mr. Reed was Vice President, HR Process and Systems at Waste Management, leading and overseeing all HR operations functions including the People Support Center, People Technology, Workforce Planning and People Analytics, Payroll, Knowledge Management, and the People Organization’s Transformation Management Office.
Previously, Mr. Reed spent 10 years at CBRE, Inc. in several different roles including Senior Vice President of Global HR Operations, supporting over 100,000 employees in 70+ countries. While at CBRE, he played a key leadership role in establishing a global HR shared services platform that included the enterprise-wide deployment of an HCM application, an HR analytics and reporting team, and standardized practices/processes for other shared service offerings.
Prior to CBRE, Mr. Reed served in a variety of roles at Fidelity Investments, providing benefit outsourcing solutions and 401k plan consultation to clients in the small, mid, and large capitalized markets.
Mr. Reed holds a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration and a Master of Science degree in industrial and labor relations from West Virginia University. He is a member of the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM) and is a Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP).
John "Jack” Reilly
Mr. Reilly serves as GVP & Deputy General Counsel, Litigation. In this role, he is responsible for management of all global litigation and related projects, including intellectual property, antitrust, employment, and compliance matters.
Prior to joining Rimini Street, Mr. Reilly served as associate general counsel, litigation for Lorillard Tobacco Company where he was responsible for managing smoking, health, and asbestos product liability litigation. At Lorillard, he coordinated discovery strategies across all civil litigation and regulatory matters. Previously, Mr. Reilly worked as a litigation associate at the New York City-based law firm Chadbourne & Parke.
Mr. Reilly holds a Juris Doctor degree from Cornell Law School and a Bachelor of Arts from Cornell University’s College of Arts and Sciences. He is a member of the New York and North Carolina State Bars.
Darren Remblence
Darren Remblence serves as GVP & CISO. In this role, he is responsible for the development of strategic direction, execution, and day-to-day management of global security.
Mr. Remblence is a skilled executive leader with more than 20 years of international experience and expertise in information security, cyber security, physical security, IT operations, investigations, business continuity, and disaster recovery.
Prior to joining Rimini Street, Mr. Remblence worked at PayPal Inc, eBay Inc., The London Clearing House Ltd, Centrica Plc, and DHL International (UK) Ltd. He also served 14 years in the British Royal Air Force, where he specialized in cyber security and counter intelligence.
Mr. Remblence received his Master of Science in IT security from the University of Westminster, London and holds the CISM and CISSP certifications.
Frank Reneke
Mr. Reneke serves as the Group Vice President and Principal Product Manager of Oracle Applications and Technology. As the Oracle PPM, Mr. Reneke is responsible for the strategic planning, development, and launch of the company’s Oracle products and services. He works with various Rimini Street teams to identify market opportunities, develop product roadmaps, and ensure products and service offerings meet customer expectations.
Mr. Reneke is a skilled executive leader with 30 of years of experience in Oracle Application, Oracle technology and Oracle Database. During that time, he has provided leadership in support of global transformation projects that encompass everything from project assessment to post-go-live phases of large, multiyear system deployments.
Mr. Reneke originally served Rimini Street as GVP, Global Pre-Sales for Oracle, SAP and Salesforce.
Prior to joining Rimini Street, he was an SVP at Titan Technology Partners where he conducted engagements for Oracle EBS, PeopleSoft JD Edwards, and SAP. It included strategic road mapping, software implementation, and upgrades and project management for both sales and delivery.
Earlier in his career, Mr. Reneke was a Practice Director at Oracle Corporation managing a large group of consults that implemented Oracle HCM globally.

Megh Risaldar
Mr. Risaldar serves as Vice President & Head of Human Resources – Rimini Labs, India. In this role, he is responsible for scaling up operations for Rimini Labs in India to position it as a Global Capability Centre. His mission is to shape the culture and deliver awesome employee experiences while leading all aspects of people strategy and operations. He leads talent acquisition, development, and engagement, enabling the company to successfully execute on its business goals and objectives.
