Mr. Adcock serves as VP, Global Service Delivery, SAP. In this role, he is responsible for the development and successful delivery of the SAP Support and Managed Services product lines at Rimini Street. He leads an incredible team of highly skilled engineers and leaders across 17 countries tasked with resolving complex issues utilizing a 24/7/365 support model.
