What is Rimini Street’s hiring process like?

Rimini Street has a structured hiring process designed to be efficient and candidate-friendly. From initial application through interviews and onboarding, candidates receive timely communications, clear expectations and guidance at each stage – ensuring a smooth experience. Hiring steps are as follows: 

  • Online application: Candidates find open positions at our talent acquisition site and apply by creating their Workday profile and uploading a resume or syncing a LinkedIn profile. 
  • Initial screening: The global talent acquisition team reviews applications for basic qualifications. This often includes an invitation for a 20–30-minute phone screen to discuss the company, value proposition, candidate availability and salary expectations. 
  • Hiring manager review: Top profiles are shared with the hiring manager for deeper assessment. 
  • Interviews: This can include one or several rounds of one-on-one, panel or group interviews via MS Teams, or if the role will be located at one of our offices, then perhaps an in-person interview will be arranged. 
  • Assessments (optional): Some roles require technical skills assessments. 
  • Background and reference checks: Finalists undergo verification of employment history and criminal background checks. 
  • The job offer: A verbal offer is typically followed by the official offer letter detailing compensation, benefits and start dates. 
  • Onboarding: The process moves into Workday onboarding and communications are sent welcoming the new hire and HR onboarding assists the new hire while they are completing necessary legal paperwork.