Mr. Risaldar is a skilled executive leader with more than 25 years of experience leading human resources teams and partnering with business leaders. He also has expertise in change management, HR transformation, and internal communications.
Prior to joining Rimini Street, Mr. Risaldar was Head of HR at Screen Magic Mobile Media Pvt. Ltd. where he expanded HR operations, implemented an OKR framework to drive high performance, and introduced modern HR tools and practices.

Dion Rooney
Mr. Rooney serves as VP, Retail Industry Solutions. In this role he is responsible for global strategy and business development to build and grow revenues across the retail industry. Mr. Rooney is Rimini Street’s thought leader for all things related to retail both internally and externally and also establishes and maintains strong relationships with key industry stakeholders, partners, and customers to understand their needs, support their innovation strategy, and ensure ongoing satisfaction.
Mr. Rooney is an accomplished information technology executive with more than 35 years of success in retail businesses. He is a respected retail thought leader known for leading teams to deliver revolutionary digital solutions.
Prior to joining Rimini Street, Mr. Rooney was Chief Information Officer for GAF Roofing, where he was responsible for all IT and Digital.
Previously, Mr. Rooney was Chief Digital Officer for Hudson’s Bay Company, working with a multi-country team to drive a $2 billion-dollar digital ecosystem serving Saks Fifth Avenue, Lord & Taylor, Gilt and Hudson’s Bay Company (HBC), transforming the organization into a digital-centric and data driven business. Mr. Rooney also managed all things digital for Saks 5th Avenue, Off 5th, Lord & Taylor, Gilt and Hudson’s Bay Company.
Before HBC, Mr. Rooney served as Chief Information Officer at Toys “R” Us, where he was instrumental in building a global Omni-channel offering.

Harpreet Sandhu
Ms. Sandhu serves as VP, Global Revenue. In this role she is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the Company’s Quote-to-Cash process and revenue accounting function, including revenue accounting, revenue systems, and revenue operations. Her expertise and leadership play a pivotal role in ensuring that the revenue function’s roadmap is aligned with company’s overall strategic objectives.
Ms. Sandhu is a skilled executive leader with 20 years of experience specializing in revenue recognition, ASC 606 and RevPro implementation, SEC reporting, financial and internal controls/SOX audits and US GAAP financial statements.
Prior to joining Rimini Street, Ms. Sandhu was Head of Revenue at FireEye where she led the worldwide revenue function and managed the requirement for multiple revenue streams in accordance with US GAAP and Company’s revenue recognition policies. She established policies and processes for evolving and new products and services.
Previously, Ms. Sandhu was Director of Revenue at TeleNav, Inc where she established and managed global revenue operations and facilitated company’s IPO and transition from private to public company.

Beth Schnitger
Ms. Schnitger serves as VP, Global Proposal Management. In this role, she is responsible for leading the Global Proposal Management team, informing quality management and operations systems, and advancing sales engagements by overseeing delivery of compelling, high-quality proposals.
Ms. Schnitger is a skilled executive leader with more than 25 years of experience in the technology industry, including a 12-year tenure at Rimini Street, where she has held positions in sales, pre-sales, support, training, and financial management.
Immediately prior to her current role, Ms. Schnitger served as Vice President, Global Client Onboarding – Systems and Operations.
Prior to joining Rimini Street, Ms. Schnitger served in an executive capacity at Fortune 100 companies — Exxon, MCI, Thomson, First Data, Silicon Graphics — as well as in the mid-market space at Oracle, Cognos/IBM, and MicroStrategy.

Andrew Seow
Mr. Seow serves as GVP & Regional GM, SE Asia and Greater China. In this role, he is responsible for expanding operations to support the company’s fast-paced growth in the region. This includes all business development, account management, implementation and support, sales management, and building the service delivery team.
Mr. Seow is a skilled executive leader with extensive experience in working with ERP solutions and maintenance services across industries, including finance, travel, transportation, construction, and logistics.

