Any questions, comments or complaints about the data practices (including without limitation compliance with data privacy principles of notice, choice, onward transfer, access, security, data integrity, or enforcement) of a hosted, online, on-boarding software customer or partner for whom Rimini Street processes data should be addressed to that customer or partner.
Additionally, Rimini Street may use data collected from employees and prospective employees to review candidacy, to schedule interviews, for pre-employment screening, to onboard new employees and to carry out and manage functions related to Human Resources administration. This information is also potentially used to manage benefits and payroll for employees.
Rimini Street complies with the U.S. - E.U. Safe Harbor framework and the U.S. - Swiss Safe Harbor framework as set forth by the U.S. Department of Commerce regarding the collection, use, and retention of personal data from European Union member countries and Switzerland.
