Joe Locandro
Mr. Locandro serves as EVP & Global Chief Information Officer. In this role, he is responsible for leading Rimini Street’s global, mission-critical IT business applications and operations team and establishing strategic plans for the company’s current and future capabilities of IT.
Mr. Locandro is a seasoned business technology and transformation leader with over 25 years in senior IT executive roles including CTO, CIO, CDO and Chief Transformation Officer, a career spanning a range of complex industries from airlines, utilities, and manufacturing to building and construction. His extensive background includes working for many global organizations along with providing his expertise to advisory boards for governments, universities, and statutory authorities.
With deep experience leading culturally diverse international environments such as mainland China, Asia Pacific, and the Middle East, Mr. Locandro champions a culture of collaboration across internal and external stakeholders. Focused on delivering tangible and measurable results, he enjoys identifying business opportunities using a combination of contemporary and emerging technologies, and bringing together people, tools and a shared purpose in realizing the company vision.
Previously, Mr. Locandro served as CIO at Fletcher Building (Australia and New Zealand), Chief Digital & Business Transformation Officer at Austral Energy Market Operator, Vice President of Business Technology Services at Emirates Airlines, CIO of Cathay Pacific Airways and CIO of China Light & Power.
Mr. Locandro holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Commerce from University of Melbourne and post-graduate degrees in Marketing from Monash University, and a Strategic Application of Information Technology degree from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
David Rowe
Mr. Rowe serves as EVP & Chief Marketing Officer. In this role, he is responsible for Rimini Street’s global marketing strategy and execution. Mr. Rowe also leads initiatives to reinvent, transform and scale Rimini Street’s business for billion-dollar revenue operations.
Mr. Rowe is a skilled executive leader with 30+ years of experience in the enterprise software industry and proven experience formulating, building, and marketing technology solutions for large international software firms and high-growth technology start-ups.
Mr. Rowe is a featured speaker at technology and marketing conferences, sharing his expertise on current trends in enterprise software and technology marketing.
Prior to joining Rimini Street, Mr. Rowe was vice president of marketing and product management for Perfect Commerce, Inc., a leading provider of on-demand supplier relationship management solutions. Previously, Mr. Rowe held senior leadership positions in marketing, business development, and product strategy at organizations including Zoho Corporation, PeopleSoft, and Accenture.