Heather Sepolen
Ms. Sepolen serves as GVP, Global Service Delivery Operations. In this role, she is responsible for leading operations to ensure the productivity, effectiveness, and scalability of Rimini Street’s support, products, and service delivery practices.
Ms. Sepolen is a skilled executive leader with 25 years of experience in building, managing, and growing teams across the globe with expertise in manufacturing, retail, and IT services.

Kevin Shabow

Mr. Shabow is a seasoned executive with 35 years of experience leading high-performing teams, helping them sell to enterprise and public sector customers across industries.
Prior to joining Rimini Street, Mr. Shabow was Vice President of Enterprise Sales at Virtana, a leading observability company, where he was responsible for WW sales.
Mr. Shabow has held executive sales leadership positions at Hewlett-Packard Enterprise, Lenovo, Gateway Computer and GE. He is a driven, transformational leader focused on growth and execution.
Mr. Shabow holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Towson University, Towson, Maryland. He currently resides in Raleigh, North Carolina, with his family.
Keith Siegfried
Mr. Siegfried serves as GVP, Unified Service Experience. In this role, he is responsible for assuring consistent excellence in the delivery of Rimini Street services to clients. Mr. Siegfried and his team also manage any special client service delivery escalations globally that may require executive attention, oversight and assistance to resolve.
Mr. Siegfried is a skilled executive leader with more than 25 years of experience leading technology and business organizations within the telecommunications and healthcare industries, with specific expertise in service delivery and operational excellence.
Prior to joining Rimini Street, Mr. Siegfried was Senior Director of Product & Technology at T-Mobile where he led organizations focusing on technology delivery, service, and operations for corporate finance, enterprise payments, legal, and wholesale. Mr. Siegfried also led operations and ongoing service to Boost Mobile as it transitioned to Dish Network during the T-Mobile and Sprint merger.
Previously, Mr. Siegfried was Director of the IT Customer Services Organization at GENEX Services. Prior to this role, he led the Customer Response Team at CIGNA Healthcare.
Mr. Siegfried holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in business administration from Moravian College (now Moravian University) as well as a certificate in leading strategic change from Columbia University.
Michael Spencer
Mr. Spencer serves as GVP & Chief Counsel, Chief Ethics and Compliance Officer. In this role, he is responsible for leading a team of attorneys and legal professionals in developing the company’s global ethics and compliance program and overseeing the data privacy program, international investigations, and the Code of Business Conduct and Ethics.
Michael Spencer is an experienced executive leader, with more than 20 years of legal, operations, and people management experience and expertise in ethics and compliance.
Prior to joining Rimini Street, Mr. Spencer was vice president, legal counsel, and global head of ethics & compliance for a publicly traded multinational company. Previously, he was a corporate vice president at Walmart in the Ethics & Compliance Department and was responsible for Asia and the Pacific Rim. Specifically, he served as an expatriate in Hong Kong with responsibility for India, China, and Japan. Earlier in his career, Mr. Spencer was a federal prosecutor for the United States Department of Justice and worked for major law firms in the United States.

Judy Stubbington
Ms. Stubbington serves as VP, Finance – Operations. In this role, she is responsible for revenue, tax, and treasury and for financial management of foreign operations. She also oversees growth into new markets and contributes to the development of Rimini Street’s strategic goals.
Ms. Stubbington is a skilled executive leader. Since joining Rimini Street in 2009 as corporate controller, she has established a reputation for delivering solid results — among them, accounting operations related to initial preparation and filing of the company’s IPO.
Prior to Rimini Street, Ms. Stubbington held executive roles at Planitax. Most recently at that company, she served as controller/director of operations, managing financial, human resources, and operational functions.
Previously, Ms. Stubbington worked for CFO Strategic Partners, where she developed and executed strategic financial services for the organization’s clients. She also served as CFO at Inevitable Entertainment Inc. and was instrumental in negotiating its sale to Midway Games. Ms. Stubbington was controller, U.S. studios at Acclaim Entertainment, Inc. where she managed U.S.-based video game development accounting and financial statement reviews. Earlier in her career, Ms. Stubbington has held accounting positions in the cable and retail industries.

