First in operations and then after a secondment to roll out a Customer ordering System I did various rolls centred around IT solutions in Home Delivery then the Trade and the Showroom Business. I then did 3 Years at Wickes as Head of Retail IT, and joined Homebase to head up the IT Team 4 years ago where the team have driven an agenda to improve the operation of the business.

A software engineer by trade, he’s now serving as the Chief Strategy Officer. He enjoys working at the intersection of engineering, product and strategy. He has earned deep respect in within the SAP ecosystem and frequently speaks at global software development conferences. Beyond his professional pursuits, Matthias is a dedicated father of four and part-time triathlete, and he aspires to become a true global citizen through his travels.
Luiz Mariotto is responsible for the strategy and product roadmap of entire SAP offering aligning it closely to the client’s needs, market dynamics, and competitive landscape making sure they fit into the Rimini Street’s business model. Mr. Mariotto has spent more than 30 years in the IT industry, with experience in enterprise software sales, consulting, delivery, and large-enterprise IT. He served at SAP Brazil for 15 years, where he held various leadership positions and has also worked at SAP AG headquarters, leading a global program to fast-growth markets. Prior to joining Rimini Street, he worked as Solutions & Technology Vice President (CTO) at Software AG Latin America and Sales Director at Samsung SDS.
