We employ a variety of software support techniques including:
- Changes to configuration (OS, file system, network, LDAP, etc.)
- Data fix scripts
- Modifications to database structure
- Deployment of archived patches
- Script debugging
Support is provided for all errors in both the base code built by ClickSoftware and all customized code.
We leverage the Service Optimization Software Development Kit (SO-SDK) for access to ClickSoftware source code. Skelton DLL classes are also used as best practice guides for our developers.
Under our support services contract, ClickSoftware versions up to v8.3 will be supported for 15 years from the time you switch to Rimini Support™.