Prior to joining Rimini Street, Mr. Sutherst was the head of technology, intellectual property, and social media, EMEA for BNY Mellon. Previously, he was the lead EMEA technology lawyer for various service providers in London including Mitsubishi UFJ and J.P. Morgan Cazenove. Earlier in his career, Mr. Sutherst was in general practice in London specializing in commercial and corporate law.
Mr. Sutherst holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from Warwick University, United Kingdom, and a Postgraduate Diploma in legal practice from the London College of Law, United Kingdom. He qualified as a lawyer from the Law Society of England and Wales.
Prashant Tenkale
Mr. Tenkale serves as VP, Enterprise Applications. In this role, he is responsible for IT enterprise applications, including continuous innovation initiatives, driving applications strategy, and developing and deploying key business applications in partnership with Rimini Street’s business leaders.
Mr. Tenkale is a skilled executive leader with 25 years of experience in the enterprise software industry as a visionary global leader in implementing, managing, and supporting enterprise applications. His expertise includes streamlining and automating business processes across sales, marketing, customer support, finance, and HR functions.
Prior to joining Rimini Street, Mr. Tenkale managed a portfolio of business applications at Saba Software, leading implementations of CRM, ERP, HCM, and equity applications in cloud and on-premise environments.
Mr. Tenkale holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in computer science from Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University in India.
Andrew J. Terry
Mr. Terry serves as GVP, Deputy General Counsel, Corporate & Corporate Secretary. In this role, he is responsible for overseeing the Corporate Legal group, whose global functions include corporate and board governance, regulatory filings, financing and real estate transactions, labor law, risk management and internal audit.
Mr. Terry is a skilled executive leader with 24 years of experience in corporate transactional matters, with an expertise in securities laws and regulations, finance, and mergers and acquisitions.
Immediately prior to his current role, Mr. Terry served as Group Vice President and Associate General Counsel, Corporate.
Prior to joining Rimini Street, Mr. Terry served as a partner in the corporate groups of Kirkland & Ellis LLP and Ropes & Gray LLP where he represented private equity firms, their portfolio companies, and publicly listed companies.
Mr. Terry holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy and Economics from Indiana University, where he was a member of the Phi Beta Kappa honor society. He also holds a Juris Doctor degree (magna cum laude) from Indiana University and a Master of Business Administration degree from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University.
Greg Valentine
Mr. Valentine serves as VP, Global Risk Management, & Internal Audit. In this role, Mr. Valentine is responsible for leading corporate risk management and internal audit functions.
Mr. Valentine is a skilled executive leader with 25 years of experience in managing and establishing corporate risk management functions for major public corporations. Since joining Rimini Street in 2015, he has amassed more than US$84 million in claim recoveries and budget savings.
Prior to joining Rimini Street, Mr. Valentine established the corporate risk management and safety function at 24 Hour Fitness Worldwide and Mervyn’s department stores. Previously, he led global risk management at Applied Materials and managed global business continuity. During his career, Mr. Valentine has saved his employers more than US$140 million in total costs and insurance recoveries.
Earlier in his career, Mr. Valentine was a research chemist with Exxon Chemical Technology, a systems analyst for the Texas Department of Public Safety, and a project manager for SunGard Planning.
Mr. Valentine graduated magna cum laude from California State University with a Master of Business Administration degree. He graduated cum laude from the University of Houston with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Management Information Systems. He did additional undergraduate studies in Chemistry at the University of Michigan. Mr. Valentine is an active member of the Risk and Insurance Management Society, Golden Gate Chapter (San Francisco) where he served two terms as President and Development Chair, respectively.
Yorio Wakisaka
Yorio Wakisaka serves as GVP & Regional GM, Japan. In this role, he is responsible for leading the next phase of growth for Nihon Rimini Street, including strengthening the company’s presence outside Tokyo, building out the service delivery engineering team, and expanding operations to support fast-paced growth in Japan.
