Does vCenter 8 support ESXi 6.7?
vCenter 8 does support ESXi 6.7, however, there are limitations. vCenter 8 can manage ESXi 6.7 hosts, but only if running ESXi 6.7 update 3 or later. Some vSphere features will not work on ESXi 6.7 hosts.
Officially, VMware recommends upgrading ESXi 6.7 hosts to ESXi 7.0 or 8.0 for full compatibility with vCenter 8. But upgrading is rarely simple or straightforward — often requiring high costs and significant operational investment.
