• Services management: 29.2% discovered they could improve their delivery of services, as AI detected potential hindrances. 

Organizations also reported that AI had a positive impact by: 

• Making employees more productive (58%) 
• Creating new knowledge-based jobs (53%) 
• Reducing repetitive routine tasks (50%)