Mr. Wakisaka is a skilled executive leader with years of experience in enterprise IT and proven expertise in the growth and execution of global business development capabilities and operations in enterprise applications in Japan.
Prior to joining Nihon Rimini Street from SAP Japan, Mr. Wakisaka was vice president and senior business development executive for the Automotive Business Unit at SAP where he oversaw the growth and operations of SAP’s largest automotive company accounts on a global basis. During his 18-year tenure at SAP, Mr. Wakisaka held various roles of increasing engineering and executive responsibility, including VP and head of pre-sales, value engineering, and industry. Previously, Mr. Wakisaka was an engineer at NEC Office System Co.
Mr. Wakisaka holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Shiga University.
Renee Wells
Ms. Wells serves as VP, Product Strategy. In this role, she is responsible for leading product strategy for Rimini Street’s comprehensive suite of services that is specifically designed to enable Oracle and SAP licensees to address new opportunities and challenges across today’s dynamic IT landscape.
Ms. Wells is a skilled executive leader with 27 years of IT and enterprise software experience, including network engineering, management consulting, product marketing, and product management. She has a broad range of expertise in strategy, enterprise applications and hosting, cloud solutions, quality assurance, product positioning, product messaging, and PeopleSoft.
Prior to her current role, Ms. Wells was vice president, product management; senior director, product management; and senior director, product marketing. In these roles, she aligned strategy and product requirements with client objectives and drove messaging and positioning for Rimini Street’s support of PeopleSoft offerings.
Previously, Ms. Wells held leadership roles in product marketing, product management, strategy, and consulting at AT&T, overseeing the Oracle product portfolio for AT&T cloud solutions and the PeopleSoft practice for AT&T’s professional services organization. She also held roles in PeopleSoft consulting at USinternetworking and Technology Solutions Company, as well as network engineering and support positions at Advanced Computer Systems, Eclipse Computer System, and IBM.
Ms. Wells holds a Bachelor of Science degree in management information systems from Auburn University and a Master of Business Administration degree in global business from Kennesaw State University in partnership with ASEBUSS Business School in Bucharest, Romania. She also holds certifications in product marketing, project management, Six Sigma, ITIL, and Oracle applications.
Desmond Whitt
Mr. Whitt serves as VP, Software Engineering. In this role he is responsible for the Rimini Connect family of Solutions.
Mr. Whitt is a skilled executive leader with 25 of years of experience in developing supporting and deploying systems in the enterprise software industry and is the patent holder on Rimini Street’s Connect for Browser Solution.
Prior to joining Rimini Street, Mr. Whitt was deployment manager at ClairMail where he deployed secure text messaging solutions to the banking industry. By building a web interface, deployments were accelerated from 30 days to one day.
Previously, Mr. Whitt was owner and founder of Big8Software which developed software solutions, hosted client systems, and provided expert project management on enterprise systems. Prior to this role, he was a manager and developer at PeopleSoft. In this position he built an installation team for the Midwest Region, managed the Installations and Upgrade Group at the Global Support Centre, and developed joint solutions with IBM, Sun, and HP.
Mr. Whitt holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from University of Louisville, Master of Science in Electrical Engineering degree from University of Louisville and Master Certifications from Oracle.
Kevin Wion
Mr. Wion serves as VP, Global Revenue Operations. In this role, he is responsible for leading a highly skilled team of regional operations leaders supporting growth initiatives across all geographies.
Mr. Wion is a skilled executive leader with more than 30 years of experience in enterprise software and services and expertise in facilitating profitable growth and scalability across fast-moving software and software services companies.
Prior to joining Rimini Street, Mr. Wion held several roles at Precise Software Solutions that included leading sales operations then assuming responsibility for administrative services (HR, legal, facilities, business operations)
Previously, Mr. Wion was a partner at Catalyst Venture Management, a Rocky Mountain venture capital firm, serving in interim C’-level roles across a portfolio of software companies, while also driving successful M&A activities.
