Mr. Hays serves as VP, Product Marketing – Support. In this role he is responsible for the go-to-market strategy, messaging and content for software support products and services. He is a skilled executive leader with 35+ years of experience in enterprise software including retail systems, ERP and customer experience.

Prior to joining Rimini Street, Mr. Hays was SVP, Product Marketing at Epicor where he led an international team to drive top-line revenue with differentiated messaging and content in a crowded ERP software market.

Previously, Mr. Hays was was with Clarus Corporation as a development manager and product manager for financials, procurement, and business intelligence solutions, and was a retail buyer and systems manager with Macy’s Department Stores.

Mr. Hays holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Sociology from Stanford University.