Earlier in his career, Mr. Wion was with Oracle, where he held various finance and operations roles.
Mr. Wion holds a Bachelor of Science degree in chemical engineering from Stanford University and a Master of Business Administration degree from University of California, Berkeley.
Rachel Woodson
Rachel Woodson serves as Chief of Staff to the Chief Product Officer, Chief Marketing Officer & EVP, Global Transformation. In this role, she is responsible for defining and executing the strategic vision and operational plans for those organizations.
Ms. Woodson is a skilled executive leader with more than 20 years of experience in cloud technologies and managed services and expertise across multiple go-to-market functions.
Prior to joining Rimini Street, Ms. Woodson was director of partnership strategy and marketing alliances at Rackspace Technology. During a 17-year tenure, she had the opportunity to take on a cross section of roles in a company that grew from a small start-up to a public company. Ms. Woodson managed a portfolio of technology partners who drove joint GTM campaigns into the company’s global regions. Previously, she held chief of staff roles in marketing and product, with more than a decade of experience in supporting operational excellence in cross-functional program management. She has also held service delivery and sales positions in EMEA and NAMER.
Ms. Woodson hold a Bachelor of Science degree with honors in geology from Imperial College London.
Coy Wright
Mr. Wright serves as VP, Energy, Utilities, & Mining Industry Solutions. In this role he is responsible for global strategy and business development to build and grow revenues across the energy, utilities, and resources (e.g. mining) industries. Mr. Wright is Rimini Street’s thought leader for all things related to this industry both internally and externally and will also establish and maintain strong relationships with key industry stakeholders, partners, and clients to understand their needs, support their innovation strategy, and ensure they are provided with support, products, and services that address their needs in the industry.
Mr. Wright is an accomplished global information technology executive with more than 30 years of leadership success in energy-related businesses across the upstream, midstream, and downstream lifecycle for traditional fossil fuels, renewables and utilities industries. He is frequent board of directors’, C-level advisor, conference speaker, industry expert, and global business IT strategist.
Mr. Wright has been a successful early adopter and developer of several current mainstream ERP and cloud technologies. He has successfully managed multiple global SAP and Oracle implementations/operations, one of the first production SAP Business Suite on HANA go-lives, and one of the first production S/4HANA go-lives on AWS.
Prior to joining Rimini Street, after a short stint in private equity, Mr. Wright was Chief Information Officer and Vice President of IT and Digital for Engie North America, where he was responsible for all IT and Digital for the North American (U.S and Canada) region of the French renewable energy company. His scope included Digital Solutions, Cybersecurity, IT Architecture, IT Operations, and business applications for the Renewable, Energy Solutions, Networks, and Thermal Supply business units.
Previously, Mr. Wright was Chief Information Officer for Pacific Drilling, a startup global deep water drilling contractor with operations in West Africa, Brazil and the U.S. Gulf of Mexico. He has also held management roles at Weatherford International, Halliburton (Landmark Graphics), and Gulfmark Offshore (now Tidewater).
In addition to his corporate leadership roles, Mr. Wright was previously an Executive Board Member and the Technology Committee Chair at the Ronald McDonald House Houston.
Mr. Wright holds a Bachelor’s degree in business administration from University of Houston, and a Master of Business Administration degree with a cybersecurity concentration from Baylor University.
Heather Young
Heather Young serves as VP, Global Sales Development. In this role, she is responsible for leading the Rimini Street Sales Development, a world-wide program focused on new customer outreach and engagement.
Ms. Young is a skilled executive leader with extensive experience in building and scaling inside sales and sales development programs in enterprise and high-growth organizations. Her expertise includes global team management, training programs, organizational planning, and operations management that drive best-in-class inside sales and sales development programs.
Ms. Young comes to Rimini Street with more than 20 years of high-tech experience including VMware, FireEye, and Pure Storage, where she held various executive roles in channel, inside sales, and sales development.
Ms. Young earned a Bachelor of Arts degree with honors at New York University.
